Addirittura, ci hanno fatto l'upgrade per una stanza dandoci gratuitamente una king suite al posto di una budget. Pulizia buona e personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nulla da segnalare in particolare!

- אבישג אברהם (10/5): - המקום מרווח ונקי אבל זקוק לשיפוץ הכל נראה ישן צריך שיפוץ כמו צבע וכו... היתרון הוא שהמקום נמצא ממש בלב באקו יש גישה לכל מקום לאתרים היפים והמרכזיים צוות נהדר בבקרים אין מים חמים רק בשעה 10 בבוקר ומעלה לגבי ארוחת בוקר אין. למרות ששדרגנו את המחיר עם ארוחת בוקר שלא היתה קיימת אבל יש מטבחון מחוץ לחדר שיש בו עמדת קפה ותה חופשי ויש אפשרות לבשל ולהכין אוכל במקום לא ציפינו ליותר מידי עבור המחיר ששלמנו על החדר

Учтите, что отель расположен рядом с оживленной вечерней и ночной городской средой, что может вызвать небольшой дискомфорт ночью. Отель подходит для людей, которые чувствуют себя свободно и легко адаптируются. Спасибо!
- nourhan (8/5): - Upon my arrival, I found that the room I had booked was unavailable, despite my prior confirmation with them. The employee explained that a problem had occurred with the night-shift employee, who had not paid attention. We were offered several alternatives outside the hotel in their affiliated apartments. after an hour, we were given a double room inside hotel with an extra small bed. an advice to avoid this issue... Confirm your booking with them by phone, not just through a message. the location is excellent, close to Nizami Street.. the room we were given was large, well-maintained, and had good furniture. the building itself was a royal palace that has been well-renovated and restored. tea service is available outside the room. a strange smell emanates from the bathroom, affecting the entire room

- Wingate (9/5): Superb - The deluxe room was beautiful and very comfortable. I appreciated the air conditioner, the microfridge, and the window shutters that could block out light. The hotel is conveniently located near Fountain Square, with lots of options for dining and shopping. The staff were polite and attentive, and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.I would stay here again. The rooms surround the lobby and kitchen area, and mine was closest to the front desk. So sometimes it was noisy because of music, talking, or kitchen activity outside my room. Also be aware breakfast, while brought to the room, may not arrive until after 10am (for me this is quite late). I think it's possible to ask for it earlier, but it was unclear who to ask and how much earlier it could be ready.

Ali helped us with recommendations and also stored our luggage when we went for a small trip to the mountains. Eventhough we left before the breakfast, he arranged something so we could eat in time. It's a bit noisy.
