Although we didn’t get to meet the host in person, everything was organized with care and clarity. Communication was smooth, and we felt truly welcomed. • carolina (9/5): Comodo e pulitissimo - Appartamento al secondo piano di un palazzo non proprio nuovissimo, ma la stanza e le aree comuni erano pulitissime e moderne ,bagno top con prodotti da bagno in omaggio molto graditi, posizione molto buona per il vaticano con una passeggiata di 10 minuti a piedi si arriva a piazza san pietro, per altre zone proprio di fronte c e il bus che ti porta ovunque ,chiara gentilissima e disponibile sempre anche tramite watsapp. Lo consiglio vivamente 😊

Apartament wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia potrzebne w czasie pobytu. Pokój bardzo czysty, jasny i przytulnie urządzony. Przemiła właścicielka Chiara w każdej sytuacji służy pomocą. Pozostaje w stałym kontakcie z gośćmi, zatem można poczuć się bardzo zaopiekowanym. To nasz drugi pobyt w tym apartamencie i z przyjemnością wrócimy kolejny raz. Serdecznie polecam.

• Samantha (9/5): - La habitación es cómoda.Nos limpiaron la habitación y éso se agradece.Tuvimos una llegada horrible a Roma porque la compañía aérea nos dejó tirados en Madrid y llegamos con más de 4 horas de retraso.Chiara, la dueña fue muy comprensiva y no nos puso ningún problema por llegar tarde y fue muy amable. Es un barrio residencial y el metro está a unos 10 mns andando. Es un barrio tranquilo con restaurantes cerca.Disfrutamos de la pizzeria de Romina.El trato con la dueña fue fluido y muy agradable . Una de las noches ,los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado se pusieron a cocinar,hablar y a hacer ruido con las cazuelas ,eran más de las doce de la noche. Al no poder dormir y eran la una de la madrugada:,tuvimos que decirles que no podíamos dormir con tanto ruido ,y yo tenia tapones. Eran una madre con 2 hijas...fue desagradable tener que decirles algo . Pero no es culpa de la dueña ya que si no es un airbnb debes respetar a todos los huéspedes porque no estás solo.Chiara lo entendió y les mandó un mensaje pra que tuviesen cuidado.Por lo demás todo muy bien

Close to the bus stops and some grocery shops. Also very nice restaurants behind the corner of the street with delicious pizza slices 😍 Owner of the place is super nice and helpful. My stay in Vittoria's was very pleasant and definitely worth recommending.

• Man (10/5): Recommend - The room is exactly same as the photo, with comfortable bed, enough room and bathroom space, faculties is well maintained and clean, fridge inside the room and have bottle water refill everyday, coffee machine in shared kitchen. Communication with Chiara is perfect and the response to our question is very quick. Chiara is helpful and allows us to leave our luggage as we took a late flight back.

We had a small refrigerator with sparkling and still water in the room, shampoo soap in the bathroom, a few towels and utensils for washing teeth. Returning after a day of sightseeing in Rome to such a nice and comfortable room was very relaxing for us and we were eager to return for the night. We felt safe and comfortable there. In the area very many nice establishments for breakfast, dinner. To the metro about 15 min on foot, to the Vatican 20 min. Walking distance. I will definitely return to this place again. The walls were quite thin and you could hear the arguing roommates from the next room ;(

Flexible, clean 100%, and very good communication with the host. It’s like an apartment, with 3 private bedrooms/bathrooms. So it can be very loud when other guests are opening doors or talking. It’s not soundproof.

Large bathroom, safe and coffee machine. Due to language difficulties, it was a little challenging to check into the property. The property is not well sign posted and it took some time to locate the premises. Property is located outside of the main Rome district and so transport to and from main area became costly over the week. Property is one room amongst other rooms (3 rooms in total). There is a shared kitchen area. Not soundproof so if someone is using the coffee machine in the morning, you can hear it.
• Julie (10/5): Amazing stay meeting up with family on their trip over from Australia. - Vittoria’s rooms was a gem of a find in a large city, out of the hustle and bustle but near enough for your sightseeing/activities, but also near enough to cafes, restaurants, supermarket etc. Cleaned every day, fresh bottled water in your fridge every day, lovely touch. Chiara was very helpful with checking in/out, easily contactable. There was nothing we didn’t like about the stay at Vittoria’s Luxury rooms.

• Reece (10/5): Would definitely stay here again. - The room was clean and comfortable, with everything that we needed for a short trip. The price was affordable and location was perfect - within walking distance to the Vatican City, around a 10 minute walk to the metro and no more than 4 or 5 stops (10 mins) to everything that we wanted to see. We had planned our trip around a concert at Stadio Olimpico - around a 30 minute walk in what was pretty much one straight line which allowed us to avoid having to squeeze onto crowded public transport with everyone else leaving the concert. Communication with Chiara, the host, was quick and easy. Shortly after we arrived in Rome, we received a message with all the information we needed regarding our stay and were even able to check in a couple of hours early which allowed us to drop our bags off and head straight out to make the most of our time in Rome. We had some minor trouble working out how to adjust the temperature of the shower when we first arrived, but after a message to Chiara we received an immediate response and the problem was solved straight away.

• Jovana (10/5): Modern apartment with a great location for tourists! - I loved this apartment because it is modern and in a fantastic location - just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and a 10-minute walk to a metro station that connects to almost everything. There is also a bus stop right in front of the building. The apartment itself is modern, with a very spacious private bathroom and equipped with everything you might need. Additionally, the daily cleaning service was a major plus for me. I also loved the kitchen, which had coffee, tea, and a place for breakfast. Communication with the host was amazing even before our arrival, and I couldn't recommend her more! We will definitely return to this apartment! I liked everything :)

We enjoyed coffee and croissants every morning in a little cafe up the road. The host Chiara was exceptional. The main door into the apartment area was very noisy opening and closing, but that's all!!

We had a comfortable stay What came as a shocker to us was that it's a shared apartment with 2 other rooms. This was not mentioned in the booking.com. The location is a bit far from the main tourist sites in central Rome but is close to vatican city.
• Jessica (9/5): Clean, comfortable and modern - I really struggled when looking for accomodation in Rome, I am so glad we settled on this property. Chiara was incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond to help us and was available at any time we needed her. The place was incredibly clean, one of the cleanest places we have stayed in Europe. Attention to detail doesn’t get missed. Everything is new, electric block out blinds, renovated bathroom that is quite spacious. There is also a balcony for fresh air. We loved it! We did not realise it was kind of shared living. There are 3 rooms with a shared kitchen which is fine it adds more space and having a full kitchen available is a bonus. There was one night however where our neighbours were quite loud, making dinner late and it kept us up when we had to be awake early. This was the only thing we didn’t really like but the cleanliness and how much Chiara looked out for us made it a small issue.

The owner was very kind. We never met her but she gave us all the information over the phone. Being a shared apartment you inevitably could hear the chatter and noises (such as the slamming of the front door) of the other guests from the common area. Perhaps a recommendation to the guests about silence would be sufficient. Furthermore, if I really want to be picky, I would add a coat hanger or hooks both in the room and in the bathroom
