• carmen (9/5): Chrae di piu la pulizia deli mobili della casa - La pulizia del piano cottura e dei mobili in cucina lasciava un po a dediderare nel complesdo la casa era pulita ma avrei curato le piccole cose che fanno la differenza in una struttura come la vkstr atipo le macchis di calcare subtt i rubinetti e le piastrelle delle docce e dei bagni e il cattivo idire di fogna che proveniva dal bagno grande ma gkrse sono io che sono troppo esigente e maniacale

Grazie e un saluto dall’Italia. Lieve odore di tubature probabilmente proveniente del bagno ma anche in questo caso l’host ha prontamente messo a disposizione il deodorante per ambiente.

• Codés (8/5): - El apartamento, amplio y con dos baños, está en una calle tranquila a 5 minutos de la plaza principal de la ciudad. Las habitaciones tenían buen tamaño y contaban con aire acondicionado, que nos hizo falta. La terraza, pese a que no la pudimos aprovechar mucho, da opción de salir a sentarse. La cocina y el salón son cómodos y funcionales. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fluida. La limpieza era un poco justa, pero nada grave. El acceso es complejo por la zona en que se encuentra y además las obras cercanas lo complican más. El pago fue en efectivo.

• Andreas (10/5): Second visit, again 10/10. - Booked this apartment for the second year in a row for our visit to Tirana. The location, the balcony, the apartment itself, the easy check-in and check-out, the host – we were super satisfied with everything. Also very good value for money.
• Karen (10/5): Perfetto - La casa si trova in un punto strategico: a 2 passi dal centro e a 450 m dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Abbiamo fatto il self check-in e check- out che sono molto comodi per noi. Il proprietario è stato sempre disponibile. L'appartamento è pulitissimo e i letti sono comodissimi. La prossima volta a Tirana torneremo di sicuro in questa struttura. Tutto bene.

Si vous êtes en voiture, n’essayez pas de vous rendre dans la rue (inaccessible), garez vous directement dans le parking souterrain Plaza (moins de 5 minutes à pied). Tout était parfait.

Good size and well equipped kitchen to - Great location, good value, very comfortable living room, wonderful deck! It was good. I think the drain in the second bathroom maybe needed cleaning (my husband cleaned the shower drain) & smelled fresher.

• Diana (7/5): Ok for short stays, not for toddlers/kids - The location is close to the city centre (less than 10 minutes) and you have local buses nearby. Communication with the host was great and sorted in due time what was possible. The apartment is spacious and comfortable to a point. Beds were our comfort with good duvets for the cold night and comfortable for an afternoon nap. While the apartment was supposed to offer a little more comfort than a hotel room, we had some little things that made us change our minds about the choice. We appreciate the assistance received from the host, and we understand that unexpected things can happen. As for reference , the apartment is on the corner, and there are no warmed walls from neighbours. The temperature inside was 18- 19°c while outside was sunny. Warming up the place with AC takes a while and would not keep up during the night. Rainy/cold days different story. In the pictures, you get to see some little carpets that were just tucked away during our stay. Travelling with our toddler, there were some little things that we did not find them as expected.
