• Sebastian (8/5): - The location was perfect for us. Close to the meeting point for our excursions, close to many restaurants and souvenir shops. The shower from de double room is too small.
• Friedrich (9/5): Insgesamt eine sehr sehr angenehme Reise - Die Lage nah am Hafen Porto di Massa, nah an an Buslinien und der Metro Linie 1, jeweils in 1 bis 2 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, Blick übers Dach zum Vesuv, ein Supermarkt und mehrere Cafes ganz nah, perfekt. Das Appartment sehr groß, 2 Schlafzimmer,, 2 Bäder, großer Wohnraum, klimatisiert, was will man mehr. Und allein für diesen netten kleinen,wunderbaren, alten aber zuverlässigen Lift zahlt sich die Buchung aus. Leider Fluglärm ab etwa 7h, in der Küche fehlt ein wenig Ausstattung wie eine Kaffeemaschine für mehr Kaffee als nur 1 Tasse und ein Nudelsieb.

• Jérôme (7/5): - Proche de la gare (15min à pied) et métro (2min). La climatisation. Le check-in était facile, la personne qui nous attendait était très gentille Propreté limite, la douche ne fermait pas. Manque d'équipement (micro-onde et étendoir à linge) Lors du ckeck-out à 10h, le personnel de ménage nous a fait comprendre qu'ils étaient pressés et qu'on les gênait alors que nous sommes parti à 9h30 Communcation pas super simple, où l'on a appris la veille que la taxe de séjour avait augmenté

• Ewelina (10/5): - Super lokalizacja do zwiedzania, blisko do metra, portu i dworca. Niedaleko piekarnia z wyśmienitymi wypiekami, fajne lokalne knajpki i dobrze zaopatrzony sklep spożywczy. Budynek czysty z windą. Apartament duży, przestronny z wygodnymi łóżkami i klimatyzacją. Zarządca przekazuje klucze informując szczegółowo o warunkach wynajmu. Dobry kontakt przez WhatsApp. Polecam 😉
• Connor (9/5): Exploring Naples in 48 hours was made possible with 40,000 steps and Duomo Grand Family Loft - Great location just a short walk from Napoli Centrale. Perfect to walk out and venture around the city. Not really something I didn’t like, but the mattresses were very hard. Which as someone with back issues was actually great, but is something individuals may want to know ahead of time.
• Yefim (9/5): It is good apartment for the value. - Excellent location in the center. The apartment is quiеt (there is no street's noise), modern, clean. The beds are pretty comfortable, including the sofa-bed. Equipped kitchen. - Missing seat on one of toilets. - Missing а microwave and а kitchen cutting board. - During our stay we found out some defects in bathrooms - the owner managed to repair them on next day, but it would be better if the managing company be able to verify in advance that the property's facilities are functioning well. - Several days before our stay, we asked the property to provide us with two blankets for one of double beds and we received refusal. Eventually this issue was managed, but only during the checking-in.

• Adem (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean, comfortable. The owner of the facility is very attentive. The location is perfect. Central and next to the metro.5th floor there is an elevator.I highly recommend you to stay Everythings was perfect
• Natasja (7/5): Great apartment potentially but some factors cannot be overlooked. - Very big apartment! Good for families since there are also two bathrooms and the living room was very spacious! Not really a lot of amenities but it’s okay to stay for a night or two. A few things: Air conditioning: -the air conditioning in the living room was not working properly when we were there (we went in August where summer is in full swing) and the filter button was red and when I told the property that the AC was not working properly, they apologized but said no one is able to come to fix it and they would update us. We did not get an update until we checked out. Check in: -a night before we were about to check in, we were assigned a person from the property that was gonna check us in, I then reached out to said person that we are approximately arriving at 15:00, and then he immediately replies with “APPROXIMATELY? I HAVE to know the exact time.” We found this so off putting as we don’t really know EXACTLY what time we would arrive since we are taking the train, which is why we gave an approximate time. Furthermore, the same guy who checked us in was so hot and cold. He was hurrying us to check in, while talking on his phone, without being hospitable. He was trying to be “nice” but also making snarky comments to us like “get in the elevator faster” and that “what are we waiting for”. Honestly it damped our experience as he was the point person for the property.
