• Nemanja (9/5): - Great location in a really nice neighbourhood, fully equipped apartment, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean. More than 2 towels per person should be available for longer stays (e.g. 6 nights). There was a small miscommunication where we were told that on the 4th day the towels would be changed, but that didn’t happen. We were also refused one more bed blanket (only one per bed) which also felt a bit strange.
• Mehmet Murat (8/5): Temiz merkezi keyifli bir konaklama - Temizliğini, wi-fi hızını, giriş çıkış kolaylığını, Bitki dekorasyonun yapma çiçeklerle olması kötü. Niye canlı çiçekler kullanılmaz ki… Geç gidecek misafirler için bagajları saklayacak bir kolaylık yok

• Lazar (9/5): - Apartman je ispunio nasa ocekivanja, opis apartmana odgovara stvarnom stanju. Internet veza nije radila, posle svih pokusaja wi-fi ruter je morao da se resetuje. Takodje, napajanje frizidera i sporeta je bilo iskljuceno u razvodnoj kutiji. Sve ovo je nepotrebno oduzelo dosta vremena po dolasku da bi se dovelo u funkcionalno stanje.
• Marija (1/5): Very bad experience due to the behaviour of the staff. - The location of the apartment is good and relatively convenient for exploring Madrid. We are very disappointed with the staff and the way they treated us as tourists. The situation became so unpleasant and distressing that we were forced to seek help from our embassy. The apartment was not properly marked at all, which led one of our companions to accidentally insert the key into the neighbour’s lock. Because of this, we were accused by the agency managing the apartment that we had broken the lock. Shortly after we refused to pay a large amount of money for a lock that the agency claimed we had broken, the Wi-Fi signal in the apartment was suddenly disconnected, which gave us the impression that this was done as pressure on us. Out of five days of our stay, the Wi-Fi worked for only one day. We received multiple messages demanding that we immediately transfer a significant amount of money for replacing the lock to an unknown account, without any clear explanation of who the owner is or whose account it is, and without any proof that the lock was actually damaged. It was also obvious that the neighbours in the building do not want tourists. In addition, the apartment was poorly prepared for four guests – only two towels were provided. Unfortunately, this situation completely ruined our stay in Madrid and what should have been a pleasant trip turned into a stressful experience

• Marko (9/5): Comfortable apartment, nice location - Nice location in more of a residential area, right near the metro and bus station. Walking distance from the city center. Comfortable and looks newly renovated. We were there in December with a baby, and since the heating is only through AC (which is present in every room) the floors are a bit cold. So I would advise packing up some slippers.

• Bernadette (9/5): - Appartement wie in den Bildern abgebildet. Nach zusätzlichem Login, alle Zugangsdaten erhalten und mit der Anleitung war der Zugang zum Gebäude & Wohnung auch sehr einfach. Direkt um die Ecke gab es eine U-BahnStation mit der man schnell im zentrum ist.

• Mihaela (8/5): Приятен апартамент с добра локация - Локацията беше отлична, кваталът много хубав и удобен за придвижване дори и пеша. Близо до Парка и музея Прадо. Беше чисто и подредено. Много трудно влязохме първоначално през входната врата, заради начина на отключване. Трябваше да изчакаме някоай от сградата да излезе, за да можем да влезем. Всеки път, когато някой пусне водата в тоалетната или се пусне душът се чува много. Много е неприятно, че във whastApp комуникацията е с чат-бот и не можахме да се разберем за часа на настаняване. Ако искате за говорите директно с домакините трябва да им пишете в букинг.
• Jelena (10/5): The place to stay in Madrid! - The apartment is located a bit further then center, but in our opinions in excellent secure location. Public transport is very close, metro and bus station, and you can easily walk to the Atocha, the main station and take a free public bus 002 to reach all the tourist attractions very easily (for RM Stadion the bus no.14 goes from the apartment to the Stadion :) very convenient) It was really clean and comfortable with enough bed lines and towels. The host recommended restaurants, which was really nice and answered all our questions within few minutes. Altogether, it was a nice place to stay in Madrid.
• Konrad (9/5): Fantastic location, comfortable stay - * Pictures on booking reflect what you see in the apartment * Good kitchen equipment * Comfortable beds, sofa * Clean, everything was working as intended * Good hair dryer, iron and ironing board available * effective AC in every room - must have in August in Madrid * Fantastic location, close to metro * the automation of opening the bulding doors was not working - neighbour had to let us in * nothing major, but worth noting that you have to enable the boiler - should be mentioned in the arrival notes * The sofa was damaged before our arrival - I feel like we should have been informed about it by the owners, as it would give us some sense of peace knowing that the damage is there and not caused by any of us. Fortunately no major issues with the sofas usage. Apparently it will be resolved in the near future. Please be careful when using the sofa as a bed. * Perhaps it would be best if some sort of dryer for cups or utensils would be available, next to the sink
• Manzoli (9/5): - Casa pulita e ben fornita di tutto il necessario per un breve soggiorno, unica cosa magari comprare più bicchieri visto che erano esattamente solo 6. Posizione buona facile da raggiungere con i mezzi e in taxi e vicino al parco del retiro. Unica cosa un po' negativa è che l'apertura della porta di ingresso attraverso il codice non è stata così semplice, dopo diversi tentativi alla fine ci ha aperto una signora da dentro.

