• Gamede (10/5): The stay was good. Everything worked fine. Security was super friendly. - We were upgraded to a bigger room when our shower head was not in place, even though we paid for a standard one. We appreciate the upgrade 😃.

• Anna (4/5): Uncomfortable in bed pillows to flat to sleep on had a first night not good sleep - Poor need upgrade quicheand bake (eggs) was to dry and inside house in rooms no milk there's coffie and sugar had to buy your own milk to make coffee in room couldn't watch television it was very snowy we had to used own phone to watch something for the 2 nights security nice when open the main gate Staff not very friendly playground need to be fixed for the children rm 2 staff talking very loud in the morning outside when still sleeping share bathroom toilet cover off you had to lift the ball up to flash no soaps to washed hands after toileting or in shower bath very slippery when shower

• Mick (3/5): Very very bad - Very poor check in No receptionist, Lady didn't expect us ,didn't know which room we going in and start asking how much we paid fr her to know which room she can give us. Very unprofessional. Room was dirty,fridge dirty,mattress and bedding pitiful. Very very annoying.

• Dimakatso (3/5): Poor - The place was in a beautiful suburbs Everything. The breakfast was horrible the dining area was next to the kitchen with a sink full of dirty dishes. The curtains were falling and we didn't have glasses or enough dishes to use in our family room. The furniture is old and broken. The kitchen in a family room was old. The place got a potential if it can be well maintained
• Khomotso (4/5): Good as an emergency overnight stay . Nothing more , Nothing less - The property location is good and easy to find . The look and feel of the yard is nice . Going in and out of the property was easy as there is security on guard 24/7 which I liked . The service is bad . We checked in at 2 and housekeeping was still cleaning the rooms . Mops and water everywhere which is a health hazard . The beds are hard . The bathroom could be deep cleaned especially the tissue holder . No water in the fridge . It seems there are tenants who rented a squatter camp next to us n could be seen right outside our window . We were scared to even open windows as there were men who were sitting and drinking alcohol by our room window . We couldn’t have breakfast as we had to check out earlier but no one gave us information on where to have it or what time it would be served in the morning

• Goma (8/5): Short-Lefters - The quietness of the area, wifi was not working which was a benefit as we actually wanted time out from the world and that assisted us in achieving this. Location was very convenient to our go-to places over the weekend as it was central to all directions, with multiple shopping areas to choose from should you not wish to go too far, Eastgate is walking distance with many activities, they also have a pool so hot days can be spent inside the property, breakfast was good, menu is changed daily, you eat at a common area and can interact with the other guests from across the land. Staff was very helpful, from when entering the area to our room and the bedroom size was very impressive. There isn't anything that stood out for me, as from what I paid I received more in value compared to other locations that charge more.

• Belo (3/5): The room was what we expected. - The bed was comfortable There was not enough toilet paper. When loud shedding hit we had to ask for light. The staff organised for us. Breakfast was available but we did not have time to have any.
• Burslem (8/5): Happy stay - It was clean, a good bed, clean linen, small fridge, kettle cups, tea and coffee, clean towels every day, bath/shower, basic breakfast, pool, lovely gardens, lovely staff. manager. Could have a bedside lamp, a chair would also be nice, one of nature's pests was small ants which would come and go, staff said it was a problem, putting chemicals down would not look great.

• Ottila (9/5): Relaxed cozy clean quiet yet very reasonably priced getaway. - Its in a quiet neighborhood with well manicured garden with a nice swimming pool. Just a 5mins walk to Eastt gate mall and Bedford view shopping center. Good if you want a quiet place away from noise , very peaceful. Oh yes, the staff were friendly. Will definitely come back .

• Otto (6/5): Pleasant - The place is generally clean and just stone away from Eaat Mall ..that's a plus for me There was no WiFi in the rooms I was allocated and those were their most priced rooms. In 2023 staying at place without WiFi is a torture. The place like the rest of SA experiences load shedding and there is zero plan in place to mitigate the effects of those power cuts to guests. I had gone out for dinner and came back to total darkness ..no solar light or even flashlight ( torch) provide for that. Had to stumble in the darkness to my room.
• Kebapetse (9/5): Superb - Neatness of the place. The security assigned at the gate was asleep at night when we came back to sleep, we tried intercom and car hooter to alert him ,and he only responded after 10 minutes . That was very frustrating for us.

• Jamie-leigh (1/5): terrible. we stayed 1 night and left. didn’t stay the second night. - beautiful outside, very run down in some aspects. broken lawn furniture room was not set up well. stains on the bed, and the wall. no hot water. no sugar or milk for coffee. on 1 towel when there were 2 guests. no plug point by the kettle so the base of the kettle was on the opposite side of the room on the floor. tv only had sabc which you couldn’t even watch cause it was fuzzy. no heating and aircon was broken.

• Pulane (1/5): do not book this place terrible - hot water coffee extra blanket fresh towels and shampoo we were taken to another small guest house with the same name the receptionist are unprofessional language barrier they speak Portuguese and don’t understand English they made noise throughout the night it seems the family stays at the guesthouse I was made to wash dishes ,I requested a plate to my room and when I returned it they showed me a note that says guest must wash used dishes,I was in shock the bed is hard as a rock I am still exhausted no extra pillows even on request
