- Lorena (9/5): - Bonito apartamento, muy cerca de la estación de metro que en dos paradas te deja en el centro de Bilbao. Hay aparcamiento en zona verde cerca, que es gratuito los fines de semana y los festivos. El personal es muy amable, tuvimos algún problema para encender la calefacción y en media hora estaba todo solucionado, a pesar de ser día festivo. El plato de ducha es bastante pequeño y quizá eché en falta algún detalle de cortesía como algunas cápsulas de café, infusiones, azúcar....

- leanne (9/5): - Clean, comfortable and spacious. Metro station 5 min walk away. Smart Tv and WiFi was great. Shutters on windows were great for keeping property cool and daylight out early in morning. Secure entry. Bars and shops close by. Plenty of clean towels and bedding, extras like hangers, hairdryers and washing up items were very helpful! Shower cubicle is quite small was fine for us but wouldn’t suit those of a larger size, a blind on the kitchen window would be a nice addition with the property being on ground floor.