• Reena (10/5): Excellent - Perfect location. In the heart of the city. Close to the metro and easily accessible to all the attractions. The apartment was impeccably clean and comfortable for a family of 4.

• Minh (6/5): Ok stay. Poor communication - Things are functional and the apartment is clean. It is short walking distance to metro line 1 which is one station away from Atocha. The place is quiet. The rating is mainly because of communication, i would not want to stay in a place where communication is untimely and unreliable. The support staff only start working from 12pm and i am not sure when do they stop working at night. I had asked if we can leave our luggage in the apartment early, they said they will respond on the day. On the day, i messaged and called and yet only received a response around 1pm. One of the night we stayed there, the electricity suddenly went off around 10:20pm, i messaged and they replied next day 12:01pm (luckily there was no issue and we were able to get the electricity back by turn on and off the general switch). Also, they forgot the leave laundry detergent and when i asked if they can provide next day, they said “sorry”.

• Ankit (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was extremely well-furnished, clean, and exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located within walking distance from the metro and bus stations with multiple restaurants and grocery stores in close vicinity. The application to unlock the main door wasn't working. However, the agent was helpful and tried to guide us through the unlock process. Unfortunately, even her actions did not result in the door opening and we had to rely on a neighbor to open the main gate. The directions to the apartment door could have been clearer (eg, I couldn't make out that the apartment was on the second floor). But, kudos to the agent for being patient with us and staying on the call till we figured it out.

• Marie (9/5): Super apartment to explore from. - Great location which was excellent for the metro and El Retiro. Lots of handy food shops nearby and the apartment was very quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette was perfect for a breakfast before we set out to explore. Loved the showers (great water pressure) and the ensuite was a bonus. Very comfy sofa too. The hosts were excellent and it was easy to contact them when necessary. We had a bit of trouble getting into the building as the lock wasn't properly closed but once a neighbour let us in it was fine. The lift was a bit scary (very small so probably not great for heavy cases!).
• Julpha (4/5): Don’t stay here. Health hazard and dishonest owners. - I have never in my life written a bad review but this couldn’t be avoided.. The second bedroom was uninhabitable due to black mold and water pouring down the walls. Apparently there was a shower leak coming from the apartment upstairs. We were a family of 6 and 2 people had to sleep on the floor. The rental company claimed they didn’t know about it but we reported it to them and they still had another group coming in right behind us. (They told us this after we asked for a late check out.) We asked them to be let out of the contract but they refused then offered us a discount for the trouble but we never got anything back after I sent them all our details. Front door doesn’t work with the app they give to unlock the door. We came in late and were stranded out in the street with our kids at midnight. We had to press the neighbors buzzer and thankfully some other tenant let us in. Again we reported this and they shrugged it off without a resolution. Beds are rock hard we all had back pain.
• Sandro (9/5): Super location, quiet neighborhood, close to the metro Pelayo, great value!! - Amazing location and great value, prompt attention from the owners anytime on whatsapp, we enjoyed a lot!! There were 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a sofa bed in the salon, perfectly accommodating family of 6.
