- Isobel (6/5): Bad bed but good view - Great view, pool was fab and nice and.clean Random banging all day and into the night. The bed was so uncomfortable tried sofa bed but also uncomfortable

The apartment is close of diverse restaurants where you can eat, or you can have nice walks close to the ocean.Is close Playa Las Americas and Los Cristianos, we have rent a car and by car is like 15 minutes, 12-13 km, you have the possibility to visit as well Teide, Aqua park, Jungle park, Masca, etc. . You have everything that you need as well in the apartment. And the ladies Laima and Daiva are very nice, I chatted with Laima on what's up and she was very nice and solve really quick if we needed something. Definitely we will come back. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

- Evievi123 (4/5): Dated, Hot, Humid and Not the Cleanest….. - Quite difficult to find property and navigate apartment if honest. Instructions on what’s app helped but still confusing when arriving in the dark. Location is the best thing going for the full complex. Centre opposite the Hard Rock Hotel. Owners attitude is quite dismissive if honest and no attempt to cater for any additional requests. Most of it to be honest. Overall the property is in a poor state of repair and the pictures make the property look better than it actually is. No air conditioning, there is a dusty ceiling fan in the bedroom and a large desk fan in the lounge area. It was very humid and uncomfortable and that was late November so could not even imagine what it would be like high season, unbearable. I requested an additional fan to be advised not possible. Not great. The bathroom is in really poor state of repair, rusted items, dirty shower head, bath plug held on by a bit of metal, rotted door, horrible grouting, generally unclean, not a great experience getting ready/washed. The shower is simply an extension of the tap, poor water flow as a result a trickle. The bedroom apart from the dirty ceiling fan was passable and most modern room in the apartment overall. The bed is low set with a horrendous a memory foam mattress which makes getting in and out a chore and would not for anyone with mobility issues. The lounge was generally dirty and for example moving the coffee table dislodged dirty, not sure the last time it was properly cleaned. Kitchen is equipped with the basics and took a while to figure out why there were only 3 forks, 3 small drinking glasses, 3 wine glasses, assumed it was to cater to the maximum occupancies. Bed linen and towels were sparse. One hand towel and bath towel each, one set of bed linen, one tea towel for drying dishes, one bath mat. Whilst clean, with it being so humid in the property I requested if additional to be supplied to be informed no but feel free to use the washing machine! WiFi was mediocre and never worked in the bedroom. Overall, really disappointing and the replies from the team looking after the property "we are a privately run apartment" which I understand but surely, we can’t be the only guests who request additional items etc, we are paying guests after all. I replied sorry to have troubled them, is how I felt.
- Jaan (5/5): Maybe we were just unlucky, but if you’re even a little like Monk, you might end up disappointed - Location is nice - very close access to promenade and beach, you can have very nice walk in the evening after dinner. Flat did not feel clean - weird smell and also we had huge dead cucaracha in the living room. For 100eur/night I'd expect it to offer us welcome drinks, not lie on the floor with his feet in the air!
