• Kgolofelo (7/5): - The hotel was convenient located near the Giza pyramids and uou can enjoy the review from the roof top. The rooms are beautiful, ours had a stunning bathroom. Housekeeping is excellent. The restaurant on the roof was not very well kept or clean (this includes the crockery). The room service was very slow (the bill arrived but not the food. We had to go and check the food and it was only then that they started preparing it). The breakfast buffet was subpar (I particularly did not like that the bread rolls were stale)

Die Dachterrasse mit Pool ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Personal ist in großer Zahl anwesend aber manche Bestellungen bleiben auf der Strecke oder dauern ewig. Etwas einseitig beim Frühstück, da hatte ich mehr erwartet. Etwas mehr Obst zum Beispiel. Sonst OK.

Echter de suite had geen zitkamer het waren twee slaapkamers een gangetje en een glazen badkamer wat natuurlijk niet echt handig is als je bewust twee slaapkamers boekt ivm privacy. vier dagen koud water om onder te douchen was ook niet echt fijn. Het was geen slecht hotel maar had er wel wat meer van verwacht
• Klaas en Tine (8/5): Prachtig zicht op pyramiden - Prachtig uitzicht op de pyramiden. Ze brachten taartjes naar de kamer van mijn dochter omdat ze jarig was. Aan de receptie zijn ze heel vriendelijk en werden we heel goed geholpen met een probleem met onze vliegtickets. Kamers zijn in orde. Het eten in het hotel is duur en niet echt lekker. Veel zaken op de kaart hebben ze niet. Het duurde heel lang voor we eten kregen, appetizers samen met hoofdgerecht en ze hadden zelfs iets verkeerd gebracht. Buurt is ook niet echt veilig. Wij hebben er zeker niet rondgelopen. De 2e avond hebben we iets gedronken op het terras om van het uitzicht te genieten, maar dan hebben we online afhaaleten besteld en laten leveren aan het hotel. Was echt lekker dus een aanrader.

• Pauline (7/5): - La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le personnel est sympa. La piscine sur le toit offre une vue sur les pyramides. Restauration top avec des prix très correct! Bien situé. Beaucoup de bruit tout le long de la journée et la nuit (notamment du personnel). Autour de la piscine il n’y a que très peu de transat ce qui est dommage. Nous n’avons jamais disposé de la wifi.

• Marta (3/5): Dreadful, dishonest establishment - Close to the pyramids, literally nothing else. With the low room price, I wasn’t expecting much, apart from a basic, clean room, conveniently located for visiting the Pyramids. The reality was probably the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel. We paid for a twin room for three nights knowing we would arrive the morning after the first night. I let the property know in advance, confirming our arrival time, and they said this wouldn’t be a problem and our room would be ready for us on arrival. They still gave away our room, so that on arrival from a short overnight flight, we had to wait over two hours before we were able to check in. Initially we were told our room would be ready in 5-10 minutes, after we pressed for more details having waiting for 20 minutes, they told us it would be „a little longer” and to go for breakfast. There was a limited breakfast selection and no seats available as all the tables were taken, the breakfast area was filled both with current residents and other people whose rooms they had similarly given away. After breakfast, we had to wait a further half hour before being offered a room, and we weren’t even given the room we actually booked, as we took the first room available, desperate for some rest. The room itself wasn’t very clean, it was dusty and the towels and bed linen were musty. The WiFi didn’t work at all in the room, and only intermittently in the common areas. The day tour of Cairo that the hotel organised was over 40 minutes late, with the guide offering no apology. I really would not recommend staying here, not even if there wasn’t anywhere else to stay.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Samar che ci ha aiutato a risolvere un disguido su dei tour organizzati dall'hotel. Avevamo prenotato 3 tour organizzati dall'hotel. L'unica cosa organizzata è stato il trasporto. Il primo giorno la guida non si è presentata e il secondo giorno è stata chiamata all'ultimo momento. Pessima organizzazione. Il ristorante non era pulito. Piatti sporchi, tavoli e sedie con polvere e briciole.
• Oliver (2/5): Don‘t go there - Pyramid‘s view from the room as well as roof deck very good. Besides for that would recommend that hotel! Only cold water (shower). Dirty floor, black stains where you can’t really tell what they are. It could even be mold on the floor. The carpets next to the beds are really filthy. The room is extremely noisy — it faces a main road that is busy day and night. The room is very poorly soundproofed, and the entire hotel is noisy overall. This is by no means a 3- or 4-star hotel; I would give it 1 star. The hotel needs major renovation, including the dining area upstairs. The breakfast doesn’t look appetizing at all. Even the way the eggs are prepared — an ancient pan, everything somehow blackened and looking spoiled. I don’t find this pleasant at all. The whole building needs renovation. We booked a room for two nights for roughly €220, upon arrival suddenly it was €295.

