Ci tornerò sicuramente ottimo lavoro!
• Gianluca Lety (10/5): Tutto perfetto, ci tornerò sicuramente Gianluca è stato molto attento - La struttura dista due minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, quindi per me è stata molto comoda Lost Gianluca mi ha subito inviato tutte le info dettagliate per eseguire un semplice check-in davvero in due minuti. L’appartamento è molto nuovo è dotato di tutti i comfort Wi-Fi superveloce smart TV condizionatore ci tornerei sicuramente. Tutto perfetto

• camila (10/5): Estadia en Napoles - Me gustó que estuviera cerca de la estación central de Nápoles, lo que hizo muy fácil y rápido movilizarse a otros lugares. Fue sencillo ubicar el alojamiento, y además fueron muy amables al darnos todas las indicaciones necesarias. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda. I liked that it was close to Naples Central Station, which made it very easy and quick to get around to other places. It was easy to find the accommodation, and the staff were very kind in giving us all the necessary directions. The room was clean and comfortable. Lo único a tener en cuenta es que la zona puede parecer un poco solitaria para caminar de noche, pero durante el día es muy práctica por su cercanía a la estación. The only thing to keep in mind is that the area can feel a bit quiet to walk around at night, but it’s very convenient during the day because of its proximity to the station.

• Enzo (8/5): Très bon endroit un week-end à Naples - La proximité de l’établissement avec la gare est un vrai +. Endroit calme dans l’intensité de la ville qui permet une nuit calme et reposante. Un grand merci à Gianluca pour son accueil et ses conseils ! Les nuisances sonores dues au ramassages des poubelles, isolation sonore à revoir.

Πολύ στενό το ντους και η καθαρότητα πλημμελής. Η περιοχή είναι λίγο υποβαθμισμένη αλλά ασφαλής. Απλό, βασικό πρωινό σε ένα διπλανό ωραίο συνοικιακό cafe με καλές τιμές και επιλογές.

Lo stabile, l'ascensore che non funzionava, avevamo diversi bagagli e nessuno aiuto a portarli su; mancava il copri water, gli asciugamani, il doccino era rotto e mantenuto con una fascetta in plastica quindi era difficile lavarsi; la presa sul comodino funzionava solo con la lampada accesa per cui il cellulare non si è caricato nella notte. La risposta del titolare è stata peggiore del servizio.

As a family we missed a kitchen but we managed. At this price the kitchen should also be a possibility. Everything was good

• Hezi (1/5): Grade in booking does not represent the room! We ran away and did not stay! - The owner is saying the problem is with the street. I want to stress that the problem is also with the room. Our problem is that the grade when we booked the room was 9.4, and this property had 4 stars, and it totally does not match reality! Grades have a meaning, you cannot give them for no reason, you should justify them!! The room gave us a feeling of hours-based room, insecure room for a couple. Although booking is saying non-smokers room, there was strong smoke smell, also bathroom was smelly not from cigarettes. The room is at floor 1, at floor 0 there is overflowing garbage container inside the building. There are at least 2 big garbage containers outside the buildings and street is awful filthy. We felt insecure. All the surrounding streets are full of garbage, stink and smell. The owner sent someone who was aggressive, I gave him back the keys. The bath had strong smell, the room had strong smoking smell. lights were white giving a cheap feel. We asked for a refund, we have been told to have answer from the boss in two days. Till now we did not get any answer. We ran away, not knowing if we will get a refund or not, but we did not want to ruin our vacation staying in such a place. Sorry about the bad review, but we feel we were misled given the high grades this property has.

Viene utilizzato per passare la notte e non é per un lungo soggiorno. Il bagno ben attrezzato ma la cabina doccia non é adatta a persone robuste come me. La cucina attrezzata di base.

La calle donde se ubica el apartamento y el inmueble están bastante degradados, con basura por la calle, escasa iluminación y ruido por las mañanas. La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la ciudad, pero es una lástima que una ciudad tan bonita esté tan dejada.
• Müllcsi (10/5): Nagyon jó vendéglátó, tiszta lakás - Az apartman nagyon tiszta volt és új állapotú. A vendéglátóink nagyon kedves, kommunikatív csapat volt. Minden problémánkat azonnal meg tudtuk oldani velük, csak ajánlani tudom. A hely stratégiailag nagyon jó volt, mert könnyen pár perc sétára van Nápoly legnagyobb tömegközlekedési csomópontja. Rendelkezésünkre állt működő légkondi és sokféle pipereholmi. A szomszédok és az utca népe hangosak, viszont nem voltak veszélyesek,a redőnyökkel el lehet szigetelni a külvilágot. Nápolyban sok városrész szemetes, ez is.

Két család mentünk 2 egymás melletti összenyitható apartamant kaptunk, ami tökéletes volt nekünk. Az utca kicsit szemetes és hangos volt, de ez általános jellemzője Nápolynak.

