• Jessica (7/5): Great spot near Yoyogi park and Harajuku. - Great apartment, excellent location. Very helpful guides on how to use the remotes, washing machine, air con etc. The photos that accompanied the directions to get there are quite out of date and we did get a little lost. Also, the banister on the staircase is completely unsafe and this made for some nervousness, especially as we were travelling with a child. Some tea bags and a little milk would have been very much appreciated on arrival.
• Adam (2/5): Dissapointed - Good location & size of apartment. It's not a hotel it's an apartment. Overpriced. Very tired decor. Not very clean. No linen change or cleaning for a 2 week stay. Towels wound not fit a mouse. No waste bin changes. Filthy blinds. The kitchen is a sight to behold.the whole APARTMENT needs to be refurbished top to bottom.
• Johan (9/5): Delightful place to stay in Shibuya - The property is is cute, self-contained and has everything you might need including a washing machine. The property is a super close walk to Sangubashi station and the delightful area surrounding the station has many convenient shops and restaurants. Quick walk to Yoyogi Park and the Meiji Shrine too. If you have young children you will need to watch them very carefully as the upstairs sleeping area has no barrier from the staircase.

• Yi (5/5): A cute and lovely house but not safe. - The house is really big. The decoration is so cute and lovely. The refrigerator is bigger than other airbnb. The bathroom door is transparent. The people can see what a person is doing at a living room. It’s awkward. The house does not safe. We are broken by a man in about 6am. We are so frightened. A door is unreliable. Any one can open a door forcefully.
