• Veronica (8/5): Buena! Cerca del vaticano que era lo Importante - Si pero la fachada del edificio terrible y el cuartier como tal! En las fotos mucho más sobre dimensionado que en la realidad. La fachada del edificio y el ascensor terrible!

• Phuong (8/5): Great value for money, amazing facilities but communications with host could improve - Great facilities and very clean. Close to Vatican City and well connected via public transport. The host was not contactable via Whatssap, so we had to wait for a while to check in when we arrived (even though the arrival time had been confirmed via booking.com messages). Had to ask the neighbour to call the host, as we had data-only sim cards. It is a 30-40 minute commute on public transport to the historical centre part of Rome.

• Jovana (10/5): - The room was very beautiful, clean and comfortable. The host was very kind. We had some problems coming to accommodation because of transportation strike, so we arrived very late, but they were really helpful. There are many buses that go near the city center, plenty of restaurants, bars for coffee and pastry and a supermarket in the near proximity of the accommodation. This is a minor issue, but the location isn't ideal if you want to get to the city center and back quickly at any time of day. Usually, you get to the city in 10-15 minutes by bus. But there aren't any metro stations nearby, buses can be unreliable later in the evening, and morning traffic can make even a taxi ride take 20-25 minutes. So, plan accordingly.
• Atse (7/5): Bien sans soucis - Une fois que tu rentres c’est propre. C’est pas minuscule. La douche est grande et propre . Assez propre des gares ( entre 5 et 15 min à pieds ) du coup proches des villes comme TERMINI ect Le bâtiment est vieux et dégradé. Du coup on a peur de ce qu’on va retrouver à l’intérieur. Les fenêtres ne servent à rien , on ne peut pas les ouvrir car on ne peut pas lever le store donc pas de lumière du jour et d’air pur ( j’ai été enrhumé toute mon séjour je suis asthmatique et j’ai besoin que l’air soit renouvelé , le vent ne passe pas ).

• Guest (9/5): - Gazada a fost foarte amabilă, comunicarea a decurs foarte bine. Cazarea este localizată aproape de obiectivele turistice, dar și de stația de autobuz. Baia nu a fost curată. :(

The building where it’s allocated needs some updates , looks a bit old from the outside and the main door was not working. The kitchen may be improved, no coffee offered and insufficient kitchen utensils .

Great location – right next to a bar with delicious coffee and cornetto, a shop for basics, and walking distance to all attractions. Smooth check-in, good communication with the host. Everything as expected, exactly what we needed. There seems to be a shared kitchen in the building, but it’s quite poorly equipped. Adding some basic items would make it much more convenient for guests.
• Michał (8/5): - Bardzo czysto - ładny zapach, duża ilość kosmetyków. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem przed i podczas wyjazdu. Bardzo ładnie udekorowana przestrzeń Trochę mało miejsca na ubrania, np. musieliśmy zawieszać kilka rzeczy na jednym wieszaku. Wspólna kuchnia mogłaby być trochę lepiej wyposażona.

• Fernando (9/5): Excelente quarto, próximo ao Vaticano - Quarto novo, bem iluminado, confortável, cama e roupa de cama excelente, tudo muito limpo. Há uma cozinha partilhada. Fácil acesso ao Vaticano (pequena caminhada). A abertura e fechamento das portas é automática e funciona por app (não tivemos dificuldade na instalação/utilização). No entanto, poderia haver um bloqueio manual pelo lado de dentro do quarto, para ser usado quando o quarto estivesse habitado (nos daria mais confiança para dormir).

We were even offered cleaning of the room, it really was a unique luxury experience. The host was really friendly and helping every time I reached out and everything went smoothly. I LOVED my stay there and I’m DEFINITELY coming back once I get to visit Rome again! :)

Il riscaldamento preimpostato non permetteva una regolazione della temperatura che nel periodo di soggiorno risultava essere troppo elevata soprattutto la notte.

W naszym pokoju było słabe wifi - jeżeli ktoś musi pracować przy komputerze to warto to mieć na uwadze (może w innych pokojach jest lepiej). Czasami było słychać dosyć mocno dźwięki z mieszkania obok.

• Ilia (10/5): It was a wonderful holiday in a wonderful place - Annabella helped us a lot, was always in touch and very polite. The apartment is in a very, very convenient place. We were there in winter and it was very important for us to have warmth in the apartment, I will say right away for those who needed it as much as we did. The apartment was very warm. The radiators and the air conditioner work, which is quite sufficient. There is hot water, though you need to wait a little, but I think this is normal for southern countries (1-2 minutes). After we went to Cyprus, the conditions in Rome seemed heavenly to us, this is a super good place for a holiday, I highly recommend it.

Le camere sono molto belle e pulite. La zona è centralissima, vicina alle mura del Vaticano. Molto comoda per gli spostamenti nella capitale. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, e il personale è gentile e disponibile, il che fa davvero la differenza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort e posizione ideale a Roma.
