• Melodie (7/5): Bien dans l'ensemble - Très bon emplacement, commerces et métro à proximité. Très bruyant, il manquait le drap pour le canapé lit. La dame qui venait pour le ménage est entrée dans l'appartement vers 9h00 sans nous demander la permission. Elle n'était pas du tout accueillante et aimable

• Samir (8/5): Very close to Metro station Porta Metronia - The apartment was near the metro station Porta Metronia metro station. There is one stop by metro and you are in the middle of Rome near the Colosseum. Right near the Porta Metronia station there is a big supermarket where you can find everything you need. Apartment located in the residential district and it is difficult to find open shops after 9 pm. It takes 30 min walking to the Rome Termini but alternatively you can use Metro.

• han (5/5): Male esperienza per check-in, appartamento è pulito - L’appartamento è pulito la zone tranquilla È molto inconveniente da fare il check-in e ci sono i problemi della App di aprire le 3 porte, siamo arrivati alle 21, avevo seguito le istruzioni di check-in, ma non riesco aprire la porta esterna e la porta d’ingresso anche la porta dell’appartamento, c’erano 2 abitanti ci hanno aiutato ad aprire le porte , ma alla fine abbiamo scoperto la pulizia che non ha chiuso la porta dell’appartamento. Anche la caldaia chiusa non possiamo fare la doccia, aspettiamo quasi 1ora per acqua calda.
• Daniele (4/5): Da dimenticare, struttura vecchia e rapporto qualità/prezzo senza proporzione. - Solo la posizione La struttura esterna è fatiscente e anche l'interno è trascurato. La pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Manca acqua calda, leggendo le precedenti recensioni, si sperava fossero stati problemi occasionali, purtroppo non è così. Su tre notti di permanenza solo l'ultimo giorno il problema è stato risolto. Tutta la vacanza è stata condizionata da questo aspetto.

• Wojciech (2/5): Insect-bites on the body. The Location close to historic sites. - Good location. It is close to Laterano and just a walk away from the historic sites. On contrary to many comments the street just behind the window is not that disturbing. Kitchen, fridge, bialetti One but extremely disappointing thing - many INSECT-BITES on my body after the night :( The appartment should be very thoroughly inspected for that reason. The dishes (especially kitchen ware) may be cleaner. The doorknob with the opening code/online device is very loosy.

• Eva María (4/5): BAD In Laterano - Las fotos,no corresponden con lo que te encuentras,calidad precio no corresponden,la primera noche no tuvimos agua caliente,la caldera la tenían apagada,al tirar de la cisterna se nos cayó la tapa,la puerta principal es vieja, las paredes resucias,las puertas la pintura saltada,la cama principal se hunde al medio y para salir de ella te tienes que ayudar del larguero de la cama,está cerca de la carretera y por la noche se oía mucho ruido y resultó que era porque las 2 ventanas que tiene la habitación no cerraban bien,para colmo había muchos mosquitos que nos han achicharrado,tuvimos que comprar insecticida ,henos sido 5 personas,está preparado para 4 por tener instalaciones pequeñas y poco cómodas.

• Adelina (10/5): Exceptional - Really satisfied with the experience. Perfect for a group of 5. The flat had everything we needed, was clean and cozy and communication with the host was great and answers very quick. Check in easy to make and very close to Colosseum.
• Zahra (10/5): Amazing - They sent me a link when I checked in to access the property. It was very smooth and easy! The apartment was lovely and had everything I needed including an iron and hair dryer! When I asked for bowls and cutlery, the owner went to the shop and even asked me which type I preferred and delivered it on the same day. Exceptional service, everything was perfect and I had a wonderful trip. We walked to the colloseum 3 times during our stay because it was so close! Supermarket and resturants nearby so it was very relaxing. Excellent location! Nothing!
• Athina (7/5): It was sufficient for the money we paid. The location is excellent. Could have been cleaner. - The location is very comfortable almost 20 minutes from the colosseum on foot. We never had to take an uber and the neighbourhood is really safe with options for nightlife as well. There is a supermarket very close which is super convenient. I would recommend this apartment for a family of 5 easily. There are bus stops very close by. The owner kindly brought us a wine opener when there wasn’t one. Communication was okey. At first we struggled to open the door with the code but eventually all was good. The apartment was not very clean. There were spider webs on the bedroom walls and leftover snacks under the master bed. The kitchen was not clean and the microwave and toaster had food stains. The coffee machine was not emptied.

• Barbora (10/5): Exceptional - We had perfect stay, it is very close to the city centre and close to bus station so we had easy time to move from one place to another. The equipment is nice and new. There is a supermarket just two minutes by walk. Air conditioning was very nice in hot July. We were group of five and everyone slept comfortably. Thank you for great experience!
