Walking distance to Benh Tanh Market, War Remnants Museum, Sai Gon Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and many others. The toilet and bath. In one of the rooms we occupied (Rm 201), there's a not so good smell in the toilet. The blinds in the toilet window doesn't cover the whole window. The door in the toilet doesn't lock, the lockset is defective.

We had booked a king room, when we arrived we were told the white one was not available so the receptionist told us he would show us the red one or we could move to a different hotel, it was almost 10pm at night, when we seen the “king room” there was no window and smelt very damp, we didn’t want the hassle of moving hotels at 10pm at night as we had been travelled all day from Indonesia so we settled for the red room but we just feel the “red king room” should not be the price it is especially when it doesn’t have a window.

After speaking to booking.com there was no compensation/help from thei - The pictures did not match the property, it’s not maintained at all. The rooms and bathroom were very bad quality, there were hair on the bed when we arrived. The rooms look super old, nasty and not at all like they have been cleaned. When we complained to the staff they did not care about that and since this was non refundable booking there was no choice for us.

We stayed there for 4 days.. Not even once they cleaned the room. Not worth for the cost. Over all it was bad experience. I dont even recommend this hotel to my enemies

• Frazer (5/5): Fine - This hotel was fully booked when we arrived so they moved us to their ‘better’ sister hotel called The One Hotel- the aircon unit may aswell not be there, room was boiling, bed uncomfortable and a lot of noise throughout the night. Although I do have to praise the company for paying for a taxi and sorting the new accommodation when the Ben thahn station was fully booked
