• Nicole (1/5): Accommodation highly overpriced for what you get - The staff were lovely Mattress was uncomfortable, the exhaust fan in the bathroom was so loud we woke each other up going to the bathroom through the night. The sensor light in the hallway would sense us through the peephole in the door and light up during the night. You had to step into the bathtub to have a shower, this is unacceptable for the price charged for the room. Definitely not value for money

• Michelle (9/5): Some more sign posts to say, you are here, as we almost drove past it. Limited office hours. - The room was big enough to spread out, with tv area, dining table and small balcony. I wouldn't class it as motel as no stove top for cooking, but microwave for frozen meals or heat and eat was good. Nice quiet area and a short stroll to the marina restaurant. Some places needed a paint touch up though and the drains liking up between the toilet and shower not good ! Bit smeely from the toilet area linking up !!

• VALERIE (10/5): Fabulous hotel in a beautiful area. - The hotel is in the grounds of the Yacht Club, it is a very private, quiet and beautiful location. The lady of the reception desk (Savannah) was lovely. Check In was quick and easy. The room was large, clean, and had a fabulous view of Moreton Bay. Everything was walking distance, cafes, restaurants and the beautiful must do Wynnum Wetlands Boardwalk. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will stay there again if in the Brisbane area. The hotel certainly made this a really nice stay.

• Amanda (8/5): Over rated. - Quiet location. Lift. Huge king size bed. Air conditioning good. Huge TV. Very clean. Very noisy bathroom steam extractor. Loudest I've had in accommodation. The light switch is the same switch so can't avoid using it. It could wake the dead. Usually there are separate switches. My surprise wildlife visitor was a large cockroach. Suddenly appearing at my bedside table. I saw it again but it disappeared. I was worried it would crawl over me while asleep. The decor is aged and uninspiring. Bathtub hard to get into as not expected. Its not 4 star. A shower curtain is so 1980s. Bit slippery too. I was very cautious getting in. I'm over 73 so no broken bones needed on NYE. Very dangerous for older or unfit guests. For over $315 not good enough. There is supposed to be a pool at the motel but I never found it. But I was only an overnight visitor.

I asked for an extra towel for hair washing this an effort by staff. The price did not reflect the property.

• Michael (9/5): Perfekter Ort, superfreundlich, schöne Zimmer, top gelegen - Liegt in Stadtteil Manly innerhalb des Yachthafens. Die Lage ist top, die Gastgeber superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, man hat alles was man benötigt. Gerade gegenüber gibt es ein gutes Restaurant, ansonsten auch noch grössere Auswahl ausserhalb des Geländes. Ebenso verhält es sich mit dem Frühstück, nahezu unendliche Auswahl an kleinen Cafes, wo es exzellenten Kaffee und Frühstück gibt. Nur zum empfehlen, ein ruhiges Fleckchen, eine Wohltat auf einer Geschäftsreise. Es gibt aber auch gar nicht, was ich beanstanden könnte. Eine Adresse, welche ich mir nur zu gerne merke, wenn ich wieder geschäftlich in Brisbane bin, und dann komme ich sicher wieder hierher!
