• Manol (1/5): Black mold all over - There was black mold all over the walls and it was very damp. We had to leave because it is unsafe for our health. Besides that my gf was choking because of her asthma. Even if you don't have asthma this is how people get pneumonia. Absolutely awful. They refused a full refund. We felt scammed. I tried attaching pictures of the mold, but booking blocked them twice from the review. The owners will probably paint over it, which is still dangerous. AVOID.
• Thuy (8/5): Very good - Small but had everything we needed (washing machine). Great location, close to all the food alleys and bars. Walking distance too all the local food spots so very reasonable pricing. The owner is lovely and let me check in early. Google translate will be your best friend because she only speaks Italian Hard to find, no sign outside and down a dodgy looking alley. But I managed to Google translate and contact her via WhatsApp. Cleaning is ok (found a broken nail) and a few broken things (toilet seat and door) but the owner showed me beforehand. Nothing too major.
• Julia (7/5): Good - Helpful and nice owner, good location and nice place in general. it would be 9/10 for sure if we didn’t find a cockroach on a last day. kitchen was well equipped expect of knifes, we had only 1 knife

• Anca (9/5): Superb - The room was nice, clean, the bed comfortable, but it’s on the second floor of an old building and there is no lift. Good location, close to the train station. The owner was very nice.
• Michelle (8/5): Excellent location and newly renovated property - Very clean, great air conditioning, close to everything in the heart of the historical center, kitchenette and washing machine were a plus! Outside building is very old and can be shocking at first glance, but is very safe. Windows and doors are not sealed tight so noise and bugs can come in

• Antonis (7/5): Beautiful small flat near Duomo metro - The flat is super nice and super clean and the owner was kind enough to offer us a couple of small bottles of water. The location is good, very close to Duomo metro station and by foot to several main attractions and large, busy streets with shops and restaurants. The air-con works fine and the flat is well equipped to cook your own meals if you wanted to. Smart tv with access to the internet is a nice touch. There is also a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, washing machine and a hanger to dry your clothes. We were also offered to have our sheets and towels changed for an extra fee though. The bed was comfy and overall the room was nicely decorated if you care about such things. We only saw the owner during check in and check out and she does not speak any English. Most importantly there is no lift/elevator and if you have heavy luggage then prepare yourself as you have to go up to the second floor and climb 4 flights of stairs. The neighbourhood is a little dodgy and the building on the outside and the inside is not appealing at all. It is also quite noisy on the nartow street outside but also inside the flat, a clear sign of lack of sound proofing so get your ear plugs if your are not a heavy/easy sleeper. There are a few flaws in the flat like the missing handle of the bathroom window and there is no toilet seat or toilet lid. It is obvious that it was broken but never been replaced. The other window in the room wont despite several attempts of mine to air the room. As mentionef above communication with the owner is solely in Italian even through the Booking.com messaging app. I know that this an extensive review and it sounds like I am complaining but really I am not. We had a great time and the flat is well located and it is nice but I had to point out all the annoyances too.

• Ivona (7/5): Good - be ready to spend for the parking as much as for the apartments. No voice isolation, loud noise and screaming Italians at 2 pm was also included in our stay.

• Rimsha (9/5): Great place to stay! - The room was great. Very beautiful and comfortable like a 4 star. It was located near choor Bazaar (I mean near market) and the port was 10-15 minutes walk from us. But due to the market, it took us longer.. We got distracted a lot on the way. It was a fun market. The location, it was very hard to find but the owner was helpful. I mean there is no sign or anything to tell us how to go there. I would suggest the owner to put a sign or a list on the door so the person can get guidance to the place.
• Jonathan (7/5): located in the historical center, good for walking, not for cars , parkings around are 25-35Euro -
• Etienne (9/5): Super location, great value, very comfortable - Clean, spacious, recently renovated. Comfortable bed and everything needed for both a short and long stay. Super responsive hosts. Light sleepers may find the sound isolation a bit lacking.
• Estine (10/5): Exceptional - The host was accommodating with our luggage on arrival. The space is very neat clean and tidy.
