• Caterina (4/5): Decepcionante - Se calienta rápido la casa pero el sistema de gas es un poco peligroso Le falta mucha renovación a la casa. La nevera no funciona, se congelan las cosas. El agua de la ducha tampoco sale caliente, el termo no funcionaba. Las patas del sofá cama rotas que tuvieron que traer otro colchón. El suelo levantado y algunas ventanas no cerraban. La lámpara del salón no tenía ni bombilla y tuvimos que coger una de la cocina. La casa estaba muy sucia, el suelo, los armarios llenos de suciedad… el cubo del agua de fregar con el agua sucia allí en medio. La verdad que no se ajusta a las fotos que se ofrecen.

• Camila (5/5): Falta muuuuucho por mejorar... - Muy buena calefacción, a pesar de que sólo estaba en las habitaciones y baño, se calefaccionaba toda la casa si se dejaban las puertas abiertas. El baño muy cómodo y calefaccionado. Los sillones, aunque no eran muy cómodos, eran espaciosos. Una casa amplia, con lavadora incluida y tendederos dentro y fuera de la casa. Una muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro y de tiendas de comida y abastecimiento. El refrigerador no funcionaba bien, ya que no mantenía fríos los alimentos y se echaban a perder. A la casa en general le faltaba aseo, porque el piso de la cocina, mesa y utensilios de cocina se encontraban pegajosos y llenos de aceite. Los sillones disponibles en el espacio común estaban en mal estado. Durante nuestra estancia tambien aparecieron ratones. Nos dimos cuenta que dentro del sillón de la cocina habían fecas de ratones, en el espacio donde se guardan las utensilios de aseo también habían fecas de ratón. Le avisamos al dueño, pero él no apareció, y nos dijo que era "época de ratones". Y no ofreció ninguna solución. Tuvimos que desinfectar nosotros mismos la casa.

• Robert (6/5): Good basic accommodation, lacking final touches - Cheap place, plenty of space, fulfills all the basic needs, owner was really helpful and friendly. Great location to visit Torres del Paine. Bed uncomfy, some parts of the house not very well cleaned. Loose taps in the kitchen. General state of the house could be a little better with minimal effort.

• Carolina (6/5): Location near to the bus station and to the city center - Location and facility to check-in/check-out. The staff was also very friendly and available. The apartment should be better clean and the bathroom needs some improvements.
• Chun-i (8/5): Nice host and wide spaces - Wide and warm spaces! The water heater is not stable and doesn't work sometimes.
• Lorenzo (9/5): Superb - Very good accomodation for its price in an expensive city like puerto natales, everything is working, great upside is the tenperature of the rooms that are always very warm, good comfort overall. Kitchen is old but very useful

• Winkler (10/5): Amazing Host - The most amazing host ive ever met! friendly, nice, knows english perfect and helped us with everything we needed! The apartment is great, spacious, warm and clean.
