• Paul (9/5): - Great location, very central yet pretty quiet, spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean :) Nice touches in the kitchen: olive oil and seasoning provided! Two very minor quibbles: shower head was liable to throw water over the screen and onto the mirror, floor and basin area (looks like a simple tightening would fix) and route from entrance door to apartment was up a couple of flights of narrow stairs, fine for me but anyone with either a large/heavy case or mobility challenges may struggle.
• Pierre (9/5): Logement bien situé pour visiter Liège, si l'on accepte de gravir quelques escaliers. - Accès au logement via deux portes munies de digicode, le premier étant un peu caché derrière le boitier de sonnettes de l'immeuble coté rue Bergerue. Le code de la porte du logement 2D est un tout petit boitier collé sur la porte et il faut être patient une fois le code validé. Serrure électrique. Pour reverrouiller la porte en sortant il faut saisir le code. Coté intérieur il suffit d'appuyer sur le bouton central de la serrure électrique. Nombreux escaliers et couloirs à franchir avant d'arriver au logement. Les deux premiers escaliers sont raides et étroits, il faut le noter. La chambre est très calme, la salle de bain est bien équipée avec lave-sèche linge, il subsiste cependant une légère odeur de remontée d'écoulement au niveau de la douche. Par contre le séjour est exposé rue des dominicains, passage fréquenté et bruyant. Donc si vous compter utiliser le convertible du séjour, prévoir les boules Quies. Il manque un petit flacon de liquide vaisselle, l'une des casserole n'était pas propre et le lave vaisselle contenait encore une assiette que nous avons relavé et rangé. L'un des accoudoirs du canapé du séjour est abimé.

• Stephan (9/5): Spacious, well equipped apartment close to major attractions - Spacious, comfortable apartment with a great location, perfect for a multi-day stay. Well equipped kitchen and facilities for washing. Joy was an attentive host, available to address concerns without being intrusive. Close to major attractions, ~10min walk from Liege-Carre train station. Accessibility may be an issue for those with very large suitcases or who have difficulty climbing stairs, as reaching the apartment requires ascending multiple sets of narrow stairs.

Also, communication with the host was very facile. There were moments when the ventilation from the toilet didn't work

• Ingrid (9/5): Ruim appartement - Prachtig groot appartement in het centrum en voor mij belangrijk, dicht bij de opera. Dacht dat er een lift zou zijn, maar helaas niet het geval. Was veel trappen lopen. Ingang is bij het voorhuis en het appartement ligt op de 2e verdieping in het achterste gedeelte.
• Murtada (6/5): - Location was good, apartment was spacious My stay was extremely disappointing due to a number of serious issues. The apartment is located in a building with a very narrow staircase that makes carrying luggage exhausting, yet this important detail is not mentioned in the listing. The door number provided in the welcome message was permanently closed, so I had to figure out that the next door was the actual entrance—something the host should have clarified in advance. Inside, the rainshower was leaking into the wash basin area, leaving the wooden floor wet and unsafe. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi and TV did not work for hours. I reached out to the host several times but never received a response, and in the end I had to troubleshoot and reboot the modem myself, which is not something a guest should ever be doing. The problems didn’t stop there. The AC remotes were generic and not connected to the units, so cooling could not be adjusted properly and sleeping at night was very uncomfortable. The biggest issue, however, was the host’s complete lack of communication—messages simply went unanswered. Between the misleading apartment information, broken or missing amenities, and zero support from the host, this stay was frustrating from start to finish. I will not recommend to stay or not stay at this property, however do your research before you decide. I am extremely annoyed.

• Floortje (10/5): Pareltje midden in het bruisende oude stadscentrum - Wat een charmante parel troffen we aan zo midden in het centrum van Luik. Super ruim, schoon en prachtig ingericht. Het overtrof al onze verwachtingen! 'S nachts geen last van geluiden uit de stad, ook al zaten we in hartje centrum en hadden we de ramen open. De eigenaresse was goed bereikbaar en zeer vriendelijk. Een hele vette aanrader. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug! Nvt
