• irene (10/5): Muy buena - Situación y apartamento Nada , todo me gustó
• Susanna (4/5): Non vale il prezzo - La posizione. Accesso automatico vincolato al cellulare e la porta si apriva sempre dopo 4-5 tentativi. Piatto doccia che non drena bene l’acqua che si accumula. Appartamento molto rumoroso in quanto ci sono i lavori nella strada davanti con tanta polvere e a tratti puzza di fogna.
• MANUEL (7/5): Visita Medica - La ubicacion si no estuviese afectados por las obras de la calle Pages del Corro. La zona esta actualmente en obras y el ruido fue bastante molesto sobre todo a primera hora de la mañana.
• Lucía (10/5): Experiencia muy buena - Todo. Absolutamente todo. La chica que lleva el apartamento es majisima y en todo momento está dispuesta a ayudarte. Repetiremos el próximo año para la feria. Muy bien situado. Limpio. Y súper bonito.
• GÓMEZ (9/5): Acogedor - Muy cómodo y muy buena ubicación El aire acondicionado de la habitación principal no funciona, deben arreglarlo para poder hospedarse en verano.
• Dieter (3/5): Eine Ferienwohnung mit "Internetschlüssel" werden wir nie wieder buchen. - Die Ferienwohnung von der Ausstattung hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage war hervorragend. Der Zugang zur Wohnung über eine Internetlösung ist eine Zumutung. Ohne Smartphone kann man die Wohnung nicht verlassen. Der Türöffner funktioniert vom Smartphone jetzt immer noch! SICHERHEITSPROBLEM

• Daniel (3/5): Mala experiencia. Priorizan dinero. - La hubicación es muy buena, aunque si que es cierto que en la calle que esta la entrada esta en obras, si vas en fin de semana o fiestas no escuchas obras ni nada. La verdad que no me gusto el trato recibido. Preguntamos de ir antes, si se podía, por que viajamos con un niño y me dijeron que sin problema, paga... Si salimos a las 15 pagamos y si salimos mas tarde se nos cobraría el día entero. Priorizaron mucho el dinero más que la amabilidad o el trato con el cliente, fue muy frio todo. Por otro lado tuvimos problemas con la lavadora, la lavadora esta oxidada y encima no funionaba. No contabamos con esto y nos hizo perder una mañana en la lavandería para poder limpiar nuestra ropa. La verdad que el trato, el sitio en si, y la problemática de la lavadora, me hacen decidir que no volvería a este apartamento.
• Leonid (8/5): Almost a month spent at a nice place in Triana - The location was absolutely fantastic. Close to all Seville attractions and Triana has its own charm. The communication with the host was really good. All our request were answered promptly. The kitchen was well equipped - everything we needed was there. The bed was comfortable. The walls are thin, so when passing people were talking we could hear everything, sometimes during the night time. The hot water in the shower was available for a short time, so we had to take it really fast before it turned to the cold one. I believe it is a water tank capacity issue.

• Alan (8/5): - The apartment was comfortable and close to everything The lock system was unreliable as it was digital and offline , there was a key issue with the access to the roof terrace neither of which were sorted by the remote host. A tea towel would have been nice in the kitchen.

• Joana (10/5): Muito bem localizado, acolhedor e anfitrião muito cuidadoso. - A localização é perfeita e o ambiente muito acolhedor. Acho que a porta deveria ser ajustada, pois faz muito barulho ao abrir e fechar. Foi o único ponto negativo.
• Paty (9/5): Nice flat at Triana - Wonderful location at Triana. Apartment is clean and full of light. Surprisingly the sofa bed was very comfortable. Shower is great. Very clever mechanism to open the door, it worked really well and was very practical. Try the local restaurants, they are much better and less expensive than the ones close to touristic attractions. Front door was difficult to open and is scratching the floor/making noise. Not a big deal but maybe the owner can give a look to improve the experience of the future guests. Regarding the street noise,it’s true it can bother sometimes when people decide to chat below your window, but not the owner’s fault of course. Unless you’re extremely sensitive to noise, it really worth trying.
• Marie-Josée (10/5): Rempli de bonheur et de douceurs - Déjà avant notre arrivée nous avons été pris en main rapidement par Victoria, qui non seulement nous a fait sentir bien reçu à l'appartement, mais qui a su nous écrire souvent afin de faire un suivi rigoureux. L'appartement était super bien situé, propre (merci aux équipes de ménages, tout était toujours impeccable), il était bien équipé, la décoration chaleureuse et honnêtement il correspond parfaitement à ce qui est montré en photo, beaucoup de rangement (pour ceux qui font un long séjour comme nous) et ils ont une forte attention au détail. C'est sure que lorsque nous reviendrons à Séville, j'essaierais d'y refaire une réservation puisque cet endroit est honnêtement une merveille. Merci de nous avoir fait sentir à la maison et à bientôt!

• Elizabeth (10/5): Wonderful apartment - Fantastic and comfortable apartment in a central area with a nice vibe and nightlife. Victoria from customer services was excellent and so attentive.
• Irina (5/5): Nice apartment in general, but not worth this money for sure - The apartment is good organised, it’s not small, has comfortable bedroom with cozy bed and a spacious wardrobe. Very good location. Management was awful. Overall it was the worst experience in my life starting from the 1 day stay. For almost 130 euros a day I’ve got a bunch amount of stress. Though management tried to solve problems that appeared, and they refund me 1 day. There were problems with bunch of things. Like I never faced with the rudeness of the cleaner that was rude with me before, but I didn’t want to make a big deal of i telling that to management, I was so tired of unstoppable appeared problems. But this woman called Rita, screamed on me on the last day, telling me that I have to leave the apartment at once (because I still was in the property when she arrived - I negotiated earlier with the management the late check out, which was like 1 hour later from scheduled time). It was so awful, I even cried((( My Saturday, and sincerely the whole previous week was ruined. I won’t describe all the things that I faced with, just can say that 3/7 days somebody was in there solving new problems. On the 4th time, I asked not to bother me anymore and leave the stuff as it was. Hope they will fix all the problems with management of the apartment (the door, the cleaning, ants, the warning system, the staff, etc), though apartment itself was ok. Detailed feedback I sent directly to them.
• Bailey-house (10/5): Fabulous little apartment! - Fantastic apartment. Great for my first trip to Sevilla. Had everything I needed. Clean, comfortable and within walking distance to bars and restaurants. The staff were brilliant, checked regularly to see if there was anything I needed. I'd definitely come back again.
