• Lindon Bryce (4/5): - Great location. The place was really really dirty. I actually had scrub the shower and the toilet. It was literally filthy I also to clean the kitchen. Yeah but the bathroom and toilet were like putrid. I was so taken aback. The rug in the lounge smelt so bad I took it away .
• Stephen (2/5): Deplorable- it scores just 1 star out of 5 and is not worthy of a listing under the booking.com banr - The property size, layout, location, aspect, view, bedding and kitchen facilities. Host is pleasant. Pool, spa and gym are exceptional. The carpet is atrocious- stained everywhere and foul smelling. Cleanliness was well below par. TV poor. Toilet runs water continuously leading to noisy recharge during night. Balcony was not swept clean. A painting fell off the wall one night. Could not locate detergent for dishwasher or washing machine. Despite one allocated car space, which remained empty for the week , host wanted to charge extra. Door lock is not cooperative.

• Artemis (8/5): - The location was fantastic! Right in the heart of Canberra, very close to restaurants , cafes , shops and sites. The bathroom was not clean. Especially the toilet hadn't been cleaned at all.

• Shoko (9/5): Fantastic location and a great responsive host. - Location was superb and the gym was big. Heated spa was a great bonus. Comfy bed and multiple pillow choices. Host was superb, just a phone call away. Interior could be better but everything else was superb.
• Roberto (3/5): Avoid it for next time. Not terrible but certainly not value for money. - Great location, large apartment, TV, couch, desk, fridge/freezer, shower all .good. Wifi painfully slow, intermittent, essentially useless for anything I needed to do there. In addition, many websites blocked by some kind of safety filter. It was like being back in China. I had to connect my laptop to the hot spot from my mobile phone (paying for Telstra data) during the whole stay. Since decent wifi service was the main requirement of my trip to Canberra, this problem substantially affected my trip. The second most important thing I was looking for was a good sleep. Forget about that! Pillows are old and lumpy, completely substandard for the price of the booking. The third thing I was looking for was the possibility of cooking at home instead of going out to eat. Forget about that too! There is only one, tiny (about the size of a dinner plate) sink in the kitchen, which makes it impossible to wash dishes. Even if one washes one plate at a time, there is no rack or other place to put them on after rinsing. It's a really bad design for a kitchen. I also did not appreciate the annoying attitude of the owner who persistently tried to charge me $15/day for a car space before giving me the key, even after I had repeatedly told him online and in person that I did not need a car bay because I was going to park my car at some friends' place nearby, and even after I pointed out that I was not going to pay anything more than agreed on booking.com.