• Guleid (10/5): Highly recommend! - The stay was exceptional with a rooftop that looks right over the pyramids. The staff were so attentive to everything you need! Samar was fantastic and consistently checked in to make sure I was looked after. Location was incredible and will definitely stay again when I’m in Cairo!

• Rodney (9/5): Great Local Hotel with Excellent View of the Pyramids - We had room 509 which had a balcony and window view of the Pyramids, wonderful views from the room, restaurant, pool and hotel roof of the Pyramids and light show. The bed was super comfortable, great bathroom and shower - new I think, and all super clean. We enjoyed our stay enormously and thank you to all the staff for their super hospitality. The breakfast could have been better but it was adequate.

• Milan (6/5): Kein Homestay Gefühl und Essen na ja - Die Toiletten Dusche war ein Gewinn. Insgesamt etwas heruntergekommen, die Zimmer waren noch mit das Beste. Der Service war lausig, ewig warten, dann gar nicht kommen. 8 Gerichte in Restaurant bestellt und immer etwas anderes, als bestellt, vom Geschmack ganz zu schweigen. Schade, ein paar Zugeständnisse kann man schon machen, aber hier sind es zuviele:-(

Les chambres sont sombres, très sales et mal nettoyées. Le ménage est bâclé, à plusieurs reprises nous avons dû changer les draps car il y avait des taches. Tout est négligé les photos sur le sites dates de l'ouverture car l'hôtel a très mal vieilli. Hôtel à éviter absolument !

La possibilité d’avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter à n’importe qu’elle heure et le room service h24 c’est génial. Le masseur ne prend pas en compte le type de massage qu’on veux, on voulait un massage relaxant, il nous a fait un massage sportif sans compter le fait qu’il passait c’est main à des endroits très intime à la limite du non consentement. Mais je crois qu’il est indépendant de l’hôtel.

• Katarzyna (3/5): Zdecydowanie nie polecam, jeśli zależy Wam na standardzie zgodnym ze zdjęciami i uczciwym podejściu do gości. - Lokalizacja i na szczęście klimatyzacja działała, ale sam pokój był ciemny, ponury i zupełnie nie przypominał zdjęć z oferty. Nie oczekiwałam widoku na piramidy – chciałam po prostu mieć okno i pokój zgodny z opisem. Rezerwując pobyt, pytałam, czy pokoje wyglądają tak jak na zdjęciach, ponieważ potrzebowałam ładnej łazienki i przestronnego pokoju do pracy. Zapewniono mnie, że tak. Poprosiłam też o wcześniejszy check-in – poinformowano mnie, że będzie dodatkowa opłata, więc dopłaciliśmy. Po przyjeździe dostaliśmy jednak pokój zupełnie inny niż na zdjęciach – bez okna, zamiast pokoju dla czterech osób wstawiono pięć pojedynczych łóżek, dosłownie „wciśniętych”, byle się zmieściły. Łazienka była zaniedbana, z zatkanym prysznicem i przeciekającą słuchawką. Lodówka przez całą noc hałasowała tak głośno, że musieliśmy ją odłączyć od prądu, żeby w ogóle zasnąć. Codziennie prosiłam o zmianę pokoju i za każdym razem słyszałam: „next day, next day”. Niestety, do końca pobytu nic się nie zmieniło, a ja cały wyjazd spędziłam na walizce, z nadzieją, że nas w końcu przeniosą.

