• Guest (10/5): Great artistic vacation in Rome - + Exceptional view, great bed and big, bright and spacious room. The experience starts from the great and artistic entrance to the building block and continues in the actual room. Right next to the building there are great patisseries and restaurant, market that was working till the late night. Gulia was always in touch, helped with the issue with hot water i had, and was very nice and gentle to make sure nothing bothers my stay in Rome. There is also coffeemaker, kettle, TV on the general kitchen, so if you're travelling somewhere from here early you can make yourself tea and coffee. Location is more than great, nice neighborhood, easy access to all main tourist locations, to the Train Station, to the metro - Consider to bring earplugs if want total silence at night, because with open windows you'll hear everything that is going on on the street. • tubo (8/5): Nel complesso valuto positivamente l'esperienza di soggiorno. - Ottima posizione, ad un passo dal cuore di Roma. Ho avuto inzialmente problemi di connessione e non riuscivo ad accedere alla struttura. Poi con i codici inviati gentilmente dall'host, che si è attivato immediatamente per darmi supporto, ho risolto. Quindi top. Molte scale per accedere all'appartamento.

• Nicola (9/5): Breve soggiorno a Roma - Molto ben posizionato (in piazza San Giovanni e non lontana dalla fermata della metro). Struttura molto silenziosa e riservata. Procedure di accesso molto chiare e molto ben spiegate. Piccolissimi dettagli che mi aspetterei di trovare in una struttura “luxury” (non solo, in realtà): mancava un attaccapanni e nel bagno non vi erano ganci o simili per appendervi gli asciugamani…piccole cose, però…

Infelizmente alguns pontos negativos atrapalharam nossa estadia, o wifi não pega bem no quarto, o ar condicionado do meu quarto não estava prestando, o que deixou as noites bem agoniantes e em um dos dias teve uma manifestação exatamente na frente do apartamento, como tínhamos que ficar com a janela aberta devido ao calor, se tornou uma situação bem complicada, mas ao passar a situação ao anfitrião, foi repassado um reembolso de um valor pago na acomodação devido o transtorno com o ar, e o anfitrião apesar de não conseguir resolver nosso problema na acomodação deu bastante atenção a queixa.

• Hobbs (9/5): We loved the location and ease of access! - Great location, easy walking distance to the colosseum and we were able to take the local metro or scooters to further locations like Vatican City and trevi fountain. The city noise was louder than anticipated which wasn’t a deal breaker at all! Just something to keep in mind, if you have kids or want a quiet night, this location may not be the best. It is in the heart of the city, lots of honking and road noise until late at night. Didn’t bother us though!

Сотрудники помогли все разрешить, за что им большое спасибо! Отель расположен в удачном месте: рядом с центром, напротив круглосуточный большой супермаркет с большим выбором, в том числе и локальных продуктов. Наверху фудкорт, где можно позавтракать или поужинать, работает до 22-00. В нем есть банкоматы. В том числе и банкомат ВТБ, в котором с рублевой Российской карты МИР можно снять драмы с небольшой комиссией. Остановка транспорта совсем рядом. От аэропорта на такси 15 минут. Кровать и подушки удобные. Места в номере достаточно. Кроме кровати есть и диванчик. Есть холодильник. В отеле есть кухня в цоколе, но мы ничего не готовили, просто брали оттуда посуду. Номер наш был 6. Окно во двор, но держать его открытым ночью громко - разгружаются машины супермаркета. Кондиционер и телевизор работали хорошо. Для остановки на 3 ночи для осмотра города очень подходит! Номер 6. В душевой кабинке плохо уходит вода. Об этом уже не раз писали в отзывах. И иногда запах канализации. Хорошо бы руководству гостиницы прислушаться и устранить данный недостаток! Замок в двери с ключем. Но дверь и замок очень хлипкие! Как говорится, от честных людей!

We didnt meet anybody from stuff or owner, but they were available via whatsapp. Cool LED RGB lighting of room. This actually amused me. No problem. Only the bedside lamp is foldable, and wired via a USB micro, which I couldn't find in the room. And the TV is there, but that's all, you can't use it much.

• Silvia (7/5): - El espacio es de diseño moderno y nuevo , tiene una buena ubicación Se debe usar una aplicación web para controlar las puertas , eso el primer día puede ser complicado pero luego ya se hizo más fácil. La anfitriona tuvo un problema de coordinación del servicio de limpieza de camas lo que fue incomodo pero luego se aseguró de arreglarlo, entiendo que fue un incidente y no es lo habitual.

• Cos K Footwear Ltd. (8/5): Fantastic. We enjoyed it very much. - The apartment is located very beautifully opposite a church and there is no opposite so the view is quite broad. The house has a lot of character and one of these old wooden lifts which are very charming. The apartment was nice and clean with good lighting (not very common) and a comfy bed. Air con was put over the entrance door which made it comfy to keep it on during the night because we had to keep the window shut as the street in front is quite noisy. There are plenty of good restaurant in walking distance and we could reach all the place we wanted to go to easily. Plus there are taxis around the corner. Perfect location for a stay in Rome. Only thing which we weren't very fond of was the digital key system which worked with the mobile phone. We prefer having a key(maybe that is related to age ;)), but we understand that is much easier to maintain and in the end we managed to use it. The owners were very helpful and responded immediately.

