• Onia (8/5): Overall, it was a good and convenient hotel to stay in Mongkok area - The hotel is conveniently located near the MTR Station (Exit C2), making it very easy to get around. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping. I really appreciated that they provide complete toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and lotion. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, Drinking water isn’t provided, and the room is quite small if you have big luggage.

• DiegoDom (10/5): Nice stay for solo travelers - Nice, comfortable, and well-located hotel in Mong Kok area. 3-min-walk away from the subway station. The staff was nice and the room was clean. Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Common areas are basically the front desk and a vending machine.

• CHISATO (9/5): また泊まりたい！ - 駅から近く、飲食店やセブン、ドラッグストア的なお店もあるので困らなかった。シャワーがレインシャワーじゃないところもよかった。 隣の部屋の声が聞こえる。その対策なのか人数分の耳栓が置いてあったが、寝れないほどうるさいわけではなかった。

• Mee (8/5): I will live in this hotel if I visit HK again. - Outside view is mountain view. This is vary attractive The shower space is sufficient. Toilet bowl flushing does not function properly. flushing water did not stop automatically. Flushing button needed to be pressed a few time in order to stop the water.
• Mee (8/5): I made the booking for my 3nd visit. - Space and cleanliness are still good as my first visit. Flushing toilet was a bit frustrated. It seems the flush button did not operate well. Water could not stop after a press. Then the flush button needed to be pressed a few times in order to stop the water. This is the second time I lived in this hotel during this HK trip. The room was in mid level and so the view was not as good as the first visit. The view was just building on opposite side of street.
• Mee (10/5): Very pleasure and so we came back booking for more nights. - It seems there are no restaurant or cafe inside the hotel. But there are a lot of eatery places near the hotel. Nothing. We got the room in high level and had an excellent view seeing the famous Lion Rock. This is why I gave the excellent review as the outside view is beyond my expectation. Hotel staff is also very friendly.

• Rips2 (10/5): Definitely recommend - Everything! Great location, 2 minutes from the MRT station. Lots of eateries close by. Nice spacious room with great shower and nice toiletries. Would definitely recommend The only minor negative comment would be that the carpet was a little old-fashioned, but not worn or unclean, just resembled one that my grandmother used to have😂

Room were.exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff are helpful and very good. I cannot say the same for the reception staff because no one is as receptive.
• Gabriela (9/5): Great for short HK stay - The room was spacious for HK, I had two twin beds, the sheets and pillow very comfortable and the shower was great also. In front of the prince edward station Bed a little hard if you like soft mattress

• Christine (9/5): Modern and conveniently located hotel - The location of the hotel is excellent as it is a short walk away from Prince Edward Station and is closely situated to a lot of local eateries, shops, and malls. The hotel is clean and the bathroom is very modern. The toilet takes a very long time to refill with water before the next flush and is quite audible. There was also a persistent leak at the back of the toilet which flooded areas of the bathroom floor 24/7. I’m surprised the housekeeping staff are not aware of this as surely someone would’ve noticed this every day whilst cleaning. We notified one of the cleaning staff who said they’ll make someone aware of it but we came back at the end of the day (as well as the following day) still with a puddle of water surrounding the floor of the toilet. As we don’t like to consistently bother the staff and the issue wasn’t unbearable, we didn’t escalate the problem but I am aware that this could be troublesome for other travellers.

Take A21 from airport, 6 stops and then 8 minutes walk to hotel. Room is small but clean and comfortable. Amenities - basic such as kettle/tea/coffee, body gel & shampoo/conditioner. Small fridge is available. NA

• Ginny (7/5): A pleasant stay - Excellent location, easy reach to shops, restaurants, MTR etc. The hotel is situated in a comparative quiet street just off a busy city centre. With only a single table and a few chairs in the lobby , it isn't attractive at all, despite the beautiful staircase ( which is blocked all the time) leading to the first floor! Noisy Airco/fan in the room, if turned down, the room became too warm; not enough tea/ coffee supplies, the mini fridge being kept inside the closet was getting hot, had to keep the doors opened all the time so that it's cool enough to keep some drinks at a lower temperature.

• Isabellar (3/5): It’s a ok hotel. A lot of small local restaurants around. - Many local restaurants around. Location is OK but not perfect. It doesn’t have airport public transportation. We have to walk around 20 minutes to the bus stop.
• Mary (9/5): Comfortable hotel in a very convenient location - The room was a good size with everything we needed. Very comfortable hotel, located near the Prince Edward MTR Station and close to the A21 airport bus. The bathroom shower was spacious with a really good shower head. The neighbourhood is a little gritty but typical in this area of Kowloon but never felt unsafe at night. The lighting was a bit strong with no option for a bedside light for one guest in a twin room

• Andrei (7/5): Good - Good location, good neighbourhood. Hotel is neat and clean. Very poor sound insulation (or just very rough and rowdy neighbours) - had to sleep with ear plugs. Our requests to have the housekeeping refill the shower gel bottle in the shower fell on deaf ears 😀😃🙂

• Adevdh (8/5): Conveniently located, Value for Money - Conveniently located, just 2 minutes to Prince Edward MTR (think is Exit C2?), good room size, good amenites (coffee/tea, kettle, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, hair dryer, etc.), clean, bath towel, hand tower, floor mat, house sleeper, good air conditioner Shower - Water can suddenly becomes too hot, hence need to pay attention. Door not sound proof so can hear people talking and moving things.
