• Constantin Pavel (6/5): The jacuzzi in not working. - The location was perfect for us. The room was clean, comfortable bed. I booked this room especially for the hot tub but unfortunately it didn't work (it was a review saying this weeks before). When I asked the staff why the jacuzzi is not working they didn't reply. The kitchen area and appliances were not clean.

Comfy bed and value for money Great shower 👌👍 Could do with a touch up here and there and the jets on the spa bath did not work

• XINYUE (9/5): 总体很好但有些小问题 - 我是机场直接坐巴士到的梵蒂冈附近站点 从机场下车要背包走个十几分钟 很顺利找到住处 离梵蒂冈博物馆和圣彼得大教堂还有地铁站都比较近 附近有很多餐厅 还有麦当劳 房间面积还不错 但是卧室不是非常大 房间内有桌子和冰箱供我使用 共用厨房有烧水壶 门口有大型垃圾桶 丢垃圾很方便 而且可以寄存行李 打车到车站也很快 房间自助入住 有开锁链接和密码 房间门有钥匙 我凌晨到 前一天晚上办的入住 也很顺利地可以倒时差 房间浴室和水龙头的热水要等很久 只能使用顶喷而无法切换至花洒 老板很快找了水管工人来看 但是我觉得还是要等很久 而且并不是非常的热 水流也不那么冲 另外我晚上点了外卖想在厨房区域用餐但是没有找到灯光的开关 只有走廊的感应灯 在餐厅坐着的话是不会亮的 我似乎没有找到洗衣机

• Andrew (5/5): A dark room with bugs on the floor which liked to bite, needs a good clean and tidy with a lick of paint - Location for the Vatican Only 3 cups for 4 of us, no knives in the shared kitchen, bugs in the bedroom and 2 of us got bitten, the fly screens where falling apart and unable to open the outside shutters, a very dark room

Il y avait de la moisissure dans la chambre liée à une absence totale de ventilation. Les odeurs de moisis étaient insoutenables, ce qui nous obligeait à ouvrir la fenêtre toute la nuit en devant supporter le bruit de la rue (chambre au rdc côté rue) La porte de la chambre fermait mal et était bruyante au moment des entrées et sorties, ce qui générait du bruit pour les voisins.

• Michael (6/5): It was decent, but probably would not stay again - Check in was not very straight forward. Was not easy to communicate directly with the property manager. Lack of response when messaged through booking.com. TV remote did not have battery. Shower was mostly cold and did not heat up well. Water pressure for hot water was not good.
• Gizem (6/5): Pleasant - It is located in a central area, very close to the Vatican. Since there was no staff at the entrance, you have to complete the entire check-in process online. Being asked to provide passport details and photos doesn’t make you feel very secure. The room was not very clean. The edges of the window hadn’t been wiped in months. Similarly, the area under the trash bin next to the toilet was very dirty. Also, the hanging rod in the wardrobe was placed too high, so we had to use a chair to hang our clothes.

• Churilova (7/5): Good - The bath tub was really big and comfortable. We were also very happy with the location of the accommodation. Good value for the offer. First of all, almost no client service, we had to do all the registration procedures ourselves, on the website which was working poorly and always shutting down, which was very uncomfortable and took a lot of time. We had to pay city tax by just leaving money in the room, and since we didn't have the exact amount we had to leave more, because there was no one to offer us change, so take coins with you. I'm very glad that soon in Italy the self check-in is going to be forbidden. Also, the smell in the room was not nice. It smelled like smoke or smth... And the room overall didn't look really fresh.

• Sharah (10/5): It was excellent - The bnb was close to rome center, very accessible and the was cozy. The owner was very accommodating. The only down side is when i look down underneath our bed. I found some dirt and plastic bottles of coca cola..
• Alsime (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean and tidy. Who doesn't love a clean bathroom and a clean comfortable bed with clean sheets? believe it or not, it's something you don't get everywhere. The jacuzzi was great and clean. Location was great, walking distance from the Ottaviano metro station. There is a small coffee shop besides the building that serves amazing breakfast and brunch options. This is not the host fault but when the other guests arrived at night to their room next door they were extremely loud, banging the doors, laughing at loud and listening to music at 2am in the morning while we were trying to sleep before our early flight. It'd be helpful if there were a sign asking guests to be respectful with the noise from and until certain hours of the date. All the rest was perfect. We'll be back.

• Zsombor (8/5): Very good - Location was great, very close to the metro station and to the Vatcian city too. The room was nice and comfortable. The hostcrew was really helpfull. The restroom's machine area was quite noisy and also the street. The kitchen was used to be well equipped, but since that some tool are gone, but it had not caused any issue

• Dylan (7/5): Absolutely loved our stay, just a few things that could make it that extra bit special. - Location was amazing and easily accessible to the Metro and all the beautiful scenic sites. Slight difficulty getting into the apartment, no wine glasses or bottler opener and the shower fitting sprayed water everywhere.
• Anonymous (9/5): good location, great staff, comfortable and clean - the room was the perfect size, comfortable and clean. staff were lovely and really helpful even when other people were in the other room you couldn’t hear anything so the sound proof was great mini mart nearby and bus stop near by which was great for travelling the only two issues I would say were the bathroom/toilet constantly had a slight smell, luckily did not come into the bedroom but even when the bathroom had not been used and/or had recently been cleaned, it constantly had a smell in it like drains the door into the apartment was sometimes difficult to unlock and took a few tries

Great way to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing - the host was very helpful and answered all the questions by phone - nice LED lighting in the room - a shared kitchen with glasses and cutlery - mold in the shower - broken door handle (which is being fixed so shouldn’t be a problem anymore) - security - keys were available in the kitchen drawer and guests from the other room could unlock our door - the safe was too small to fit a tablet - air conditioner wasn’t working - online check in system was annoying - asked us to take photos with passwords - no bottle opener in the kitchen

The host Marco is very hospitable and kind. Surely this accommodation will be our choice again and I would definitely recommend everyone to stay at this property.

• Zhiqian (10/5): Exceptional - It is perfect for people who want to walk to the Vatican. The bed and pillow are super comfy. The bathroom is very new and clean. The landlord was very helpful and nice. There is a pharmacy, tobacco shop, cafe, and a bus station right outside of the apartment, with a bus line going directly to another side of the river which locates in the city center and takes about 20-30 minutes. The district seems very safe and chill, you don't need to be worried about walking alone either at night or in the daytime. 10 minutes walk to Vatican museum. About 5 minutes there is a mini supermarket. Definitely recommend this cozy apartment. I liked everything and I love the pillow and jacuzzi.

• Utku (9/5): Superb - Bathtub is good for relaxing after walking long long in Rome. location is geeat for Vatican, but a little away from Trevi and Colosseum but you can very easily reach by metro nearby. the room is clean and the staff is good. the only thing we didnt like, the sink in the toilet was obstructed.
