• CECILIO (7/5): - la ubicación muy buena, y el apto. muy comodo, tanto la cama , cuarto de baño como la cocina. Esta muy bien comunicado. El acceso muy cómodo. los asientos del sofa estaban sucios y hubo que solicitar unos cubresofas en recepcion. la aerotermia la tenia desconectada y el fin de semana primero pasamos un poco de frio. el lunes ya la conectaron y se puedo estar muy bien en el apto.

• Familie (6/5): Mooi appartement maar er moet iets gedaan worden aan lawaai dat via de deur binnenkomt en de eigenaar zou toch een minim - Ruime kamers, keuken en living De deur naar de gang laat ongelooflijk veel lawaai door. Elke avond/nacht als er mensen de lift nemen en wat babbelen, lijkt het of ze in de kamer naast je bed staan. Zeer beperkt in keukenbenodigdheden, niets van kruiden, olijfolie of zo aanwezig, als je dus maar 2 of 3 nachten verblijft, moet je alles aankopen. Enkel 6 waterglazen aanwezig, niets van een wijnglas aanwezig, de tassen zijn te groot om onder het Nespresso machine te plaatsen. Er is een microgolfoven en aanwezig, maar geen potten die in de microgolfoven mogen gebruikt worden. Er is echt te weinig keukenmateriaal aanwezig.

Me gustó todo, solo sugerir q faltan unas tijeras en la cocina para ser perfecto, y tazas pequeñas de café para q quepan en la cafetera de cápsulas.

Recepcja po 23.00 niedostępna, nawet, jak dojedziesz dwie minuty po 23., to już ich nie będzie. Rano spytają, czy się dostałeś do pokoju i czy było OK. Choć pewnie mają doświadczenie, że wszyscy po chwili się dostają ;) to dla mnie było to stresujące. Mało naczyń. Kawy, herbaty, wody na powitanie - nie ma. Depozyt 400 EUR, który nie jest widoczny od razu przy rezerwacji.

Vistes a l' "Àrea de Negocis Quatre Torres" del Passeig de la Castellana, sobre els terrenys de l'antiga Ciutat Esportiva del Reial Madrid. Zona tranquil·la, amb un supermercat molt a prop. Estança amb totes les comoditats necessàries, i relativament de nova construcció. Recomanable.

• Esther (9/5): Todo bien - La ubicación está bien, a 4 calles del metro (10') y a 1 calle del autobús. El apartamento es muy bonito y moderno. Está todo nuevo. Con 2 habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, colchón y almohadas cómodas, 2 baños, cocina completa y equipada y TV en el salón. El parking está incluido, algo esencial porque hay línea verde que es muy cara y por lo que leí sólo se puede dejar un rato si no eres residente. Hay un supermercado al lado. Una de las habitaciones no tenía persiana y entraba la luz por la mañana al no quedarse todo el ventanal cerrado. Y por decir algo más, quizás que nos dijeran que dejásemos todo limpio y recogido. Obviamente no lo voy a dejar mal pero tampoco me iba a poner a limpiar para 1 noche que he ido jeje El precio algo elevado pero es un apartamento muy nuevo, así que entiendo que tenga ese precio (120€) pero en Madrid está todo así.

Un plus la gran terraza y tener aparcamiento en el mismo edificio. Línea 1 de metro muy cerca para moverte con toda la comodidad hacia el centro y olvidarte del coche. Nos encantó todo en general! Nada que comentar.

• Ivo (6/5): Apartamento agradável mas com falhas. - O apartamento é efetivamente novo e está bem localizado. Existem algumas falhas que devem ser corrigidas. O apartamento não dispõe de uma varinha mágica, o sistema de aquecimento/arrefecimento não funciona corretamente tornando a estadia pouco agradável nos dias mais quentes, o cabo do chuveiro estava danificado e, estando o estacionamento praticamente vázio,é incompreensível pedir 20 euros por noite pelo segundo carro num apartamento para 7 pessoas, quando isso não está indicado nas condições gerais de aluguer.

