• Jelena (7/5): - Location is superb, everything close by foot but nicely a bit away from the crowds. Near there is a plaza and park vila Borghese which is great to chill out. Also in the same streets there are a lot of food options. Apartment is spacious, it has all amentities you need, in the kitchen especially. Check in and out super easy, communication with host great. There is no warm or hot water on the sink in the bathroom, also noise isolation is not so good especially in the bathroom. Sheets could be newer and generally cleanliness could be better.

• Michael (7/5): Rom Aufenthalt - Super Lage Betreuung und Kommunikation auch top 👍 Das Bett war top, Couch ok Der unangenehme Geruch im Treppenflur, im Bad waren die Amaturen undicht (Dusche und Waschbecken), Toilettensitz hat geklemmt, Handtuchhalter war verrostet, zwischenzeitlich kaltes Wasser aber support hierzu war gut :)

• Amina22 (9/5): - Está muy bien situado, muy cerca del metro y con comercios cerca. Hay espacio suficiente para seis personas. Con dos baños nos arreglamos muy bien. Nos gustó todo. No podemos opinar del menaje de cocina porque al final estábamos tan cansados que hicimos todas las comidas fuera.

• EVA (8/5): Όμορφη! Θα το πρότεινα και σε άλλους ταξιδιώτες - Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε άριστη τοποθεσία τέλειο για μεγάλη παρέα. Υπάρχουν κάποιες φθορές στη ντουζιέρα και στη μπανιέρα και πολλά από τα φωτιστικά δαπέδου δεν λειτουργούσαν όπως και οι λάμπες στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Λίγη περισσότερη φροντίδα στην απλή συντήρηση του σπιτιού.

• Cristopher (9/5): Excelente ubicación - La ubicación quedaba muy cerca de todo para llegar a pie, el espacio amplio del departamento y que era comodo. Que los dos primeros días no tuvimos calefacción pero al tercer día lo solucionaron.

Tenía todo lo necesario para unos días en Roma El check in todo ok! Sin demoras Un poco más de limpieza sobre todo en cobertores, almohadones … Sillón . Requiere actualizar y lavar constantemente. un mejor secador de pelo!

Esta muy bien ubicado y la aislación de ruido es muy buena, ya que está en un lugar muy centro y de alta afluencia de público y no se oye nada del exterior. Tiendas, restorán y supermercado, todo abajo del apartamento.

• GIUSEPPE (9/5): Soggiorno comodo e rilassante - La colazione non era compresa, la posizione eccellente, praticamente a cinquanta metri da piazza del Popolo.

• łukasz (9/5): Super miejscówka - Lokalizacja jest super. Bar Nino - 5 metrów od drzwi wejściowych serwuje najlepszą kawę w mieście. I działa od samego rana, przez co do śniadania mieliśmy zawsze świeżą i gorącą kawę. Do kerfika po bardzo dobry chleb jest ok. 6 min spacerkiem (ten za placem Del Popolo ma ladę z pieczywem i serami, i jest bardzocdobrze zaopatrzony. Łóżka całkiem wygodne (mogłoby być lepiej ale nic nas po nocy nie bolało). W mieszkaniu czysto. Wszystko działało. Kontakt z właścicielem i jego asystentką bezproblemowy. Łazienka jest najsłabszym elementem. Kabina przysznicowa mogłabyby być większa. Wiem, że to nie miejsce do tańczenia, ale nawet obrócić się nie jest tu łatwo. Mieszkanie mogłoby być trochę lepiej wyciszone, bo hałasy z ulicy trochę dokuczały (o 2 w nocy zamykają okoliczne knajpki, a przed 5 zaczynają jeździć dostawczaki). Ale jak chce się mieszkać blisko atrakcji, to w sumie nie było najgorzej.

El departamento es espacioso y con mucha privacidad si se son 4 personal .. dos habitaciones y dos baños. La temperatura en el interior era perfecta. La cafetera nespreso , gran detalle 🤩 Muy céntrico! Fuimos a todos lados caminando . Al ser una calle tan popular, algo que otro ruido se dejaba escuchar pero es la vidilla que tiene Roma. Una calle muy elegante , con restaurantes bonitos y vinacotecas ! Como crítica contractiva , cambiaría las almohadas ☺️

• Mario (7/5): Un apartamento de 10 que se queda en un 7. - Ubicación perfecta. Aire acondicionado potente. Espacioso. Bien insonorizado para los ruidos de la calle. Nadie nos vino a recibir y estuvimos una hora esperando en la puerta. Después de cinco llamadas y contactar con el titular nos facilito la contraseña para poder acceder. No funcionaba la bañera hidromasaje ni la ducha spa tenía presión. Falta de menaje de cocina (no había ni una olla para hervir pasta) No había fregona para recoger el agua del baño.

• Felipe (10/5): Value for money in a prime area of Rome. Excellent space, appliances and flat lay-out. - The flat is spacious, well-equipped, with good natural lighting, nicely decorated and well laid-out (e.g., good separation between different rooms). Also plenty of pillows, towels, bed lines etc. The location is very good too: within walking distance from Rome's major touristic spots (e.g., 25min walk to the Vatican, 20min to the Trevi Fountain), yet outside the areas where 'tourist prices' would apply. Good options of local restaurants around. Quiet area despite being so close to Piazza del Popolo. Supports a really good quality night sleep. Anna was very kind and helpful by patiently providing advice and handing over keys at check-in quite late in the evening (for a fair fee). The shower cabinet is a bit on the small side.

Walking distance to lots of key sites in Rome and lovely restaurants and cafes just a few minutes walk. There was nothing we didn't like. Perfect apartment for a family of 4 as there were 2 sofa beds.

• Katarina (8/5): Very good - Apartment is spacious and on a great location within walking distance from everything you need to see. In order to be top rated it would be great to invest in better cleaning of the apartment, specially bathroom facilities and kitchen. Leaving kitchen towels, washing dishes liquid and more toilet paper would bring much more coziness. Sofa bed in living room is not good for sleeping for more nights.
• Konstantinos (8/5): Very good - The location is perfect. First day no hot water in 1st floor apart. but when we asked our host, a technician came immediately and fixed it very fast. Apartments need a professional cleaning from top to toe, especially fabrics. Also, towels are tired and kitchen equipments need maintenance. No cups for tea, no towels or kitchen paper, no sponge. 3 bedroom apartment has 1 big room but 2 small ones, be aware.

• Apurva (8/5): Overall it was wonderful stay, we enjoyed a lot. - House was very big with spacious rooms, it could accomomdate 9 guests easily very easily. Location is another plus point, right in the center of city with good connectivity to public transport. Housekeeping was going on till 17 , although hosts allowed us to use few rooms from 14, also toilet was not having sufficient toiltaries.
