Jay Joseph (7/5): Good budget stay in Tokyo - Great value for the money, with a very short walk to the train. The room size was fine for one person, and included a bathtub. Everything is kept clean. Lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Depending on where your room is, you could be listening to the train coming and going. The location of the available plugs was awkward.

CHANG (8/5): 性價比還可以 - 地點離車站很近雖然飯店乍看老舊但房間內部跟走廊都有翻新也很乾淨，床頭櫃都有插座很方便床太軟/水龍頭冷熱分兩個開關要一起調有點麻煩/枕頭太低，跟櫃台要無法多給，以上都還算勉強可接受在鐵路旁邊算比較大的缺點，剛好我的房間被分配到離鐵路算遠，雖然有聲音但不至於影響睡眠，不知道其他房間影響多大就是

shigeru (7/5): - 五反田駅から大変近くロケーションが良いです。ホテルは3階からですが中庭形式で吹き抜けていて、1.2階はあやしげな飲み屋さんが集まり楽しい場所になっています。チェックイン前の日持つの預かりなど、スタッフの皆さんの対応も良かったです。ユニットバス、トイレは昭和感を感じましたが・・・、機能的には問題がありません。設備は少し古い印象です。

Donato (1/5): Not worth of what we paid for 4 rooms. - Just the location. The property does not look like the photos posted in your page. We requested for a non-smoking room but was placed in a smoking room which smelled really bad. When we were arguing about our request they said we have to pay extra. The wall paper was peeling off in the room, the bed and pillows were not comfortable. The room was vacuumed and so dusty. The carpets in the hallway were peeling off and stained.

Junko (2/5): The hotel I don’t want to stay again. - Very close to Gotanda station. Close to restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel needs major renovation. Everything is aged. I understand they try to clean and neat but I guess they haven’t renovated since they opened, wall, carpet, shower, plugs…depressing. The room rate is not that reasonable either.
