• NAOKO (10/5): - Era una posizione davvero comoda, da cui si poteva andare ovunque a piedi. L’host dell’appartamento è stato molto gentile e mi ha accompagnata da e per la stazione, quindi mi sono sentita tranquilla anche spostandomi con i bagagli. Nell’appartamento c’erano già acqua, frutta e snack, quindi non ho nemmeno avuto bisogno di andare al supermercato. Il bagno era molto piccolo, ma lo sapevo già in anticipo, quindi non mi ha dato alcun fastidio. Penso che sarebbe ancora più confortevole se fossero disponibili una spugna per lavare i piatti e del detersivo per i piatti.
• Izabela (10/5): - Absolutely everything! Giovanni is so helpful, instructions were very clear, location absolutely brilliant, few minutes away from major attractions. Giovanni made the stay absolutely special with his hospitality. The apartment is very clean and cozy you can definitely feel the Florence atmosphere. At the check out Giovanni has gifted us with artisan Italian pastries which was a cherry on top for our stay. Could not recommend this booking enough, absolutely stunning place and host and listing very accurate and truthful. 10 out of 10 stay.

• Zhaolong (10/5): - The host was extremely friendly and nice, meeting us at the front door and kindly show us the room. He recommended a small restaurant, which is busy, good-tasting, and also very good quality and value of money. The host prepared welcoming pack, including a bottle of wine, water, milk, bread and various fruits. We did not order any breakfast, but on the day of departure, he even brought us some breakfast. The communication was very good, the host replied any messages instantly in very professional and friendly way. The room is clean and comfortable, has a sense of history. The size is quite small but cozy. I would recommend it to anyone visiting to Florence with only a party of 2-3, and short term journey. 11 out of 10!!

• Evelyn (8/5): Great stay in Florence - The location of the apartment was very convenient, it’s close to almost everything in Florence. Giovanni was very helpful and always kept in touch with us. The apartment is small but it has everything you need, including a washing machine if you’re staying for longer. It was a really great choice. It was on the top floor with no lift, it was practically an attic and so I would only recommend it if you are physically fit to climb so many stairs every time. The bathroom is small so the floor gets wet when you shower. The pillows definitely could’ve been better. Also a clothes horse would be handy to be able to dry the clothes after using the washing machine.

Como somos um casal de 66a, apesar de ativos do ponto de vista físico, achei o acesso por escadas exigente e, de certo modo, oferece um certo risco, porém, para a moçada jovem, creio que não incomodaria.

• julie (10/5): There is everything in the unit you need. Couldn’t ask for more attentive host! - Was fairly close to train station. Plenty of cafe and restaurants close by. Absolute great host. Met me at train station to help carry bags as there are few flights of stairs. There was wine, water, coffee machine, fruit and nibblies. Giovanni was always available anytime for questions and checking everything was good. Everything was good. Some people say bathroom is small and it is but I managed fine and he is upfront about it on the website.
• Andrea (10/5): Lovely apartment, great location - The apartman was great, not big but very well equipped, it had everything we needed. The bathroom is small (as indicated on the floorplan) but it's perfectly fine for a few days stay. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the main train station (Santa Maria Novella), several cafés, bars, restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes walk. Our host Giovanni was super nice, he was always available and ready to help. We got some welcoming treats, and even some breakfast on the day we left, which was a really nice suprise. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and at home. The accommodation itself was superb. It was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail seemed thoughtfully considered, providing a truly relaxing and enjoyable environment. The location was also absolutely ideal. It provided easy access to all the main attractions. Exploring the area was a delight, and having such a perfectly situated base made our trip so much more enjoyable. What also truly made this stay unforgettable was the host, Giovanni. He was simply wonderful – incredibly warm, genuinely hospitable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. His local recommendations were fantastic, and his kindness made a huge difference. It felt less like a rental and more like visiting a friend. Thank you, Giovanni, for an truly incredible experience! We can't wait to return.
• Ismet (10/5): Great location, brilliant host - I’d strongly recommend this place. The apartment was so central that everywhere was in walking distance. Giovanni was truly kind and helpful individual. Although we didn’t have a chance to meet in person, he was getting in touch with us throughout the stay. He also helped us with reservation to a lovely restaurant. Although it wasn’t a massive issues to us, couple of downsides: There wasn’t any elevator and you needed to take the stairs to very top of the building. Bathroom was the way too narrow.

The key to having a successful vacation at this location is to carefully read all the information and reviews about the place: there are many stairs and the building has no elevator, the bathroom is small—very small—and there’s only one room. But if you’re okay with all that, you’ll have a perfect vacation in a great location! Our host, Giovanni, was very helpful, we had good communication, and he even gave us restaurant recommendations. The bed was comfortable, and we were offered complimentary water, snacks, and coffee.

