• vivi0507 (6/5): 房屋空間 地點位置 我很推薦,但無法太快回覆這點會讓我考慮 - 我喜歡的是整體空間和地點位置,還有事前入住前於線上付城市稅,還有填寫住宿資訊提供登記等,不需要跟房東碰面約定拿鑰匙使用的是虛擬鑰匙 事前入住的詢問和回覆都很快 -入住前有提到需要先寄放行李,回覆也說沒問題,但前一天到入住當天傳的幾封訊息要再次確認幾點放行李方便都沒人回覆,導致帶著行李流浪,我覺得如果無法的話事前不要答應,因為會讓客人造成困擾加上訊息也未回覆,(隔天有回我說是系統問題並未收到我的訊息,)最後等到入住時間 用虛擬鑰匙進房 -設備無法同時使用,因為會跳電(如果是事前有提醒的話會更好)
• Kwangmoo (10/5): - 이번 유럽여행 숙소4곳중 가장 깨끗하고, 1인 사용하기 편안한 공간이었음. 2인도 충분할듯. 여행지와도 가까워서 캐리어 끌때만 지하철 이용함. 메트로역도 가깝고 숙소 위치 좋음. 숙소내 시설도 잘 관리되어 있었음. 침대 시트나 이불도 세탁이 잘되어 있고, 층간소음도 없고 조용해서 수면도 잘했음. 1층 이용했음. 세면대, 샤워부스 물 배수가 원활하지 않았는데, 사용하는데 지장은 없을정도임.

• Baten (8/5): Een stuk kleiner dan verwacht maar de locatie maakt alle gebreken oke. - De locatie was echt top, verder hadden ze ook alles wat we nodig hadden, zeep, föhn, handdoeken (voor een week zou ik er wel meer geven dan 2 p.p.) Het matras van het bed was helemaal doorgezakt, je viel tegen elkaar aan en het bed is al klein, hier wordt je dus vaak van wakker en wij zijn normaal goede slapers. Even een nieuwe topper of matras erop en het is prima. Ook veelste weinig opbergruimte. Het appartement is klein maar dat is niet erg, er is boven een ladekast maar de koffer naar boven krijgen is niet te doen. De kastjes beneden zitten vol met schoonmaakspillen en 3 fohnen (waarom 3? 1 lijkt me genoeg) als deze kastjes wat leger zijn zouden we hier makkelijk onze spullen kwijt kunnen. Nu moesten we onze koffer openleggen in de gang en er telkens over heen springen aangezien de ruimte klein is. Er liepen ook meerdere keren oorwormen uit de douche, misschien iets van een schoonmaakmiddel erin doen? De douche is niet goed, de douchekop die erop zit spuit vol tegen de douchedeur, je kunt alleen je haar zo nat krijgen, we moesten dus de hele tijd ons handmatig met een lose douchekop aan de zijkant wassen. Ik zou er een simpele douchekop opzetten die gewoon naar beneden spuit. Het raam achter het bed heeft geen fatsoenlijk gordijn dus er komt heel veel licht doorheen, ik raad aan hier een verduisterend gordijn voor te hangen want we werden nu steeds vroeg wakker door het licht.

• Claire (10/5): Super little apartment - Super little apartment just a couple streets away from the Spanish Steps. We could reach all the main attractions within 30 mins walking, no need to use public transport. Surrounded by bars and restaurants, but once inside there was no noise. Air conditioning worked extremely well during 40° heat. There was also a well stocked mini supermarket less than a minute away. Definitely 100% recommend. All positive.....no negatives.
• Roslyn (7/5): Location is five star but property is not. - Location was fantastic, property was small but was supplied with most things you need. Place smelt mouldy and musty. Air conditioner did not reach upstairs which made it difficult to sleep even with a fan on. Not enough lighting in the place, light bulbs were not functioning. Curtain in bathroom needs to be a bit more substantial. Bed is probably only a double bed and was a bit small for two. Not much room for 2 large suitcases. TV would not connect and when I spoke with Lucile (the owner) she said she would attend the next day and fix it, failed to attend and eventually I was able to sort it out myself.
• Zahraa (8/5): Great location and space - I loved the location and the facilities of the apartment and its on the ground floor. It was clean and instruction was clear, I hope everyone will read the instructions on the table because its important to know. There were no slippers, the floors are kind of rough feels on the foot. The space is a little narrow so consider you might not have the space if you have a big suitcase.

• John (10/5): Totally worth it! - Great location with all the basics covered. Wiring one minute walk of many different dining establishments. Within 15 minute walk of most tourist sites. Place was clean and well appointed. Comunication was really good. I couldn't figure out how to use the washing machine. I shoud have read up on my Italian. The bed mattress sank to the middle a bit.
