• Andres (3/5): - Una experiencia muy mala. No cometas mi error y asumas que, solo porque tiene 4.5 estrellas y es caro, es la mejor opción en Leticia. En realidad, puedes pagar la mitad del precio por un hotel mejor aquí en Leticia. En este hotel, básicamente estás pagando por la bonita decoración y nada más. La ducha no drenaba rápido y te quedas parado en agua estancada. Me pusieron en una habitación en la planta baja, con solo una ventana al pasillo. Podía oír otros teles y a una recepcionista hablando sin parar hasta mi habitación. Tengo suerte de que no hubiera otros huéspedes en el pasillo de abajo, o el ruido podría haber sido mucho peor. La cortina tenía un hueco enorme. Como se muestra en la foto adjunta. A menos que la aseguraras tú mismo, cualquiera que pasara por el pasillo podía ver dentro de tu habitación y baño. Al llegar, pregunté por la ubicación y el horario de inmigración. Me dijeron que "volvería con una respuesta", pero nunca lo hicieron. Por eso, tuve que ir al aeropuerto en taxi y la oficina de inmigración estaba cerrada (a las 17:30). Los empleados del hotel necesitan esta información y, si no la tienen, deben hacer un seguimiento. En general, una experiencia terrible. Ah, y las porciones del desayuno eran para un niño pequeño. De verdad, no vengan a este hotel, seguro que hay mejores opciones en Leticia. a very bad experience. don't be like me and assume because it has 4.5 stars and is expensive, that it's the best option in Leticia. really, you can pay half the price for a better hotel here in Leticia. tlat this hotel, you are essentially paying for the nice decor and that's it. the shower did not drain fast, and you will stand in still water. they put me on a room downstairs, with only a window into the hall way. I could hear other TVs and the receptionist running her mouth all the way into my room. i am lucky there were no other guests in the downstairs hallway, or the noise could have been much worse.

• Mary Ann (8/5): Safe, clean, quiet hotel in Leticia - We appreciated the first floor room. Clerk changed our room without our asking after she saw we had 3 large suitcases plus backpacks. Night staff used Google translate and helped us find a nearby, safe restaurant with delicious food- El Santo Angel. We enjoyed a quiet evening there. Wait staff helpful, spoke clear English, food safe to eat. We needed Google translate for shopping, didn't have internet, didn't speak Spanish so we couldn't shop. Typical hotel breakfast- eggs, toast, fruit and coffeee, satisfying. No hot water, husband decided not to shower. He couldn't shave. There was no shampoo. Guess I'm spoiled, next time I'll pack some. Room walls thin. We were awakened at 6am by the talking of staff in the hallway outside our room.

Die Lage war gut, central und nahe am Flughafen. Es war sauber und bot alles was man benötigt. Leider gibt es keine Fenster, was es wiederum sehr ruhig macht, aber halt kein natürliches Licht zulässt. Das Frühstück war für den Preis sehr mager.

• JUAN JOSE (10/5): Espectacular - la ubicación es excelente, a una cuadra del parque principal donde al atardecer llegan miles de aves. el personal es muy amable la habitación cómoda y limpia, el desayuno muy bueno. adicional me orientaron con planes y tours que resultaron espectaculares! Leticia resultó mucho mejor de lo que me alcancé a imaginar, una gastronomía exquisita, la gentes es muy amable con el turista, te puedes pasear (en unos cantos minutos) por los países vecinos sin problema. hay muchos planes en esta ciudad si eres amante de la naturaleza y la aventura! les recomiendo visitar el hotel Gecko. habitaciones en los árboles increíbles, donde se puede nadar en el rio, escuchar un concierto de aves silvestres al amanecer y hacer muchas actividades geniales

• Magy Mae (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war toll, die Ausstattung modern und das Frühstück sehr ausgewogen mit Früchten und Eiern nach Wunsch. Ich durfte auch einmal den Herd benutzen um mir einen Tee zu machen. Das Personal war auch vorwiegend freundlich, vor allem der Herr an der Rezeption und die Haushälterin. Unser Zimmer war sehr laut (man hörte alles wenn jemand am Gang oder bei der Rezeption redete) und ohne Fenster. Auch war ein (vergangener) Wasserschaden an der Wand zwischen Bad und Schlafzimmer sichtbar. Im Bad war die Handtuchhalterung schlecht angebracht und flog immer wieder mal runter.

The breakfast was basic but nice, and the common area was a great place to get some work done. The bag storage service was nice. The AC in the rooms was great. Both times that I checked in, they told me they could only accept transferencia or cash. Like most foreigners, I don't have a Colombian bank account for transferencia, but I had enough cash on me. Both times, they didn't have any change, and it felt inconvenient and unprofessional that it became my responsibility to find change. Most foreigners are on vacation and maybe just had a long day of flights or hiking through the jungle; having to remember to do something that hotels generally take care of was a little annoying. I really recommend they always keep change in the hotel, especially if they don't have a reliable card processing option. Everything else was great!