• Jesus (7/5): Estancia cómoda y agradable!!! - El aparta hotel estaba muy bien ubicado y además pudimos disponer de dos plazas de garaje, que fue estupendo. Por otro lado todo era muy nuevo y estaba muy bien equipado, quizá hubiera puesto algo más de menaje, pero en general bien. Las almohadas eran demasiado grandes y muy incomodas para dormir, tuvimos que sustituirlas por las toallas dobladas o dormir fin ellas. Preguntamos en recepción pero no tenían otras más bajitas. Por otro lado hacía mucha calor y el edredón era muy grueso, eso dificultaba el sueño.

Apartment was too hot 27 - 31°C) and when enquired how to turn it down was told to turn off electric breakers which would have turned off power to lights etc. and to open windows. This was not satisfactory and led to a terrible nights sleep.

A small plaza park for small kids in front of the property . had a small kitchen and good size dinning table , also good to have was a washer and dryer in one - that was a plus to use. 10 min walk to metro entrance, 2 blocks down to Main Street several cafes, bakery’s and few restaurantes to eat , a McDonald’s next to metro entrance . They don’t clean the room until you are gone, however they seem to work like a hotel as they have cleaning ladies all day they should have this service if you have a long stay with them other than that property was great .
• Eva Maria (10/5): Fantástico - Nos gustó absolutamente todo , Muyyy limpio , estuvimos alojadas 5 personas y estuvimos muy cómodas , las camas amplias , los colchones estupendos , las almohadas de lujo y lo dice una persona que cualquier día se termina llevando su propia almohada de vacaciones. Los dos cuartos de baño con todo detalle.La cocina aunque no hicimos uso de ella estaba totalmente equipada. En general todo el apartamento nos encantó. Los chicos que lo regentan son encantadores y super amables . La situación del apartamento en referencia a la comunicación para poder moverme por Madrid es estupenda y de la estación de Chamartín está a muy poca distancia , se puede ir con maletas andando sin ningún problema. En resumen un diez sobre diez. Por ponerle un pero. En las dos habitaciones les vendría bien una mesita de noche a ambos lados de la cama ya que solo tienen una a un lado de la cama y para depositar los objetos de noche como gafas , etc de dos personas se quedan muy justas.

Tuvimos un problema con la calefacción.. y se solucionó porque tuve que presionar para ello, sino hubieramos tenido que dormir a 36 grados... Otra cosa.. el baño estaba en la habitación principal, mis hijos para ir al baño debían pasar por nuestra habitación..

• HÉCTOR LUÍS (9/5): Última gira de Joaquín Sabina - El desayuno que nos hicimos en el apartamento, genial. El apartamento es amplio, luminoso y con terracita. Nos encantó disfrutar de 2 días en Madrid y la estancia fué perfecta. No recuerdo bien, pero creo que en general estaba todo correcto.

Nie otrzymaliśmy instrukcji zameldowania. Po godzinie 15.00 musiałam pisać do zarządcy. Otrzymam informację że należy zadzwonić niebieskim dzwonkiem i ktoś na miejscu mi pomoże. Można było napisać to wcześniej, a staliśmy w deszczu pod bramą.

• Barrio de la Estación (9/5): Nuevo, totalmente equipado y muy limpio. Recomendable. - El alojamiento totalmente nuevo, muy limpio y totalmente equipado. Muy buen servicio de entrega de llaves. Estuvieron pendientes en todo momento de mi llegada para garantizar la entrega de las mismas. La calefacción quizá no es del todo regulable pues los termostatos indicaban una temperatura que no era la real de la estancia. No obstante la temperatura era agradable.
• Fabian (9/5): Super Ausgangspunkt für ein paar Tage in der Hauptstadt - Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft, sie war sehr geräumig, sodass wir gut Platz hatten für unseren Kinderwagen und sogar eine kleine Spielecke. Die Ausstattung war super, insbesondere der Waschtrockner war unsere Rettung. Toll war auch, dass wir gratis im Parkhaus stehen konnten, das man direkt au dem Flur über einen Aufzug erreicht. Die Kommunikation lief auch reibungslos, wir hatten am Anfang kein WLAN aber es wurde sich sehr schnell darum gekümmert. Die Lage ist ein bisschen außerhalb, wenn man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fährt, ist man eine gute habe Stunde unterwegs, wenn man das komplizierte Öffinetz dann auch mal verstanden hat. ;-) allerdings geht das sicherlich schneller, wenn man nicht auf die Aufzüge angewiesen ist.
