Important Information
- All guests with will need to fill in their National ID details through an online form before their arrival, as a legal requirement.
- Smoking inside the apartment as well as events, parties or any kind of loud music or noise are not allowed.
- The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets and towels.
- The apartment must be left tidy, without any food or garbage remains. Failure to comply this rule may involve extra cleaning costs.
- Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of 20€ per stay.
- Checkin time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of 45€.
- Late checkout until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another checkin on the day of your departure, with a 45€ cost.
- A deposit pre-authorization up to 900€ needs to be covered in advance by credit card. This amount or any relevant amount won't be charged if the house is returned in the condition it was received. There will only be a charge in form of calculated compensation for any damages found after check-out.
- A minimum age of 21 years old is required to check in.
- We are committed to Rent Responsibly Standards to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Best-in-class guidelines are followed.
- Our system does not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitors the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

- Sabine (8/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr gute Ausstattung und toller Blick. Ein paar Haken wären schön, um Handtücher im Bad oder Jacken aufzuhängen.
- Heike (7/5): Okay - Küche ist super ausgestattet, allerdings funktionierte eine Herdplatte nicht. Das Apartment war sauber und der Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Die zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer haben KEIN Fenster. Es gibt nachträglich eingebaute Wände zu Nachbarwohnungen. Aus der scheint das Licht durch eine Glasscheibe in ein Schlafraum. Der zweite kleine Schlafraum ist eher eine Waschküche mit Doppelstockbett. Ein Stuhl in der Küche ist sehr wackelig (Schraube fehlt)- Sturzgefahr. Das Gebäude/ die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig.
- Tarryn (1/5): Disappointing - Within a few hours of arriving, one of the door handles fell off, and a single bed collapsed, injuring my husband. We reported this and whilst the staff were polite, they didn’t seem to be in a hurry to fix the door. The next day another door handle fell off. The bunk bed was incredibly uncomfortable and resulted in a sleepless night. There is a rug in the apartment which we lifted due to our child tripping on it and there was sand underneath, so the apartment had not been adequately cleaned. We felt unsafe and concerned about fire hazards due to broken doors and made the decision to move after the first night. When I asked for a refund I was told I’d get a partial refund (less than 50%) but only if I gave a ten star review. Booking did hardly anything to help, eventually giving me a tiny credit note in comparison to what we paid and I will be taking this further. Be wary of the reviews on this accommodation because they seem to not have a problem with review fixing. They also suggested that we had broken a light in the apartment which we had not. I am expecting a polite reply where I will be gaslit by the property but I really don’t want others to book this apartment and have a similar experience. Overall the experience was very stressful.
