• Michaela (9/5): Tolles Apartment - Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist neu und größer als sie auf den Photos wirkt. Unten ist gleich ein Lidl. Das Parken ist klasse. Kaum Handtücher und Geschirrtücher. Die Matratze ist sehr hart Das Licht im Schlafzimmer kann man nicht ganz ausschalten, man hat ein Nachtlicht

• Vladimír (10/5): - Výborná komunikácia s majiteľom, jasné pokyny, veľmi jednoduché na pochopenie. Všetko detailne vysvetlené a nachystané. Apartmán je krásny a pohodlný, situovaný v novostavbe. Vlastné parkovanie je na nezaplatenie. Veľkou výhodou je Lidl v suteréne budovy, dá sa do neho dostať pohodlné výťahom. Celý bytový dom je čistý a tichý, susedov sme takmer nepočuli. Mestská časť Holešovice je moderná a výhodná na ubytovanie. Veľkou výhodou je blízkosť zastávky verejnej dopravy. Všetko bolo úžasné 🙂

• Iulia (7/5): - The location with Lidl downstairs, the underground parking, the bathroom and the TV channels in English The bed matterass was incredibly hard, like a board, the pillow was very thin, no extra pillows or blankets. The owner gave us the address only after calling him/her several times and insisted because we did not know where the apartment was after having paid and did not know where to go. This gave me so much stress. We sent a check-out message and also no response.

• Georgi (6/5): - Най-хубавото беше, че имаше подземен паркинг, топло и хоста беше учтив. Нямаше чаршафи за дивана и едното легло, в едната стая лампата не работи, нямаше достатъчно хавлии и тези с които разполагахме бяха стари и мръсни.

• Tanja (7/5): - Velikost apartmaja. Priročnost trgovine (Lidla). Parkirno mesto v garaži. V spalnici ni nobene omare zato bi bila lahko tam tretja postelja za otroka ali vsaj jogi za posteljo in ne samo blazine od kavča na tleh. Apartma nima nobenih obešal za jakne v predsobi. Zelo dobrodosla bi bila kaksna kuhinjska krpa za brisanje posode - ker smo v apartmaju jedli samo zajtrk nismo uporabljali pomivalnega stroja za samo par krožnikov, šalic in kozarcev. Apartma je že potreben manjše renovacije - umazane stene, vidni ostanki vlage, poškodovana tla in stene ter zračnik v spalnici na tleh. Cena previsoka za to kar nudijo v apartmaju. Plačali smo čez 100 evrov na dan za 3 osebe. Ni bilo vredno.

• Anastasija (5/5): If cleanliness is your priority, skip it. - The parking was great, communication with host was easy, but the apartment was not clean at all. There is some water damage on the walls and the apartment smells of moist, the towels were smelly and I had to use paper towels to dry myself. The apartment is spacious but it lacks furniture and a decent clean. If the host gives more attention to the cleanliness then it could be good place to stay. It was not clean at all. The towels and bedding smelled. The fridge smelled...

• Anna (10/5): Polecam serdecznie - Pierwszy raz korzystałam z takiej opcji i jesteśmy zachwyceni, mieszkanie duże,czyste przestronne, bardzo dobrze wyposażone niczego nam nie brakowało. Lokalizacja świetna, system odbioru i oddania kluczy bezkontaktowy również świetnie zorganizowany. Jedyny minus to niesamowicie twardy materac w sypialni, w domu również mamy twarde materace bo takie lubimy ale tu spanie można przyrównać do leżenia na panelach podłogowych. Mam na biodrach zrosty po zastrzykach domięśniowych i leżenie na aż tak twardym materacu wywołuje u mnie wręcz ból. Mąż również nie spał wygodnie.

• Liviu (10/5): Great place for exploring Prague - We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and everything was very nice. Having Lidl right downstairs and a tram that takes you to city center in 20 minutes by 5 minutes walking was extra helpful. The building is new and the apartment had a very nice kitchen with dishwasher and an easy to reach electrical oven. Would stay there again!

