Carine (5/5): - L'appartement et la gentillesse du personnel. L'eau de la piscine n est pas chaude et le local non chauffé. Certes la piscine donne sur l'extérieur, ce qui justifierait de la chauffer. Spa et hammam fermés depuis longtemps mais toujours mentionnés sur le site. Nous l'avons fait voir a la personne de l'accueil qui avait l'air surprise. Bref, trop cher pour des prestations qui n'existent pas.

Echamos de menos un segundo WC en el apartamento al ser de 7-8 personas ... al menos tiene dos duchas. En la cocina no hay espacio para la comida

Ana (10/5): Una buena opción si vas a esquiar al Pirineo francés - Lo que más nos gustó fue la amplitud. Los apartamentos de esquí en Francia no suelen ser muy espaciosos, sin embargo este duplex con 3 habitaciones resulta muy cómodo para 6 personas. En general me gustó todo, pero me hubiese gustado que tuviese dos retretes. Asimismo, la ducha de la planta de arriba resulta excesivamente pequeña.

Marion (8/5): un très bon moment en famille, nous pensons revenir. - Résidence très agréable et calme, accès facile , proche du centre ville à pieds, personnel disponible et accueillant. Le service boulangerie très appréciable. Nous avons trouvé la piscine un peu fraîche mais les enfants ont apprécié se détendre après le ski, hammam non fonctionnel c'est dommage et le lit du canapé très grinçant mais confortable.

Fabrice (10/5): Absolutely loved playing in the pool after being out in the beautiful outdoors, and the smiley welcoming staff are the c - Staff were lovely, the pool is great, location suited us perrfectly. I can only think of one thing missing: for this rainy ski season we would have needed one of those « blow-drying » cupboards where you can put your wet shoes and gloves on sticks overnight and coats on hangers and air is blown into them to dry them. An idea for another rainy day? ;)

Kacey (8/5): Love this area. Definitely want to come back in the summertime to visit the Pyrenees at a different time of year. - We love the support staff and the location. It was absolutely beautiful. Remember to pack amenities like shampoo and a hairdryer those are not readily available at the property. We were able to go to the concierge desk and get some samples and borrow a hairdryer. But it is not standard in the room.