• Carlos (10/5): - La recepción y espera por parte de Gianluca y su buena disposición para hacernos una grata estadía. Nada que no me haya gustado. Sólo le recomiendo implementar con elementos simples para barrer y mantener la limpieza.
• Carlo (9/5): Modern, clean, comfortable and well kept apartment a few minutes from Napoli Centrale station - The exceptional cleanliness of the suite, modern and well maintained fixtures and general upkeep of the facilities. Very nice crisp white towels and bedsheets. The mattress is on the firm side which I find very comfortable and the pillows plump and soft. Air conditioning was a bonus. Continental breakfast items are provided in the kitchenette together with a coffee machine a coffee pods. A decent size refrigerator is much appreciated. Secure access to the building, by private key. The host, Gianluca, is very helpful, responsive, kind and always available by phone contact. Easy access in under 10 minutes walk from the Napoli Centrale train station. The general area from the station to the property is somewhat shabby, run down and not too clean but that didn't worry me or detract from the enjoyment of my stay in the property.

• Giorgio (10/5): Consigliatissimo - La casa era pulitissima e moderna, aveva tutto il necessario. Gianluca, il proprietario, è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Ci ha permesso di rimanere oltre l’orario di check out, venendo incontro alle nostre esigenze e in questo modo fornendoci un notevole aiuto. Il problema del rumore del cancello, che era stato evidenziato da un precedente ospite, è stato risolto grazie all’intervento di Gianluca. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo di sicuro in una futura visita alla città.
• Iulia Ianasi (8/5): Our stay in Naples was very nice ,it was also a strating point to visit Pompei and the Amalfi Coast. - Very clean apartment,friendly owner who solved all our demands.The apartment has good beds and a big bathroom,its what you need to have a good stay in Naples. The place is located on a street that is unfriendly,lots of garbage and some abandoned buildings with graffiti.I just did not feel safe coming back late hours ,so I added a 2 pictures of the street.
• faktor82 (7/5): We know we're not coming back to this apartment - Good communication with the host. The apartment was very clean. A lot of hangers to put your clothes on, washing liquid for dish as well as a sponge. There were also umbrellas disponible in case of rain, sockets near the bed on both sides. In case you are lazy you can enjoy paid breakfast for 5 €. It’s always there with you. In case you want your own, there is also a Dolce Gusto machine you can freely use with your own capsules. Ceiling light illuminates the room perfectly. 3 towels per person. Towel hooks also near the bidet. No problem with drying towels (humidity). Blinds were really doing their job. We didn't use the air condition, so we can’t rate it. The boiler worked fine. The worst thing was the iron gate right below the apartment. It makes such a huge noise whenever it closes and especially on Saturday night I couldn’t believe why people were entering the building between 2-3 a.m. every 5 minutes??? If you are a light sleeper and want to enjoy your sleep, definitely keep away from this apartment! Also, I suspect the host from one thing. We booked Deluxe room with 2 double beds (can still be seen on the pictures) but we (2 guys) got a room with one matrimonial bed and a tiny sofa seat. The thing is the other apartment wasn’t right above the iron gate. There were some girls in the other apartment. Did they complain about the noise and so they put them to "our" apartment before we arrived? We knew we couldn’t complain as there were no other place to put us to. Now, other details that might be important for someone: The one who equipped the kitchen never tried to cook, a regular knife and cutting board weren't available. Lighting a gas stove with a classic lighter is a trick. The skimmer was sharp so one of us got injured. No extractor fan. Actually, why there is the gas stove? The bomb takes up space where could have been a regular oven? No cloth for drying the dish, only one dirty mug and one dirty plastic wine glass, no wine opener. If you want to cook, it isn’t easy as there is almost no place in the kitchenette because of the paid breakfast that takes most of place where to prepare the food. Wi-Fi speed was ok but kept on disconnecting all the time. We could connect Chromecast to the TV but it was impossible to watch anything due to the disconnecting Wi-Fi. Check-out time at 10:00. Why score 7? First, the noise from the gate which prevented us from proper sleep. Second, the kinda dangerous and not proper kitchen. Third, the wrong room with no excuse.

• Nicola (9/5): Il mio soggiorno è stato piuttosto breve, due giorni e mezzo e, sicuramente ci tornerò, merita. - Posizione eccellente ! Due minuti, a piedi, dalla Stazione Garibaldi da dove si può partire, con i mezzi pubblici, per visitare qualsiasi parte della città. In zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa. L'appartamentino è completamente e recentemente ristrutturato e dotato di attrezzature nuovissime. Nel cucinino abbiamo trovato tutto quel che serve per poter consumare una buona colazione. la disponibilità del gestore a risolverci qualsiasi tipo di problema ci ha fatto trascorrere molto serenamente la nostra permanenza. Nessuna cosa negativa da segnalare. Tutto è filato per il meglio.

Die Lage gleich am Bahnhof ist super, außerdem war die Wohnung nahezu komplett neu und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Fahrstuhl des Gebäudes und dessen Tür waren etwas zu laut. Bei leichtem Schlaf kann dieser einen Nachts aufwecken.

• Vlad (7/5): Wonderful region (to be revisited), but in Napoli TOWN I'll never come back - - the owner of the property (Gianluca) was extremly kind and helpful - location is as bad as possible, the entire town is unbiliveble dirty, "mountins" of garbage lying down on the streets; but I have to underline that IT IS NOT THE PROPERTY'S FAULT - breakfast, compared with othe offers on Booking.com was quite poor
