• Anastasia (1/5): Horrible - The location is sketchy and looks extremely dangerous. The entire yard and entrance smells like garbage. The other guests were also very loud and one of them tried to come through our window. The place itself looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, most things are not working or broken and we had a lot of trouble with the toilet as it rarely flushed. The whole bathroom stinks from the drain and every time you shower everything is flooded because it is not insulated properly. Apart from that the room smells like cigarettes and everything is stained and burned from cigarettes. The room was definitely not cleaned before us. The upper bed is very unstable and the stairs were broken. If you are a woman I would not recommend you stay here, we felt very unsafe. The host completely ignored our complaints. This accommodation made our stay in Vienna very unpleasant.

• Jan (2/5): - Na ubytování nebyla tv a nefunkční WiFi - z toho důvodu jsme maximum času trávili mimo toto ubytování. V okolí je tržnice s čerstvým zbožím i obchod. Na stanici metra to je kousek. Dle mého mínění, neodpovidá ubytování dnešnímu standardu středoevropského ubytování. Pokoj není vhodný pro rodiny s dětmi. Je neudržovaný, bez péče, kterou si zaslouží, což je obrovská škoda. Nečistota (fleky na sedačce, posteli, židlích...), zápach, opotřebování (poškozený žebřík na patrovou postel, roztržená záclona, chybějící dvířka, problémy se splachováním...), vybavení neodpovídá popisu (chybí ložní prádlo, přikrývky...), výhled do dvora je docela nechutný, neudržovaný dům a okolí (ale to zřejmě není chyba provozovatele).

• Kirova (10/5): Приятен престой и излишно преувеличени негативни отзиви - Местоположението е много добре, в оживен квартал, близо до всякакъв градски транспорт за 20 Мин си в центъра на Виена. Леглото на втория етаж е много меко и удобно. Бях скептично настроена заради някои негативни коментари, но според мен те са силно преувеличени. Ето моите реални впечатления: • Относно хигиената: чаршафите бяха чисти и миришеха хубаво; просто бяха леко измачкани от прането, което не е проблем. • Относно миризмата: Усещаше се лек мирис, но според мен той е оставен от предишни наематели, които са пушили вътре, а не от лоша поддръжка. Като непушач го усетих, но не беше по вина на собствениците. • Технически детайли: Каната за вода не работеше, но от чешмата тече страхотна, гореща алпийска вода, така че лесно се справяте и без нея. Стълбата към леглото е леко повредена, но е напълно използваема – дори 5-годишната ми дъщеря се качваше без проблем и беше влюбена в леглото. Според мен собствениците се грижат добре, а ние като гости трябва да пазим мястото като наш дом, вместо да търсим поводи за драма. Дребните неща не трябва да развалят престоя, ако човек е позитивно настроен.
• Hüsnü (2/5): Wenn mann was vermietet dann was ordentliches - Für mich war die Lage sehr gut, Statt Bett war ein Couch, Stock Bett Treppe kaputt, gesammt nicht sauber, eigenartiges geruch, wc Spülung defect, Waschbecken tropft unten, Ausstattung sehr schlecht, sehr altes Gebäude wo man vom hinteren Hof hinein muss, leider niemanden zu empfehlen

• Polke (9/5): - Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen! Sehr sauber und gemütlich ! Gut ausgestattet! Der Preis ist das Apartment auf jeden Fall gerecht! Kein Fernseher und das freie Internet bricht immer wieder zusammen! ICH hatte Alternativen, ich hatte mein Handy als Router !
• Ivana (9/5): Great stay for affordable price - The apartment was exceptionally clean, equipped with everything we needed, and we really liked it. We didn’t love the entrance to the building, as it’s a bit tucked away, and the hallway light wasn’t working. On the bright side, the security is excellent – there’s a coded door to access the apartment section, and the apartment itself has a separate lock with a key code and a safe storage area by the door.
• Tetiana (1/5): Awful, a waste of money - Nothing Everything. Being traveling for many years around the globe, it was the very first time I saw something like that. Supposedly the place was going to be near and nicely arranged before our arrival. We didn’t see the good conditions promised, the room was dirty, there was black long hair all around the place everywhere. There was a strong chemical smell when we entered, so It was hard to breeze. Even though, the smell was like the room had been cleaned, but the truth is it was dirty. Besides, the linen wasn’t neither fresh, nor clean and had a big hole in it. Sadly, I can’t upload all the pictures that we took when we entered the room here according to the limit of 4 pictures only. However, to sum up, it wasn’t the conditions I would have been expecting to rent. So saying that we contacted the support team but they couldn’t help us, neither they offered the option to relocate us. As we were told we need to book a new place by yourself and pay for it. Therefore, our next booking we did using another booking platform, as I could trust anymore the pictures that I would be looking at in the booking.com. At the end , for the four nights we got a refund only of a 14€. It was the most disappointing customer experience that we had in our lives. Especially when it wasn’t our fault that we rented the place so badly maintained. Hope Booking.com can look closely into the properties like that in order not to lose your customers.