Very late check-in time (15:00) and we had to wait a bit more until cleaning was finished to enter the room, no change of towels, not a lot of bathroom products. Old window frame, blinders didn't shut completely.

La ragazza che ci ha seguita poco pro - la finestra grande non c’è servizio la persona che si deve occupare della reception che non è presente fisicamente, ma soltanto con WhatsApp non è stata reperibile e siamo dovuti stare fuori una notte e al ritorno non ha provveduto nemmeno al rimborso cosa che c’era stata garantita. Struttura non affidabile personale non preparato e troppo giovane non era specificato al momento della prenotazione che si trattava di una struttura interamente online senza personale da accoglienza senza chiavi, ma soltanto con codici e applicazioni da usare soltanto con il telefono.. tutto molto scomodo, tanto tempo all’inizio verso per studiare la chiusura della porta e scaricare le applicazioni per l’apertura delle varie porte.

• Asia (9/5): Modern stay in great location!! - Great clean property in central location of Rome Key locking mechanism can be frustrating at times. One night we were trying to get back into the room at 10pm and my data wasn’t working so I couldn’t unlock the doors. I had to call the host and thankfully they were super helpful but it would be so much easier with a traditional lock or just a code on the electronic keypads.

La stazione di bus atac Roma è a 2 min a piedi,e la stazione Manzoni metropolitana a 7 min a piedi. Super consigliato questa suite. Il Colosseo a 15 min a piede,quindi tutto fantastico,ci siamo sentiti a casa.

• Nicole (7/5): Lage top, modernes Zimmer, aber recht laut und komplizierter Check-In - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, man kann das Colosseum und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell und sogar zu Fuß erreichen. Das Zimmer ist modern eingerichtet, anscheinend gerade erst renoviert. Außerdem war das Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel, man kann es sich hier wirklich gemütlich machen. Man checkt online ein und ist dadurch bei der Ankunft zeitlich flexibel. Der Online-Check in ist ein wenig mühsam, außerdem bekommt man keinen Schlüssel, sondern entsperrt das Zimmer über das Internet mit einem Link, den man kurz vor der Ankunft via Chat erhält. Das ist zwar praktisch, erfordert aber Internet und Akku am Handy, sonst ist man ausgesperrt. Das sollten vor allem Menschen bedenken, die eventuell nicht so technikaffin sind. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, wodurch es auch nachts sehr laut ist. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig, man hört andere Gäste heim kommen und wir wurden dadurch leider mehrmals geweckt. Zusätzlich hatten wir am letzten Tag ein Problem mit der Lüftung im Bad, es hat unangenehm gerochen. Ob das an der Wartung liegt wissen wir nicht.

• Cynthia (5/5): Difficult to find and horrible experience with self check-in! - The room was quiet, the bed and pillow were comfortable. Bathroom was adequate; shower was good as well. I absolutely hate self check-in, and if I had known that was what we were going to have to do, I would not have reserved this place. It was very difficult FIRST to find it as google maps takes you to a different location. We had to ask a waiter where it was, 15 minutes further away. Then the whole process of opening doors was ridiculous. We had to call and get a code and still it was difficult. Because of all this lost time, we were 45 minutes late for our dinner reservation, but they fortunately squeezed us in. The location is not all that great. It is 20 minutes from the Coliseum, but other than that, it is on the outskirts of the city. There is no "luxury" to these "suites", not even a bottle of water. The bed was made every day but we never got new towels in 3 days. Maybe that is the thing now... I would not recommend this place and I don't know how it got such good ratings. It's not terrible, but it is not great either. Very overrated, in my opinion!

Check in process was complex requiring wifi connection and multiple codes for the several doors. Also need a code to lock the room each time. Air conditioning didn't really work and the shower is only luke warm with no way to increase the temperature.

First you need to give your data and identity to a third party app in order to enter the place, because there is no one there. First bad surprise. Second, I had no warm water on my last day. Too late to have any chance to get it fixed.

• Enrique (9/5): Excelente experiencia. - El acceso a el edificio y al departamento es automático pero sencillo, hay elevador para subir la maletas y la ubicación es muy buena, si llevas auto rentado debes tener cuidado donde te estacionas en la calle ya que podrían multarte, la cama es amplia y cómoda, el agua caliente de la ducha es limitada. Abajo hay una cafetería/restaurante que resulta muy práctico para desayunar. EL agua caliente de la ducha. En ocasiones no salía muy caliente pero el anfitrión lo resolvió relativamente rápido.

• Dóra (9/5): Ár érték arányban a legjobb római szállás! - Szuper helyen van a szállás, 10 perc séta a Colosseum, buszok a haz előtt, metro pár perc séta. A szoba nagyon szép és tiszta volt, naponta takarítottak. Az aljában van egy klasszikus olasz bar, nagyon finom pekarukkal és kávéval. A zuhany kar mar eléggé el volt hasznalva, nehezen lehetett elinditani, homersekletet állítani.
