Despite this the room was quiet and situated away from the potential street noise. Easy walking distance to sightseeing in Florence. The beds weren’t very comfortable and the last person to shower always seemed to run out of hot water.

- Tamara (10/5): Beautiful modern apartment in the heart of Florence - Location was great. Directly across from the Academy and a few short blocks from the Duomo. It was a fantastic apartment that was modern, clean and cool. Beds were comfortable. We were able to do laundry. There is a grocery store two doors down so we could cook in the apt. Hosts were very nice. Would highly recommend staying here. Couldn’t figure out how to turn the tv on and lights over the kitchen.

It was right across the academia museum but we could not hear any street noise. We had a common outdoor sitting area We did not have a toaster but we’re ok using a grill pan

We could not believe how quiet it was inside the property; while it was noisy, full of people "at the other side" of the door. No complains ;)

- Tan (9/5): you can walk to almost all the main attactions in a 700m radius from the apartment. the apartment is opposite the academ - perfect location! spacy apartment. Osvaldo is very tentative before we checked-in, but i only met his son Alessanro. definitely will book the apartment again if i visit Florence again. perhaps extra small toilet downstair would have made it more comfortable for people sleep downstair. some extra nice green, flowers and plants for the garden would be the plus.

The appartment has all the amenities, plus there is a Carrefour very close and you can buy what you need. Not exactly a dislike, but there is no intimacy in the appartment, there are no closed rooms, just open space. The bathroom is upstairs and sometime is uncomfortable to go upstair for basic necessities, especially because, there is the second bed...

- Peter (8/5): Great central location within walking distance of The Dome. - Great central location in Florence. Short walk to The Dome. Hence the relatively high price. Loved the inner secluded courtyard in the centre of the city! Mezzanine steps not favourable for my wife.

I just wish we didn't have to pay an additional late check-in fee for coming in after 7pm. I would prefer if there was a locker of some sort to just collect them without meeting a person. Also it wasn't very clear from the description that one of the beds is in the open space downstairs. However, we made it work.

- Tatiana (7/5): Good - the location is good, lovely apartment, there are books about Italy and Florence inside :) it was nice to find 2 bottles of water in the fridge when we arrived. it is not exactly a one bedroom apartment- there are 2 double beds (one on the first floor and the other one on the second), but no door between them, so no privacy at all.
