Jasper (9/5): - Die Sauberkeit aller Räume, insbesondere des Bades, war hervorragend! Bei Booking.com steht, dass einem die ganze Unterkunft gehört. Effektiv handelt es sich jedoch nur um ein Zimmer mit einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bad. War nicht schlimm, nur anders als erwartet.

Guest (10/5): - Die Gastgeberin war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns herzlich empfangen. -
Linda (7/5): - Wir dachten, ein eigenes Appartement gebucht zu haben und waren einigemaßen überrascht, als uns die Vermieterin/Eigentümerin unser Zimmer und das benachbarte Bad im Obergeschoss ihres Hauses zeigte. Im Nachhinein: "Wer lesen kann, ist klar im Vorteil!"😉 Wer genau hinschaut, liest in der Beschreibung, dass die anderen Räume zur gemeinsamen Nutzung ausgewiesen sind und die Vermieterin ebenfalls dort wohnt. So wurden wir mit einem freundlichen: "Gute Nacht. Ich hoffe Sie hatten Spaß!" empfangen, als wir vom Konzert im ExpoPark gegen Mitternacht zurück kamen. Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett und legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit( es gibt Gästeschuhe) und Hygiene. Das Haus ist sehr neu und modern und die Lage ruhig und ideal für Fahrten mit der U-Bahn zum Messegelände.
Alexandra (10/5): Wärmste Empfehlung! - Die Lage ist topp in einem modernen Wohngebiet, man schläft angenehm ruhig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr wohlwollend und unterhaltsam. Für das Frühstück werden besondere Wünsche angefragt und erfüllt. Ich kann den Aufenthalt wärmstens empfehlen!!!
