The area is quiet, the bed is comfortable, and the included breakfast offers great value. Guests should note that rooms on the top level require climbing three levels of stairs, which may be challenging for some travelers.
- Anna (10/5): самое главное это отзывчивые и вежливые люди - все остальное можно решить , мы очень довольны остались проживанием ❤️ И - Очень понравился отель , небольшой , по семейному уютно как-то, расположение в старом городе - очень удобно до всех главных локаций и прогулок Очень отзывчивый и вежливый персонал, владелец вообще устроил нам экскурсию по старому городу и много что интересного рассказал❤️ завтраки не шведский стол, но мы в принципе наедались , тем более готовили для каждого отдельно горячее в комнате очень чисто , убирались каждый день очень слабый вай фай был в комнате именно, при заселении что-то сломалось и вроде починили в вечеру все , но передавалось все с трудом надеюсь это только нам не повезло и у следующих гостей будет все в порядке

Завтраки национальные, их стараются разнообразить, добавляя то фрукты, то печенье, то оладушки. Видно, что в этом отеле стараются создать комфорт и уют! Нам все понравилось, спасибо!

Kaldığımız oda uyku konforu açısından sessiz ve temiz ortam kokusuna sahipti. Arkadaşlar çok yardımseverdi. Uçaktan erken saatlerde inmemize rağmen erken giriş işlemlerinde bize oda ayarladılar. Bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltısı daha çeşitli ve doyurucu olabilirdi. Bunun dışında herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.

Resepsiyon temizlik gibi Diğer çalışan tüm arkadaşlar da aynı şekilde çok temiz kibar ve iyi insanlardı. konaklama esnasında Otelde kaybolan yüzüğümü bulduktan sonra güvenli bir şekilde bana tekrardan teslim ettiler, yüzüğümü bulan kadın arkadaşa tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum. bu yüzden ayrıca minnettarım. Tüm çevreme tavsiye ediyorum. Ayrıca otel otelin konumu her yere çok yakındı atmosferi çok güzeldi. yemek için İsmail Bey’in önerdiği restoranda çok güzeldi . - david or denise (10/5): A perfect stay - It was very quiet and very clean. The staff were all helpful and went the extra to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. There was no elevator but frankly I knew that elevators are rarely found in the Old City.
- Silvia (7/5): Ottima posizione, pulizia impeccabile e personale gentile, ma alcuni aspetti come odori dal bagno e colazione migliorabi - Posizione davvero ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare la zona. La struttura era sempre pulita e ho apprezzato molto la cura quotidiana della stanza, con il cambio regolare anche della biancheria da bagno. Purtroppo dal bagno proveniva un odore piuttosto intenso dagli scarichi, abbastanza fastidioso. Inoltre, la colazione non è stata all’altezza del resto dell’esperienza: la scelta era limitata e la qualità complessiva potrebbe essere migliorata. Infine, suggerirei di sostituire il phon: per chi ha i capelli lunghi risulta poco potente e davvero poco pratico.

Pracownicy byli bardzo mili, pomocni i cierpliwi w stosunku do naszych próśb :D To naprawdę wiele dla nas znaczy, bo atmosferę zawsze tworzą ludzie. Pokój był przestronny i wygodny co zapewniało komfort podczas odpoczynku. Dodatkowo w pokoju były zapewnione czajnik, herbatki, woda. Śniadania były dobre i syte- w szczególności smakowały się nam lokalne serki i konfitury:) Lokalizacja hotelu jest po prostu idealna, wszędzie blisko. Fajnie, że hotel pomaga w transporcie na lotnisko (w dobrej cenie), bo loty do Polski są wcześnie rano. Dziękujemy i polecamy:) Wszystko było super. Jeśli miałabym coś sugerować, to lustro w pokoju - dla dziewczyn to bardzo ważne 🤭

Quando cheguei disseram que não tinha reserva no alojamento e aconselharam e obter estadia sem auxílio do Booking. Além disso era referido que aceitavam pagamento por cartão e foi recusado tendo que pagar em dinheiro. Situação muito constrangedora depois de uma longa viagem de Lisboa. Problema entre o Booking e o hotel? Não sei, só sei que o cliente só é prejudicado com isso.

