• Martin (9/5): - Sehr ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig sehr schnell zu erreichen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht und der Gastgeber ist echt nett! Frische Brötchen jeden Morgen on top. Sehr zu empfehlen!

• Sigrid (7/5): Grundsätzlich echt OK, aber mit Luft nach oben. - Tolle Lage, ruhig und trotzdem „stadtnah“. Sehr bequeme Betten. Brötchen und Croissants hingen nach der ersten Nacht an der Tür. Toller Service! Parkplatz vor der Tür, der auch am Abreisetag noch genutzt werden konnte. Dass das Bad klein ist, ist nicht das Problem, aber … Der Seifenspender war leer, das Handteil der Dusche ließ sich kaum benutzen. Insgesamt alles ein wenig runter gewirtschaftet. Abends liefen die Ameisen auf der Küchenzeile und im Flur umher. Allerdings NICHT im Schlafzimmer. Der Toaster war noch voller Krümel und das zur Verfügung gestellte Abtrockentuch nicht in der Lage auch nur einen Tropfen Wasser aufzunehmen. Der Spülschwamm hatte auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen … Ein großer Teil dieser Dinge wäre leicht zu ändern und dann wäre es eine Super-Unterkunft. :-)

• Petra (9/5): Schönes wohnen in altem Haus - Es ist erstaunlich, was man aus einem uralten denkmalgeschützten Haus machen kann. Toller Service und super Gastgeber inklusive toller Gespräche und einem verwöhnpaket aus eigener Herstellung.
• Thomas (6/5): Für einen Kuztrip völlig ausreichend. - Kurzer Fußweg zur Stadt. Keine Rauchmelder installiert und renovierungsbedürftig.
• Julian (10/5): - Gemütliche, etwas verwinkelte Ferienwohnung. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist: Jeden Morgen gab es frische Brötchen an die Tür geliefert frisch von der eigenen Bäckerei des Vermieters!

• Christine (9/5): Très bonne adresse - Appartement confortable, calme et très bien situé à proximité du marché de Noël. Grand lit très confortable Nous avons aussi apprécié les croissants et petits pains offerts par notre hôte. La salle de bain un peu exiguë

Equipement complet et typique pour la région Très bon emplacement pour aller au centre de Monschau La couverture du lit (quette) vous met comme dans un sauna. D'autres apprécieront, bien sur.

• Jan Piet (7/5): - Locatie vlak bij het centrum, je loopt er zo naar toe. Locatie is prima, het is een historisch pand, dus niet superstrak en modern.
• Anita (8/5): Heerlijk plekje! Aanrader!. - Gezellig, eenvoudig appartementje op een prettige lokatie. Monschau "altstadt" op loopafstand. We waardeerden de broodjes op de 2e ochtend, maar we zagen het te laat en hebben ze thuis gegeten. Ze waren heerlijk! Niets, het was oké, maar het had wat schoner gekund.

• Detlef (10/5): Gemütliche Unterkunft mit allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - Wir waren sehr überrascht, dass jeden Morgen eine Tüte mit Brötchen vor der Tür stand. Pro Person ein Croissant, ein normales und ein Körnerbrötchen vom Böcker. Sehr lecker.
• Stefan (9/5): - Schöne historische Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist seit der letzten Renovierung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das ist OK aber vielleicht sollte man eine Tag Arbeit investieren um die Küchenspüle Garnitur zu tauschen und dem Ablauf zu reinigen. Auch im Badezimmer ist die Duschgarnitur auszutauschen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet an der tollen nostalgischen Optik stören aber die dilettanten Elektroarbeiten. Schade!!!

