• Guest (8/5): Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille malgré quelques soucis, vite oubliés. - La disponibilité de la propriétaire et sa discrétion. La localisation de l'appartement: tout est à proximité; très appréciable (entre restaurants, plages, magasins, boîtes, etc.). C'est une résidence calme. On peut néanmoins voir(feux d'artifice)/entendre partiellement les animations autour. La piscine dont les horaires d'ouverture sont très larges ! Et la surveillance présente. Les terrains de tennis et padel, les entretiens quotidiens de l'espace commune. Les lits sont très confortables (on n'a pas utilisé le canapé-lit) Le wi-fi gratuit, le parking ! Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas une deuxième disponible. Mais ce n'était rien du tout, cela nous a permis de nous balader et bien visiter le quartier et les environs. J'ai moins apprécié: certains appareils commencent à dater (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge) ainsi que les meubles de la cuisine. Le chauffe-eau qui se met régulièrement en panne, on nous a expliqué comment resetter le système donc cela allait. Un technicien était passé et n'avait pas trouvé de problème; seulement, c'est récurrent.
