• Carole (7/5): - Super Emplacement. Les explications pour le parking sont bonnes et pratiques. Il n'y avait jamais de place sur le parking sur le port mais toujours au stade de foot. Le canapé pas très confortable et la literie moyenne.

• Vivanco Ramírez (5/5): ALOJAMIENTO BIEN, VECINOS MAL (PERRO MAL ATENDIDO) - -Alojamiento céntrico, con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. -Check-in muy sencillo. Los vecinos de arriba tienen a una perra que, por el poco tiempo que estuve, pude darme cuenta que no le tienen muy bien cuidado. Dejan a la pobre perra sola todo el día y la sacaron a pasear cinco minutos. Desde luego que si buscar un alojamiento pet friendly no te gusta escuchar a un animal pasarlo mal llorando desesperadamente y estresado, por lo que no te recomiendo este sitio. Yo no fui con mi mascota y lo pasé mal. Creo que deberían de dar un toque de atención en este sentido.

• Miriam (2/5): Barato no debería significar dejado. - El trato del personal. El apartamento tiene los muebles muy viejos y no en buen estado. Al entrar olía a entre frito y a cerrado. Las sábanas estaban limpias pero olían también muy mal. El baño estaba muy sucio. Las toallas eran muy viejas. Está ubicado en el centro histórico que es peatonal por lo que hay que aparcar lejos y cargar con las maletas unos 500/600m.

• albert (8/5): Apartamento en el centro de - Buena ubicacion, limpio y comodo. Habia de todo en caso que necesites cocinar, dejaron capsulas de cafe de cortesia y caben hasta 4 personas con 1 baño por pareja Esta un poco viejo y algunas cosas rotas. Aun así, el conjunto es bueno.

• Pedro (2/5): Muy mala gestión - La falta de atención con un problema bastante grande que hubo en el apartamento .No había agua caliente ni calefacción y tuvimos que abandonarlo un día antes ya que el responsable leyó el mensaje a las 18: 22 del día 6 y no recibimos ninguna respuesta hasta el día 7 a las 12:30 , y ante la falta de respuesta se le llamó el mismo día 6 y su respuesta fue que él se marchaba al fútbol y ya lo dejáramos ara el día siguiente.Me parece muy poco profesional sinceramente

• Han (8/5): Fantastische plaats en een goed en schoon appartement midden in het centrum. Juist dit aspect zochte - Bij aankomst telefonisch contact opgenomen met de beheerder / eigenaar. Aangegeven dat we voor de deur stonden van het appartement. Binnen een paar minuten kwam een medewerkster die uitlegde hoe het kluisje met de sleutel kon worden geopend en zij liet het appartement zien. Zij was heel vriendelijk. Omdat het een zeer smalle straat midden in het centrum is was het bereiken van het appartement even een klus omdat het centrum gesloten was i.v.m. de feestweek. Via een omweg toch met de auto bij het appartement gekomen. De beheerder / eigenaar adviseerde ons bij het sportcomplex te parkeren. Dat was op een afstand van 12 minuten lopen. Dus goed te doen.

• LUISA (7/5): - Piso limpio, en el casco viejo, muy centrico, con todo lo necesario. Cama matrimonio muy cómoda. 3 televisiones Calle vieja y estrecha. Las habitaciones dan a patio interior sucio. El sofa, muy incomodo para sentarse

• Lucia (9/5): Great overnight stay in Bermeo! - Great location, very clean and very comfy beds. I did not expect that the apartment would this big. I cannot tell whether the host speaks English, we arranged the key pick up in Spanish via Whatsapp. All went well.

• Annie (10/5): Excellent location, 2 bedroom apartment - Very central, located in the old city. Comfortable 2 bedroom apartment with an extra toilet. Easy check in with key safe. FYI on Wednesday night most restaurants closed. Only a pizza place and pinchos were available. We bought food from the supermarket and ate at the apartment. Parking is about 10 minutes away. You can only drive in the old city from 7am-1pm. We had no problems parking the car overnight, at a free car park, with CCTV and tourist’s utilising free campervan parking

• Antonia (7/5): We loved the appartment and the location but key situation needs to be improved. - The location of the flat was excellent and we had no problem with the flat itself - only the access! Without knowledge of Spanish we would not have been able to communicate with the host!! Communication with the host for information about accessing keys was very poor . Once the keys were eventually located they were very difficult to use. The door took several minutes to open each time and only one of the 3 of us was able to open the door at all! We were told that the key was newly cut and did work but the host did not offer us another key that was more reliable. I suggest the host greets new guests personally and demonstrates the working of the keys!
