• SILVIA (10/5): Apartamento perfecto para pasar unos dias de descanso - El desayuno no estaba incluido en el precio. Apartamento amplio , con buenas vistas y grandes ventanales. La calefacción funciona muy bien. La cama comoda. Es todo como se ve en la fotografia. La propietaria amable y atenta.

• Markus (10/5): A beautiful apartment in a magical place. - A lovely apartment in a lovely location. The host really cared about us and gave us some recommendations. She also had prepared quite some information about what to do in the area. The monastery is magic.
• Julia (5/5): Disappointing - We received an email asking us to confirm the arrival time. The link to Booking.com showed various options including standard check in 16.00 to 00.00, which was the timescale we intended to arrive - we were unable to amend this to a more accurate time. When we arrived there was no-one to meet us and we needed a door code, which had not been sent. There is no phone signal or internet in the village. A very kind lady in the local bar called the number on the booking form, which was incorrect. She tracked down the correct number for our host who called us with the door code – this took an hour to sort out. We felt our host had forgotten we were coming. The apartment was cold, there was no central heating because it has to be turned on the previous day. The taps show hot to the right, in fact it’s to the left so initially we couldn't get any hot water. Our host came round 8.30pm and suggested air con for upstairs and blankets for the bedroom. Eventually, after we pointed out we booked this because it had heating, she said she would find an electric heater. She called back at 9pm and said she had turned on the heating but didn't bring a heater. By 11.30pm there was still no heat. It had warmed through by the next morning. On the face of it the apartment seems lovely, it looks fairly new and was clean. However, we would have preferred a kettle, a bathroom door that closed properly and a warm house. The bed is full of cushions, but there are no spare pillows. There is nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. The shower door opens outwards leaving water over the bathroom floor and the mat can't be put underneath. There are flimsy table mats but nothing to put hot dishes on. There were no apartment instructions.....the WiFi password is on the bottom of the router and the heating cannot be changed by guests.
• Heiner (10/5): Exceptional - The place was incredibly cozy! And we loved the kitchen/living room. Also the communication with the hosts was very pleasant and easy. Total thumbs up! There really wasn't anything to not like
