• Andrew (1/5): Needs repairs to be guest ready. - Had potential to be a good place to stay in central Naples It was very noisy from its dreadful location next busy roads with motorcycles day and night. No effort to soundproof at all. In fact the door in the bedroom would not even shut properly. The host was advised but couldn’t care less about fixing it. The mould smell from the damp walls was unpleasant and persistent. Later in our stay people from the building asked to inspect the apartment as there were water leaks downstairs. Four came in and spoke animatedly, took numerous photos and left. Nothing from the host in response. There were numerous other inconveniences such as no wifi except in the front bedroom but the host refused to place sheets on that bed. And there was pathetic 4G reception throughout. Finally, small things like a dripping toilet and broken toilet seat. Lousy water pressure and very worn shower head. I will leave it at that. All these things should be remedied for future letting to tenants.

• Bessard (10/5): Très bien situé - L’appartement est meublé avec charme et confortable dans un quartier très central ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. Excellent emplacement. Proche de tous commerces. Francesco nous a répondu très vite à chaque demande.

• Carita (8/5): But we spent a lot of time outside the property, so in general everything was fine. - Great location to reach any major point in the city, a lot of shops, restaurants around. Inside we found everything we could need. Too noisy , but knowing that you live in the city center, it’s nothing to worry about. The water was not so warm in the shower and cockroaches sometimes run away.

• Bob (7/5): Enjoyed the trip to Naples and location. Good weather! - Good location and just outside the busy area. Near to Via Toledo and Metro. Bed was hard. No change of towels. Only one set of keys. Only one mug for tea.
• Tulitaly2023 (9/5): Will plan on staying again when in Naples - The host was wonderful. He provided great info about the area and helped to arrange a driver to take us to the airport. The location was excellent for touring many of the central neighborhoods in Naples. The area was very walkable with all services including restaurants within close proximity. The apartment was well appointed and had everything that we were needing during our stay. The beds were comfortable enough for a restful nights sleep. Check-in and check-out could not have been any easier. Okay, while the location was great and central, it comes with a lot of street noise even though all of the windows and doors have been replaced and upgraded. Naples is very noisy and this neighborhood is very active until late at night and then again early in the morning. We were fine with it after the first night but you need to just be forewarned that the location and accessibility of bars, and restaurants comes with the downside of the noisy activities.

• Reiko (10/5): Real gem in the heart of Naple - great for families! - Our family of five really enjoyed staying this place! The ambiance of the decor really made us feel at home with great mix of old traditional Naple and the modern functionality and convenience. Having kitchen and even washier were real plus for us. The property is also located on the heart of Naple city surrounded by the huge selection of good restaurants! The little grocery store right outside of our home open til real late (or 24/7) where we can get most of things we need like milk, water, cereal, and toilet papers was a really helpful as well. We highly recommend this place! None

• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Quartieri Spagnoli, close to Spaccanapoli and Centro Storico. Well located near restaurants, metro, and main shopping street Toledo. The host Francesco is very helpful and reachable for information and suggestions. It can be noisy with Vespas and traffic, but this is Naples.😉
• Darius5 (10/5): Exceptional - The place is unique, close to the Toledo metro station, on the border of the Spanish Quarter and the old town, full of restaurants, bars and places to get to know the life of Naples and its monuments. Our host, Francesco, very obliging and helpful, greeted us with traditional Neapolitan cakes, showed us how to use the apartment and its facilities and handed us the keys. The apartment is located on the first floor of a typical old tenement house on the edge of the Spanish Quarter. There is an elevator in the house. The apartment is renovated, stylishly and tastefully furnished with high ceilings, full of air. It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms with two bathrooms (one outside the room), a walk-through kitchen fully equipped with the necessary appliances. There is working air conditioning everywhere, there is a TV in the living room and working WiFi. Large windows are with balconies overlooking a small square, lively by day but quiet at night. There is no breakfast. But you will find all the necessary products right next to it. We used the cafe and restaurants. Best regards Francesco. Francesco, please be sure to fix the entrance door to the separate bathroom and the shower fittings. Other than that, nothing else.