• Miriama (3/5): Nice apartment but disappointment from owners approach - Big space apartment, parking in the garage, good location. There were no keys in the keybox when we arrived because they forgot to put it there so we had to wait for one hour to get it (compensation was 10 euro). There were no towels so owner had to come again to provide it to us. When we left the apartment we forgot chromecast there so we contacted owner if he could send it to us of course we would pay for it, but communication was very hard with him and we still dont have it after two months so we are very disappointed.
• Asuman (8/5): Good value, good stay - Good location, quiet, easy tram ride to center, there is market downstairs, spacious apartment No a/c but there are electric fans but it was not bad..Not enough furniture in bedroom to put clothes on ..even put the phone and glasses at the bedside

• Grace (7/5): Good - The apartment was spacious and clean. The internet was fast. The host did not give us the exact address of the apartment and we couldn't know, since we are not locals, we had to search the entire area to find the apartment. And to add, the most bizarre thing happened on the final day of our stay, we were preparing for check out around 10 am ( check out deadline 11 am) and suddenly the door of the apartment was opened by a couple with their bags. We were surprised since we didn't do our check out yet, someone else had the key of the apartment, and this means it was not as safe as we thought. Can't exactly find a reasonable explanation for all this.
• Roel (8/5): Very good - Modern and spacious apartments at a convenient location with private parking below the building. It is nice to have a supermarket and public transport to the center directly around the corner. Bed was too hard for our likening.

• Luka (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very clean and everything you need was there. The Location of the apartment is perfect for use of public transportation. First station was a minute from your door. The host gave us perfect description for use of building and parking before we came to location. Nothing to complain about.

• Veronica (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect apartment for up to 5 people, clean and equipped with everything. Very simple check in / check out thanks to the owner's detailed instructions and timely communications. Prague 7 is not in the center but there are tram stops (almost in front of the house or a 5-minute walk away) that take you everywhere in a few minutes without worrying about where to buy the ticket, as there are ticket machines on the means of transport, tickets can be purchased directly with your credit card or mobile app. What is very important for those who travel to Prague by car, the apartment has free private parking, in 7 days we never used the car and saved a lot of parking money. Another fundamental thing: under the apartment there is a supermarket and you can do your shopping without leaving the building, therefore, don't get wet carrying your shopping in case of rain. If I come back to Prague I will definitely book this apartment again.
• Nitish (9/5): Great place to stay in Prague - The apartment is new and everything was very cosy and comfortable. We like the apartment. Lidle is just in the same building and tram station is also nearby. Our stay was really good and we enjoyed quite a lot. Car parking was a big problem. We struggled for an hour to open the gate. The remote was not working and hence the -4 floor parking door was not opening. There was no signal in the basement and hence I needed to come to the ground floor to call the owner. But the owner was really helpful. That's why I am rating 9/10.
• Youngho (8/5): Strongly recommened for small family( 5 person ) - Car parking is very convenient and secured. Supermarket is in the same building so easily to buy some food etc. Tram station is very close(walk 1 min) you can go sightseeing spot quite easily. Need some instructions how to dispose the garbage. When I arrived apartment, room number is not attached due to painting work. it took several minute to find correct door.
• Aikerim (10/5): Exceptional - Really good flat for good price, comfortable, clean, no smell. Everything necessary things you have for comfortable staying, close to tram station, also two metro stations are close. Lidl shop is downstair. Big benefit is free parking place . Recommend it

• Anonymous (10/5): Very nice Apartement and Host :) - The Apartment was very clean and super New. everything was clean and well equiped. the contact to the Host was uncomplicated and friendly and of there were any questions, we got help very fast. it was also easy and well described how to get the key. The Location of the Apartment is very good because of the Tram Station in Front of the House and a supermarket in the cellar. we only Needed about 15 Minutes to the Center of prague, what was very nice.
• Irena (10/5): Quiet neighbourhood 15min from the center - The apartment is with very good location and 15min with tram from the center. It is in new building with Lidl on the parter which is very comfortable for breakfast or something to buy. Netflix is available and full equiped kitchen. Easy check in and out.
