• Juanjo (6/5): Bueno, a pesar de las salvedades. - Ventiladores sucios con un dedo de polvo, imposible ponerlos en funcionamiento al esparcir éste por toda la habitación/es. 4 Almohadas florecidas y y sin funda protectora insalubre totalmente, las cuales cambiaron. Colchones sucios y florecidos, sin funda protectora. Una fase eléctrica no funcionaba con lo cual un termo de un baño no funcionó durante toda la estancia. Ventilador del porche, no funcionó hasta que se hizo un empalme con un alargo. Televisión, sin antena no se pudo poner durante toda la estancia. Grifo de la ducha exterior no funcionaba por estar obturado el desagüe. Corregir lo citado. La casa lo merece, pero el precio pagado no se corresponde con lo entregado.
• Nigel (5/5): Lovely villa in a great location, shame the electrics failed us for our entire stay - The pool and location was the best part of the property. It was a short walk from the villa to the beach. The BBQ was a nice addition to the villa. The main kitchen was well equipped and the living area was a nice traditional Spanish layout. Showers were very much needed. Upon initial arrival the first thing we noticed was the pool as it’s the first thing after hours of traveling you need is to jump in the pool and unfortunatly for us this was full of leaves both floating on top and a variety of dead bugs and leaves that had sunk to the bottom indicating it had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Despite requesting multiple times prior to arrival and whilst at the property we never received any welcome pack so did not know the pin to get in the villa or any of the basic information on where we were staying including how to get the gas hob on which was a bottle of gas under the counter the other side of the oven. Simple things such as being told by the management company that we had to drive almost two miles to a green centre in st luis to empty our bin resulted in disbelief and asking a local to find a bin literally outside the villa on the other side of the road or in fact most side roads. The very first night the power tripped for us and having no welcome pack meant we had to sleep with no cooling at all and it was very hot. We received our reply the following day as to where to look with pictures and it did not resolve the issue, we found we had to turn off all fuses including some in the outside pool housing and then it allowed you to turn the power back on. Unfortunately this continued to happen continuously and we were unable to use the oven, dishwasher or washing machine without it tripping. We could never get the oven to temperature and the washing machine would cut out mid cycle never allowing us to get anything washed and this was the same with the dishwasher which tripped out even on its lowest setting. This continued for the entire duration of our holiday. We alerted the management company to these electrical issues who assured us a technician would repair the issues in the street and not attend the property for which I suspected was never going to happen.
