• Volha (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt w świetnej lokalizacji - W dniach od 16 do 19 maja mieszkaliśmy w tym apartamencie z małym dzieckiem i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Bardzo podobała nam się lokalizacja — wszystko było blisko i bardzo wygodne, szczególnie podróżując z wózkiem. Bez problemu spacerowaliśmy do najważniejszych atrakcji Mediolanu. W pobliżu znajdują się również piekarnie, sklepy oraz zielony park, więc można było spokojnie pospacerować i odpocząć z dzieckiem. Proces zameldowania był bardzo prosty i szybki, a instrukcje były dokładne i czytelne, dzięki czemu nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z wejściem do apartamentu. Kuchnia była dobrze wyposażona — wszystko, co potrzebne do przygotowania śniadania czy kolacji, było na miejscu. Apartament był czysty, zadbany i bardzo komfortowy na rodzinny pobyt. Jedyną rzeczą, która nie do końca nam odpowiadała, był materac — dla nas był trochę zbyt miękki, ale to oczywiście kwestia indywidualnych preferencji. Jedno z ręczników mogło być lepiej doprane, jednak mieliśmy kilka kompletów, również dla dziecka, więc nie stanowiło to większego problemu i nie wpłynęło negatywnie na nasz pobyt.
• Dilyana (9/5): - Close to shops, restaurants, 20 minutes walk to Duomo and Navigli Very easy access, nice building, 1 minute to Metro station. Very nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The sofa needs renovation or maybe change with new one.

• adriana (7/5): Good for the price - Location is great Bed was clean,but the apartment was dusty and needed a good deep clean.Although there was a washing machine and a dishwasher,a dingle washing machine capsule or dishwasher tablet were not provided.We stayed for two nights end of July,and I think it’s pointless to provide the facilities without them,do I need to buy a pack of each to be able to use them? The toilet paper was not enough for four of us for two nights,also the quality was very poor so we had to buy our toilet paper. In general,apart from the cleaning issue,the apartment needs updating and more considerate supply of what is needed for a comfortable stay.

• CATALINA (10/5): - The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions. The space was suitable for me and my two daughters. The directions received from the host were accurate and thus the access was extremely easy. The host was extremely nice and responded promptly to all our requests
• EVA MARIA (5/5): Lamentable servicio. Publicidad engañosa - Ubicación Su publicación es un engaño. Vistas que no hay. Parquing no disponible. Cocina con horno que no funciona. Admite mascotas y luego te reprochan por ellas Sucio Paredes con parches de pintura. Sin vistas, es un primero interior con ventanas altas por las q no se puede ver nada . Admite mascotas según su publicación y luego reprochan. No funciona el horno, lo indico y me dicen que debía haberlo dicho antes. Antes de que? Tenía la reserva desde el mes de febrero, han tenido tiempo para hacer un cambio que no lo hicieron. Dicen que hay aparcamiento en el establecimiento y es mentira está a 500mt. Lamentablemente reclamaré por un gasto en comida fuera del apartamento a consecuencia de no funcionar el horno. El sofá cama es duro como una piedra. No recomendable a no ser que solo busques una buena ubicación que es a 600mt del centro
• Carole (8/5): - Lit double hyper confortable. Logement climatisé et relativement spacieux dans résidence sécurisée à 15 minutes à pieds du centre. Le parking le plus proche est à 7 ou 8 minutes à pieds de l'appartement au prix de 22€/jour (parking de la basiliche) mais attention il est situé en zone ztl. Il faut donc se rendre dans un tabac pour déclarer l'entrée du véhicule dans la zone (7,50€).
• Mallik Tumma (8/5): - Apartment is in a prime location and easy access to shops and transport ( M3 from Centrale ). We stayed for 1 night and it was fine and comfortable enough. A bit tricky to find the apartment but Carolina's instructions were clear. House has all basic facilities and was kept very clean. Took time to understand how to use the stove ( lighted was missing) but managed it somehow. -Air Conditioning was good as we stayed during the summer time. - Quite neighborhood. Nothing major really that would stop me from staying again here but a few observations. 1) Online check-In process is a bit complex and a lot of requirements but was okay. 2) We stayed in multiple places during our recently Italy trip and it was a bit awkward asking guests to clear and through away bins, despite of paying clearing charges. Check-In at 03.00 PM and check-out by 10.00 am. Means there is enough time for cleaning by the maintenance team to clear bins instead asking guests to do it. 3) A Micro oven could have been arranged as it is a very basic need, particularly if you are staying with kids. Stove is not easy to use but manageable Otherwise, I will still recommend it.

• Camilo (8/5): Comfy flat worked fine for the 5 night stay for four. I would consider repeating. - Location was close to Duomo (15-20 mins walk), Sofia metro (3 mins), small supermarket few doors down to get essentials. We were out and about for the most part, but the AC (only in living room) was a blessing, just needed to keep bedroom door open to enjoy the coolness. New shower and sofabed, which was very comfortable. Quiet as apartment is away from street. As only one bathroom best for 2 or less people, but our family of four managed. Floor could have been cleaner; no microwave, but didn't do any cooking anyway. Pictures from host (immediate response) helped find the apartment as written instructions were not easy to follow.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, easy communication, cosy apartment for a couple. Walking distance to main attractions.
• Karolina (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is situated in a walking distance from most of the main tourist atractions. Close to the apartament there are shops, restaurants, basically everything you would need on a daily basis. The host establishes clear communication, with flexible check-in hours.
• Srinivasan (9/5): Perfect for weekend getaways to stay close to the City Centre - Location is ideal to explore the city centre by foot. Hidden gem in the heart of bustling Milan city centre. If you are driving then you should contact the host much in advance so you have options for parking. Nearest & Safest covered parking is 3 mins walk from the property.

• Maali (6/5): Has potential but desperately needs upgrades. - Very nice Italiano apartment complex vibes with proper furnishing. There were plenty of dishes and pans and all needed for cooking. Hostess was very welcoming and helpful. Loved the different lightning options and especially the unique bubbly lamps. Place was really quiet considering it is centered in city's hotspot. There were 2 things that would not make us recommend this place. The bed was awful because it was so loud and the only way to sleep in it was to remove the frame under it. The shower had difficulties with giving warm water as the main options were very cold or boiling hot.

• Ramin (3/5): I was very disappointed. I felt uncomfortable staying there so do not recommend it. - The only positive point was the location, which was close to the city center and public transport. The flat itself was dirty. The bed sheets were dirty, and it was obvious that they were not washed after the previous tenants. The bathroom was filthy and smelled bad.
