Guest Reviews
- Mark (9/5): We loved our stay in Scottsdale and would definitely do it again. - The location was great, beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and a short walk to town. The property was not fenced securely under the building so our dogs would go on an adventure each day when they knew we weren’t watching them.
- Laura (10/5): -
- Marianne (9/5): - It was quiet and peaceful. Photos show exactly what you get. Very comfortable little home.
- Angela (10/5): - It was cute
Lovely we could take the dog Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Peaceful, cozy, relaxing and welcoming. Great spot. - The tranquility of the setting, modern styling and well appointed unit. Close to the centre of Scottsdale. Maybe an iron? Other than that it was perfect
- Chelsea (8/5): -
- Margaret (10/5): -
- Karen (9/5): Really cute space! Nice and quiet part of town, but still close to amenities. - Great use of space and good stocking of the utensils! Loved having a patio to sit out on to catch the sun and the books you left around the place. The place would benefit from a periodic deep clean - taking the cobwebs off of the patio furniture, vacuuming behind the couch and under the bench under the TV, and wiping behind the microwave.
- mel (8/5): Would absolutely stay again. - Fantastic location The property had everything you could possibly need except an iron.
- Bowman (9/5): Surprisingly spacious Tiny House. - The tiny house was very cosy and comfortable with all mod cons! Nicely furnished close to town and quiet. I woke up to the sound of birds and the wind in the cyprus trees, lovely! The stove was a bit of a puzzle initially but I eventually figured it out. I found locking and unlocking the front door a bit tricky as the frame for the screen door got in the way.
- Stevens (9/5): -
- John (8/5): - Overflowing rubbish bins and uninspiring view. But functional for a comfortable nights sleep
- Jarrod (8/5): - The location and value. The Tiny Home also had everything we needed. The beds are very high off the ground and the sofa was too big for the room. The Tiny Home was also very cold and it was hard to keep warm.
- Jun (10/5): -
- Mark (10/5): Cosy and well equipped tiny home. Excellent location. Highly recommended. - Nice clean comfortable and fully equipped tiny home. Warm and cozy during our winter stay. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

- Sue (9/5): A lovely modern getaway, which is a great base to explore the surrounding area. - Very modern and spacious with all the necessary amenities, very cosy, cute balcony and very quiet.
- Kathy (9/5): Perfect location and size for us to spend the winter nights relaxing and the days mountain biking at Derby. - How clean and quiet it was, and it had everything we needed.
- Amy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ruth (10/5): fantastic little place - nice and quiet - Easy and away from others gate won't stay open when taking suitcases in and out
- Sarah (5/5): Clean, quiet but beds too high. No hair dryer - Very clean and quiet. Very well equipped with almost everything you need. Super hot shower, shampoo etc. easy to find. Plenty of parking. No hair dryer! One small thing dampened our stay.
Beds far too high. Our son’s age is listed on booking and it was unsafe for him, had to wedge him in with extra pillows. He couldn’t get in or out of bed without help.
Our room had window inline with bed. Window seal sopping wet during the entire stay which you sleep with your back against (literally right against) Quite uncomfortable and cold. Ran heat pump entire time but made no difference to the condensation. No extra blanket so second night slept in a coat.
- Ruth (10/5): nice and quiet - Convenient quiet and good parking maybe an electric blanket coming into winter
- Claire (8/5): Very good -
- Shirley (5/5): Not suitable for elderly people - Beds too high, only one set of steps for two rooms- had to buy steps myself. Shower needs non slip surface and hand rail - no cloth for washing dishes.
- Robyn (8/5): Very good - Uniqueness, cleanliness. Beds made it awkward to get into. Clothesline too high and no shelter over the back deck.
- Emma (9/5): Superb -
- Dawn (10/5): We had a very enjoyable stay - The property was very well equipped with everything you needed I didn’t like the bed so high and up against the wall
- Joanne (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean and all amenities available. The beds were too high and the key ring was awkward when opening the door or putting it in the key safe.
- Craig (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ruth (8/5): Quiet and private - Private and quiet Expect to take out the rubbish as well.
- Tanmay (10/5): Exceptional - Most amazing tiny home, we loved it. Beds are super high and it’s really difficult to climb on them without step stool.
There should be step stool or similar thing present already at home. Owner gave step stool after we requested
- Diana (9/5): Superb -
- Akurugoda (6/5): Pleasant -
- Judianne (9/5): Superb - Everything else was superb. Beds are super high but owner will provide a step.
- Ruth (10/5): Neat, Quiet, Private and cosy - Great little place - lots of thought gone into adding little touches to make things a bit more personal. Very quiet spot. The beds are high - if you're a bit short that's a challenge.
And really good for one - beds are against the wall so couples have some negotiating to see who sleeps on the door side. Not an issue for me on this visit however.
- Greg (9/5): Superb -
- Melinda (10/5): Our favourite place we stayed in Tasmania - excellent!! - Beautiful modern tiny home in a great peaceful location. Very clean. Stocked with almost everything you could need. Would definitely stay again!