They charged my credit card twice, and because it was a card payment, we were also charged an extra fee that was never refunded. We had booked a two-room suite for three people, but they tried to give us a one-room with an extra bed on the floor. After we complained, they gave us an extra room, but it smelled like smoke. They said the hotel was full. The rooms were dirty, the air conditioner was leaking, and there was no hot water. Around noon, we asked again for the suite we originally booked, but they said it was not available. We had to take a partial refund and move to another hotel. Be careful — they may overcharge you and ignore your reservation.

However, we never received the promised room during our entire stay, despite multiple conversations both at the reception and via WhatsApp. Room cleaning – the rooms were not cleaned for 5 days. Sometimes we got fresh towels, but the trash bins were never emptied. Breakfast – I’m not a picky eater, but nothing except bread with butter and jam was edible. Swimming pool – small, dirty, and the water was cold. Check-out – they tried to charge me for a “damaged towel.” When I asked to see it, the staff brought it and it turned out it was just dirty. Communication – very few people in the hotel spoke English, which made solving problems extremely difficult.

• Marco (10/5): Ottimo hotel con vista stupenda - Ottima la posizione e la vista sulle piramidi, la struttura è appena stata rinnovata e la camera era molto accogliente ed elegante, oltre ad essere pulita. La doccia é eccezionale. La piscina sul terrazzo é bella e gode di un’ottima vista, inoltre il terrazzo è molto ampio e ci sono numerosi lettini per prendere il sole. Colazione buona.
• Ada (5/5): No vale la pena - Las vistas eran increíbles El personal era agradable, el que más el chico de la piscina. La habitación tenía polvo de años. Nuestra habitación no era como en las fotos. La piscina lo que deberían ser baldosas era una lona con impresa con una imagen de baldosas y ni si quiera estaba bien puesta. La comida del hotel es la peor comida que hemos probado en nuestra vida. Si encendíamos el aire acondicionado olía a huevos podridos y además hacía muchísimo ruido.

Los desayunos y una recepcionista que al retrasarse nuestro vuelo 5 horas no quiso vendernos una habitacion por 4 horas dijo que tenia que ser el dia completo. Gracias al Jefe de recepcion al ver a mis hijas tan cansadas y despues de haber estado alojadas 3 dias nos ofrecio la misma habitacion que habiamos tenido por 3 horas para descansar a 25 dolores. • Morales (5/5): CALIDAD PRECIO ACEPTABLE - La habitación era de nueva obra, muy moderna. La habitación: las vistas de la ventana eran a un aire acondicionado, el agua de la ducha salía fría, la señora de la limpieza te tocaba tus pertenecias al limite de que hacia la maleta. El desayuno: Decepcionante, no había nada de variedad al ser bufet. Instalaciones: La parte más atractiva, era la azotea donde no se parecía a las fotos la parte de la piscina, las toallas estaban vieja, la piscina olía a lejía y no había tumbonas (6) para todo un hotel.

• Silvana (7/5): Buen hotel, mala experiencia con el personal - Para ir a las pirámides esta muy bien, las vistas son geniales desde el rooftop. Las habitaciones son bastante cómodas, el baño estaba limpio y bien equipado la neverita funciona muy bien y el aire acondicionado va de lujo. El desayuno no está mal y en general estaba todo bastante limpio. Al llegar al hotel había que pagar la estancia, en la aplicación ponía 70€ y nos cobraron 77€ tras discutir bastante el precio porque querían cobrarnos más a pesar de tener la reserva de booking en la mano. Pagamos 90 € y nos nos dieron 9€ de vueltas era de noche estábamos cansados y ya pasábamos de discutir al volver a bajar nos llamaron para darnos otros 6€ porque decía que sí que tenía razón que eran 70€ la reserva pero total que nos cobraron 75€. Que son 5€ pero no era lo acordado en booking. En recepción algunos no sabían inglés y si no había nadie por ahí para traducirles no podías comunicarte. La ubicación está bien si quieres visitar giza pero muchos Uber te quieren cobrar más para ir a El Cairo porque está bastante lejos.