• Marcel (7/5): Ist den Erwartungen gerecht geworden, mit wenig Aufwand kann man mehr draus machen - Gratis Brötchen am Morgen, sehr zuvorkommend. Einrichtung etwas zusammengewürfelt und wenig Küchenaustattung

• Kurt-Jürgen (8/5): Sehr schöner Ort,leider etwas überlaufen, tolle Eindrücke von der Eifel - Tolle Lage; sehr netter Vermieter, der uns täglich mit frischen Brötchen verwöhnt hat.Das Einzige,was gewöhnungsbedürftig war, war ein superkleines Bad*** leider dem Amt für Denkmalschutz geschuldet*** sauber sind wir trotzdem geworden! Die Betten waren klasse,wir haben wunderbar geschlafen! Kommen immer gerne wieder! Das Bad, s.o.

• Joop (9/5): Geweldige locatie bij Monschau - Wat een geweldige locatie heeft dit appartement, ideale uitvalsbasis om Monschau en de omgeving te verkennen. De eigenaar (Ingo) is geweldig, hij is bakker we kregen iedere dag verse broodjes voor de deur. Ook fijn een parkeerplek voor de auto en onze E-Bike. Elke dag buiten ontbijt, de badkamer is klein maar functioneel. Nvt.

One piece of feedback which someone else shared, that I fully agree with: The building is very nice and rustic, consider putting decorations/furniture that match with that more. apartman Nostalgie in Krasna Lipa is a good example

• Francesca (7/5): Good - The apartment had everything we needed to stay for one night, with a small kitchen space and a comfortable bedroom. It was nice and cool thanks to the portable air conditioning, which was much appreciated on a hot day! We also received a delivery some pastries from the owner in the morning for breakfast, which was a nice surprise as we hadn't asked for breakfast. The bathroom is very small and particularly the shower - understandable in such an old building, but could lead to problems for larger people.

• Robin (8/5): A delightful place to stay, highly recommended. - We loved this querky appartment in a lovely, traditional old building. The appartment was well equipped and well maintained. The hosts were on hand if needed but not obtrusive. It was just a short stroll to the beautiful centre of Monschau. We had free parking immediately across the road. We enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden. Above all, we enjoyed the delicious free bread delivered to our door each morning. Nothing.
• Fiona (6/5): Characterful but needs some upgrading. - Character and location. The parking was difficult as all the designated spaces were taken. There was no washing machine or tumble drier as per the facilities described for property. Bathroom was very small.

• Alexandru (10/5): Exceptional - The location is amazing in terms of accessibility, the building itself looks gorgeous and you have a nice table outside to enjoy some nice weather. In terms of space, you have a lot of it, theres is also a fully fitted kitchen with pretty much anything you need. Everything was clean, the check in was simple and same for the checkout. We also got some tasty Brötchen from the owner, which was really nice. I wouldn't say I we did not like, but more of a feedback in terms of the posters and paintings inside, which detract a bit from the fact that you're staying in a very old building. I think something more rustic would fit better, but again, there's nothing wrong with the current decorations.

• Sophie (9/5): Very warm welcome and a cosy apartment - We had a wonderful welcome from the owner. He is a baker and left a bag of amazing fresh bread rolls on the doorstep in the morning. We slept very well - the bed is incredibly cosy an comfortable. _
• Martin (8/5): Quaint but quirky - Not too close and not too far from centre of town. Quiet, private and comfortable. Fresh baked goods most days during visit. Huge televisions! Great having a laundry for washing. Front door doesn't open fully but the place is old. Bathroom door needs to be stepped around to reach toilet and shower.
• Karen (10/5): Great find - Great location, good size property and comfortable bed. Although our motorbike was safe, we were unsure of where to park it, was told by neighbours to move it from front of location told to park. This wasn’t a show stopper, so wouldn’t be put off in future.

• Athena (9/5): Superb - very cozy space, a perfect distance from the town (short walk and far enough from the business), with some trails to walk nearby and a nice view. We ere also surprised to get a little bag of bread and croissants in the morning.

The apartment had absolutely everything that you might need, including great coffee and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice bonus were the pastries left at the door each morning. Its a nice short walk to the center of town. Would stay here again! -