There was a power blackout and water failure one morning for a few hours. No shower, no lights, no toilet, no coffee.....also no apology and no offer of a discount for the inconvenience.

- Cetin (8/5): - The hotel is situated in the heart of the oldtown, so it is close to good restaurants and city center, like the Nizami street district. The room was spacious enough and the beds were comfortable, the heating was quite good. The staff was helpful and helped us with a late check-out and helped arrange the transfer to the Airport (although you shall foresee a long waiting period for the transfer to arrive) The old town is a difficult zone for walking, due to cobblestone and un even streets, that is a difficulty for the elderly. Apart that the breakfast was weak in variety. And there was an issue with the ventilation in the bathroom in the last day.

C'era la possibilità di farsi preparare una colazione take away ma occorreva richiederla il giorno prima.

Так как гостиница находится посередине старого города - там потрясающая тишина вечером и ночью. Это, и удобная огромная кровать позволили высыпаться как мало где. В гостинице очень чисто. Завтрак каждый день одинаковый, тем, кто не любит яичницу будет туго )). Но я в их число не вхожу, поэтому меня завтраки вполне устроили.

- Małgorzata (10/5): thanks to this location, everything was close by, a great starting point - A wonderful boutique hotel with an exceptionally hospitable atmosphere and fantastic service, always smiling and eager to help. Located practically in the heart of the Old Town, all attractions are within walking distance. Delicious breakfasts served every morning, made with local produce. I highly recommend it.

- Ekaterina (3/5): Не рекомендую - В ванной комнате отломана ручка двери, сильно пахнет канализацией. Подушки сваленные, неудобные. На завтрак дают много плошек разных закусок: 3 кусочка сыра, 3 дольки помидора, 3 кружка колбасы, 3 оладушка и т.п - это на троих. На одного человека дают все в таком же количестве. Причём с каждым днем завтрака нам уменьшали количество плошек - выезжали уже без оладушек, долек яблок и варенья. За продление номера на 2 часа взяли как они это назвали "чисто символическую сумму" равную 50% от стоимости одной ночи. За въезд в Старый город берут дополнительную сумму, но не все такси вас туда повезут. Ко входу в отель машина не может подъехать и нужно немного пройти в чемоданами, а потом тащить их самостоятельно по лестнице в номер.

Their airport transfer back to the airport didn’t turn up which created some early morning stress but a back up taxi was arranged by the hotel. We left 25mins later than planned but luckily this didn’t affect us in terms of traffic to the airport or security/passport control etc.

- Maria (10/5): - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the very first moment, the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and varied, offering something for everyone. The location of the hotel is simply fantastic – convenient, central, and close to everything we needed, which made exploring the area extremely easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

- Rüzgarlı Günler (8/5): Fiyat performans oteli - Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımsever.Kahvaltı sade ama yeterliydi. Konum çok iyi. Diş fırçası bile vardı. Odada her şey tamdı. Odada gider kokusu vardı çözmeye çalıştılar ama kaldığımız süre boyunca kökü devam etti.

Ayrıca misafirperverliği için İsmail Bey’e de özellikle çok teşekkür ederim. The hotel’s location is very central, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to everyone. If I visit Baku again, I would definitely stay here. I would also like to especially thank Mr. Ismail for his hospitality.
- Esma (9/5): Keyifli, rahat ve güvenilir bir konaklama - Otelin konumu içeri şehirde çok merkezi olmasına rağmen oldukça da sakin bir yerdeydi. Odanın büyüklüğü gayet rahattı ve temizlikten de memnun kaldık. Isıtmada bir sorun yaşamadık. Personel oldukça güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. İlk kattaki penceresi hemen dibindeki binaya bakan odada kalmıştık bu yüzden manzaramız yoktu ve pencereyi rahatça açamadık. Ayrıca oda merdiven dibinde olduğu için gece dahil diğer misafirlerin sesleri odada çok duyuluyordu. Sabahları kahvaltı saatinde de kızartma kokusu odanın içine doluyordu.

Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, отличный старт для насыщенного дня. Номера чистые, уютные, а сотрудники очень внимательные — всегда подскажут и помогут. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова!
- Liam (10/5): Home away from home in Old Baku - Beautifully renovated property in the heart of Old Baku. Ismail and his entire team went above and beyond as attentive hosts — they were communicative about check-in, eager to provide information about the area’s history and attractions, and offer tea every time you walk in the door. The rooms are spacious, clean, modern, and complete with home-grade mattresses, mini-fridge, kettle, TV, wardrobe, and bathroom toiletries. A typical breakfast was included each morning. Otel sahibi İsmail bey çok ilgili misafirperverdi. Kış ayında konaklamamıza rağmen odalar sıcacıktı ve çok temizdi her yer. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık Bakü’ye yolumuz düşerse yine tercihimiz burası olur.
- EZGİ (10/5): - Otelin konumu oldukça iyi, Old City'nin tam kalbinde. Gezilecek yerlerin çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde. Yanında Macaristan konsolosluğunun olması da gece sessiz olmasını sağlamış. Görevliler her konuda yardımcı oldular, bir daha gelsem yine konaklarım. Google Maps'te Old City'nin sokakları çok doğru gösterilmiyor. Gece karanlığında sokaklar bir nebze ıssızlaşıyor.

- Amtul (9/5): A pleasant and comfortable stay with great service and location. - The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating. The location was ideal - within walking distance of many major landmarks in Baku, which made exploring the city very convenient. There was no complimentary breakfast. Prayer mats and an iron were not available in the room by default, although they were provided upon request - it would be more convenient if these were readily available.

Нам пошли во всем навстречу, согласовали ранний заезд и перенос завтрака без дополнительных оплат, помогли с заказом трансфера в аэропорт с заездом на территорию старого города чтобы не тащиться с чемоданами (когда ехали из аэропорта такси довезло нас только до границы старого города объяснив что далее нужны какие-то спец разрешения и нам пришлось с детьми по брусчатке катить чемоданы), подробно рассказали обо всех интересующих нас местах, дали карты. Завтрак был очень эстетичный и вкусный. Расположение у отеля замечательное, в самом сердце старого города. Все было идеально

- Yana (10/5): Новый год в Баку - Расположение прекрасное. Недалеко все достопримечательности, а также метро, от которого начинаются экскурсии. Прекрасные сотрудники! Говорят на русском, помогали во всем - от завтрака до вызова такси. Жасмин провела небольшую экскурсию по окрестностям. Тёплый, просторный номер. Завтрак: овощи, фрукты, нарезка, яичница, варенье, хлеб. Если получится вернуться в Баку, опять поселимся там. Поскольку отель внутри старого города, то пешком от остановки нужно идти немножко в горку и периодически по каменной мостовой. Но такси туда доехать может. В отеле нет лифта (нужно учитывать тем, кому трудно ходить по лестнице). С вещами сотрудники отеля помогают.
- Olga (10/5): - Отличное расположение! Очень внимательный и добрый персонал. Разрешили оставить сумки до вылета, угостили кофе и чаем, пока мы ждали время для отъезда. Старый город прекрасен! Рядом много вариантов вкусно поужинать. Приятные завтраки, всего достаточно.

- Fairouz (10/5): - It was a wonderful stay and the best thing about it was that the staff was very nice and helpful and sent us gifts at the New Year's celebration and there was interest all the time. It was a fun stay for us. The best hotel in Baku and the area is wonderful and the size of the room. If I return to Baku, I will definitely stay in it again. Everything is great, but the staff deserve more than 5-stars ratting

- Irina (10/5): - Расположен на тихой улице в старом городе, отдохнули от шума а/м и другого транспорта. В номере было тепло. Занавески блэкаут создают идеальное затемнение для сна и отдыха. Хороший матрас и удобные подушки. Большая ванная комната, без проблем с горячей водой. Уборка номера ежедневная. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые. Персонал всегда был на связи и готов помочь. Спасибо за шампанское и угощения к Новому году!!! Завтрак.