• Douglas (9/5): Great quaint studio in the heart of Florence. - Location was convenient for walking to all the historic must sees. Many excellent eateries nearby. Osteriadi centropoveri was our favourite eatery. Bed was very comfortable. Giovanni provided some treats for weary travellers. He even met us at the train station and walked us to the apartment. Giovanni was a great host and very responsive to any questions even coming to the apartment when we struggled to figure out the washing machine. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would warn people about is that there are quite a few stairs. There is no elevator so not for any with mobility issues.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable.Good location, close to the train. Walked everywhere. Giovanni met me at the train station and was always available for questions or help. Wish I could have stayed longer. FYI there are quite a few stairs but not a problem for me.
• Tsvetelina (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful small accommodation. It has everything you need to make your stay in Florence unforgettable. We even had a welcome bottle of sparkling wine. The location is great. And the host is very, very nice. He met us at the station, helped with the luggage. I recommend wholeheartedly. Thank you, Giovanni.
• Judith (10/5): A great stay in a well situated top floor flat with rooftop views. - A great location close to the Duomo, Uffizi and railway station. Top floor flat with great view over the rooftops. It’s a small place but has everything you need. The owner met us and was really nice. Nothing. But I wouldn’t think it suitable for people with mobility issues due to the stairs.

Cute set up Despite “WiFi” being in the name of the property we found it to be terrible. Couldn’t stream a tv show even with all other devices turned off. Not sure if neighbors are using the WiFi or what but it was bad. Bed quite uncomfortable
• Sharon (10/5): Great Location - Giovanni met us at the apartment to hand us the keys and give us a run down on the apartment. He was always on hand if needed with a phone call. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Few breakfast pastries and fruit was supplied along with a pod coffee machine. The washing machine was a bonus after few days of travel to clean a few clothes. Short distance from the train station. Restaurant opposite was very good.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - You feel like a very special guest in this lovely small apartment: hospitable host, amazing welcome package which included fruits, snack and wine. Thank you, Giovanni, we hope to come back. Nothing to dislike. The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is located relatively high, like on the 4-th floor.
• Ezgi (10/5): Exceptional - Location was perfect, walking distance to everywhere in the city and air-con in the apartment was life saving in the severe weather of Florence. Giovanni was the most helpful host and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He was kind enough to leave us wine along with fruits and snacks, which we appreciated a lot. The apartment was small but very cozy and perfectly enough for two people. Would definitely rebook and recommend, 10/10
• Dean (10/5): Perfect location with everything you need - Location, location, location, has everything you need for a stay in Florence including a washing machine. Snacks provided by Lorenzo was the cherry on top! Also I recommend going to the restaurant across from the apartment named ‘Ostaria dei Centopoveri’ for either lunch or dinner for a reasonable price and delicious meal! Bathroom is small and having a shower may be a bit difficult but for the size of the apartment it’s understandable
• Mafalda (10/5): Fantastic small apartment in the heart of the city - It's a small apartment with a great location. Was very clean and tidy, the bed was confortable, ac working perfectly, small kitchen very well equipped, the toile is very small but good enough for a short stay with clean towels, shampoo, gel douche and conditioner. There were fruit, snacks and drinks and coffee. Although the best was the host, Giovanni, took good care of us and was always available if we needed something! If we come back to Florence, this will be our first option for sure! Not a critique, just an advise, you have to go up the stairs, which can be tricky with heavy luggage. But you have a nice view 😁

The host is also very friendly and replies promptly when you need something. The toilet is a tad bit cramped and had some difficulty getting used to the flush but it was clean.

He’s was very polite and helped us with our luggage up 65 very steep stairs. He greeted us at the train station and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him as a host. Wish I would have known property is in the last floor with no elevator and 65 steps of stairs. Also bathroom was extremely small. Apartment is very clean and does have a kitchen but it seems as though almost no room was left for a regular size bathroom.

• Richelle (10/5): Wonderful stay in Florence! - The apartment was very well located, close to the train station and a 5 minute walk to the river. All the main attractions were within a 15 minute walk. We also enjoyed the Osteria across the street, highly recommend. Giovanni was a wonderful host, welcomed us upon arrival and made us feel at home. The apartment had everything we needed and if you wanted to cook your own meals, the kitchen was equipped. Giovanni was also kind enough to provide us with fruit, snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine. We couldn't recommend his place enough. Wonderful hospitality.

We appreciated the breakfast foods and the clothes washer. Giovanni was kind and helpful. He carried our bags up and down the 3 flights of narrow stone stairs. The bathroom was very tiny but it had shelf space, which was nice. The steep narrow stone steps from the apartment door into the living space were tricky.

• Ford.ka (10/5): Top Floor Apartment in Old Florence - Quaint apartment on the top floor of an old Florentine house close to the Santa Maria Novella railway station and tramway to the airport. Everything you need for two people to stay in Florence for a few days close to all the tourist attractions. As an E. M. Forster fan I particularly appreciated the "room with a view" of the Arno which makes an additional sense as it lets in the light from the kitchen area. There is a very good (and popular so book a table ahead) osteria across the street and a small Pam convenience store five minutes away if you like to prepare your own meals.
