• Carol (5/5): Comfortable, with nice beds and awful pillows. - Location. Beds. No mention about no satellite TV, or TV channels in English, or even subtitled programs. We stayed 9 days with zero TV in the room. Interesting exercise. Reception staff with limited English. One made the mistake when we checked in, to send us to a wrong floor, to an already occupied room! Imagine the Japanese old couple answering the door in their bathrobes and not understanding a word of what we were saying. Quite inexperienced reception staff. Unacceptable for a serious hotel. Nice size room, but just to kill it, you could not keep the terrace door open because of the smell from the numerous restaurants below. The noise from parties went well into 3am. And then, nobody mentioned that the room is just in front of the railway, so the bullet train starting 6am was replacing quite naturally out alarm clock.
• chantal (10/5): Très sympathique et pratique. - L'emplacement très pratique pour être au coeur de Tokyo et accès a pied au métro pour aller directement à l'aéroport. La disponibilité du personnel. Le restaurant et le bar extérieur au dernier étage. Un côté de l'hôtel donne sur les voies ferrées.

• Karen (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay here, from the daily happy hour to the breakfast this was a high quality, comfortable hotel i - Location, restaurant and breakfast area, room size was good. Happy hour was a bonus. It was all pretty good. Nothing to complain about!
• Angela (10/5): Luxury Stayed in Ginza - Spa is free for hotel guest. Spa was big and not crowded. Spa had wet and dry sauna. Smoking area is on 5th floor with front desk! Very convenient. Around hotel has all kind of restaurants and bar also 24 hours convenient store downstairs same building. Room has a slipper and a Japanese spa robe so you may wear when you go down to spa or when you sleep. The room is small but it’s in Ginza so what you expect! Small but has a bathtub so if you don’t want to go spa, you may use the tub. I took a taxi to hotel so didn’t lost but my friend took a NRT airport bus. The bus stop is very closed from hotel but somehow she coundnt find the hotel so the hotel location doesn’t have a good landmarks closed by. However it’s good coz all the restaurants and bars are very closed.

• Gabriele (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert für kurzen Aufenthalt - Super Lage! Nahe Ginza Station und viele Restauranta gleich vor der Tür. 7/11 direkt im Gebäude! Zimmer sind sehr klein. Keine Schränke - man lebt aus dem Koffer.
• Meera (4/5): - location The room was not clean at all. It was dusty, and we even found a toenail left behind from previous guests, which made it clear the room had not been cleaned properly. The room felt unhygienic overall. We were also disappointed with the reception experience. When we asked for water for the first time, we were told there was a limit of two bottles per room. We did receive the water later, but the interaction made us feel uncomfortable, almost as if we were asking for something unreasonable. For a four-star hotel, we expected better service and hospitality.

• Leanne (8/5): Great boutique hotel in heart of Ginza - New modern hotel in heart of restaurant district and close to subway. They had good facilities on reception floor with even a free happy hour of free red or white wine to enjoy a glass or two before heading out for the evening. Was a smallish room so a bit tight with all our stuff but this is Tokyo so to be expected

Stock:) - also ganz oben unten laut wegen Züge - Wahrscheinlich ist das Hotel sehr gut, wir waren nur bereits am Ende der Japanreise und unglaublich verwöhnt von all den unglaublich tollen Hotels. Das Hotel ist in spitzen Lage aber halt auch gleich an der Bahnstrecke:) - Zimmer sind angeblich lt. meinen Freunden die viel in Japan sind Standardgröße - wir hatten aber sonst viel größere auf unserer Reise aber war ok. Wir sind in den 9. Stock gezogen da der 5. direkt neben den Gleisen war - da hat das Personal gepunktet -> hat ein Zimmer sofort für uns frei gemacht! - Sonst Personal wie ein bemühtes europäisches Hotel Personal (nicht böse gemeint - wer in Japan war versteht die Aussage). Alles gut und auch zu empfehlen wenn wer die Lage schätzt. Du bist gleich überall wo es spannend ist - laufen um den Kaiserpalast / tolle Strecke für schnelle gut 7km pro Runden - viele Läufer daher dafür ausgelegt:) - Gleich in der Nobeleinkaufstrasse mit all den Top Labels Öffis ums Eck, Fahrt zum Odaiba Beach mit der nahegelegenen Bahn ist ein Erlebnis vor allem bei Nacht! ...... Direkt an der mehrgleisigen Zugstrecke mit Shinkansen.... ,Ausstattung eher ok, keine Lounge bzw. ja im Empfangsbereich aber eher um eine zu haben.

• Yulia (10/5): - Прекрасный отель, все очень понравилось. Мы выбрали комнату с террасой и не пожалели - в хорошую погоду приятно посидеть на свежем воздухе. Комната довольно большая, есть все необходимое. Немного удивило, что нет шкафа, а количество вешалок для одежды небольшое. Но мы справились. Прекрасные завтраки в видовом ресторане. Все очень чисто. Персонал ресепшн оперативно помогает с такси, доставкой багажа и, вообще, любыми вопросами. В этом же здании есть 7-Eleven, прямо напротив отеля расположен так называемый Гинза коридор с кучей отличных ресторанов (обязательно идите в суши Midori, стойте в очереди - оно того стоит), в 5-7 минутах ходьбы метро и электрички. В общем, отличный по всем параметрам отель, с удовольствием остановимся тут еще раз!

• yohann (6/5): - Super emplacement proche des restaurants Il n'y a qu'un oreiller et le matelat était trop dur. Il faudrait metre en plus un oreiller plus gros comme d'autres hotels. Chacun peut choisir l'oreiller qui lui convient en fonction de la position de sommeil.

It lacks easy access to some services. I.E. getting ice required us to pass through the hotel lobby and smoking lounge. Also, for some reason hot water from the bathroom sink is very limited.

• Mariem (1/5): Very disappointing stay with poor service and unresolved issues. - Only the location was acceptable. I was first given a very noisy room next to the train tracks. After requesting a change, I was moved to a much smaller room I did not book, which was still next to the train, so the noise issue was not resolved. The room was extremely cramped, with barely enough space for luggage, and most of the lights were not working. The in-room phone was also not functioning. Service was inconsistent I was given an extra pillow which was later taken away, and when I asked again, I was given a cushion instead of a proper pillow staff were not helpful or professional

• Darryl (8/5): I would stay here again solely due to the location. It’s primarily easy access to the sub stations and near the heart of - Location is great, and the spa facilities are good to have inside the hotel. Sauna was very hot. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been better. My bathroom looked as if it wasn’t even cleaned. Stained shower glass, the last persons hair all over the floor and sink, and worst of all urine under the toilet seat that I had to clean myself because I couldn’t bare it. The carpets outside were stained as well. The room should also have a normal mirror instead of just the brown mirror and the one in the bath.

Que nos dieran 2 habitaciones separadas para una familia de 4 miembros. Les pedimos que fueran contiguas, ya que no les quedaban de 4 pero tampoco estaban cerca. Todo lo demás, maravilloso. Un mal menor.

Localização em Ginza próximo a estação e várias lojas, mas em uma rua que a noite fica estranha, muitos bêbados e prostitutas oferencendo serviço. Os quartos são extremamente pequenos e sem espaço pra você abrir as malas e não tem guarda-roupa para te dar suporte ou apoio. O chão do banheiro não é aquecido. Não tem serviço de comida nos quartos. Solicitei serviço para carregar as malas e não havia staff disponível no momento.
