La zona es extremadamente bulliciosa y la habitación no tiene un buen aislamiento de sonido, eso nos hizo muy difícil poder descansar durante la noche.

Solicitamos reemplazo el primer dia, dijeron que lo analizaban pero nunca nos dieron una nueva haciendo nuestra estadia dificil para coordinar la entrada ( eramos 4) mala atencion.

• FLAVIA (3/5): - la posizione la stanza era molto più piccola che in foto, non era possibile nemmeno posizinare la valigia se non sul pavimento; il bagno minuscolo con un lavandio in cui era impossibile lavarsi. Dopo aver fatto notare che la stanza era diversa rispetto alle foto (risposta: le foto ci sono; aggiungo io: peccato che siano fatte in modo da mascherare la realtà), mi è strata data un'altra singola, leggermente più grande e più comoda; anche in questo caso bagno molto piccolo ma sopratutto lavandino in cui a malapena ci sia lava le mani.

• Yasila (9/5): Great location and great nightlife - Great location: lively neighborhood with a bustling nightlife, less than a minute away from bars, coffee shops and restaurants. There's a metro station a block away and so is the famous bear statue. Walking distance from the main sites and museums. Not the place if you're looking for a good night sleep or a family vacation. Since it's in the same street as different bars and restaurants that stay open late, there's always noise coming from the street, more so if there's a football match. Early in the morning is common to find a few drunks still enjoying the night or figuring out how to go home.

• vAnitas (7/5): Really nice place to feel the vibe of Madrid life :) - The location was really great for people who want to stay close to the center. The staff was really nice and helpful. The room seemed to be a bit lower quality than in the pictures, but still OK. If someone can't sleep when it's noisy, it's not the best place to stay, as the windows don't mute noise from the outside.

La cama era cómoda. No puedes llamar al alojamiento “Boutique” y luego ser realmente un Motel. El precio es elevado para la calidad en general. Las paredes son literalmente de papel y se oía absolutamente toda conversación ajena. Y al menos una mini nevera, debería tener.

Reservei um quarto no hostel Veracruz mas fui informada ( antecipadamente) que estava sobre lotado, e ficou proposto ficar no hostel ao lado - La Banezana. Relativamente ao quarto no hostel La Banezana : - O tamanho de duche é minúsculo! ( só serve para uma pessoa muito magra ) - À admissão o quarto cheirava intensamente o perfume/produto de limpeza (?) que até irritava a garganta, era preciso abrir a janela e esperar algumas horas até o cheiro passar … - Apesar não era problema para mim, mas é bastante barulhento à noite ( para quem é sensível) e persianas avariadas

Although we enjoy the vibrant social scene and going out, the proximity to pubs means constant loud street noise throughout the night. This becomes quite tiring during longer stays and leaves little opportunity for proper rest.

Stanza piccola ma accogliente, personale disponibile e professionale. Unica pecca, nonostante fossimo al 3 piano, si sentivano i rumori provenienti dalla strada fino a tarda notte. Rivedere rivestimento piatto doccia, abbastanza scivoloso e pericoloso.

The most frustrating part of our stay was the constant calls and messages from the receptionist asking what time we would arrive. It felt like there was no respect for our privacy at all. The apartment itself is very small and uncomfortable, with almost no natural daylight. We were probably given one of the worst rooms, even though the staff knew we were traveling with a small child. This was not shown in the photos — in fact, the pictures are quite misleading. When I asked about the possibility of changing the room, the staff made no real effort to solve the issue. The bathroom is extremely small, poorly maintained, and the plumbing is partly broken. The only positive aspect is the location. However, this place is definitely not worth the price. Lo más molesto de nuestra estancia fueron las constantes llamadas y mensajes del recepcionista preguntando a qué hora íbamos a llegar. Da la sensación de que no se respeta en absoluto la privacidad de los clientes. El apartamento es muy pequeño e incómodo, con casi nada de luz natural. Probablemente nos dieron una de las peores habitaciones, a pesar de que el personal sabía que viajábamos con un bebé. Esto no se mostraba en las fotos; de hecho, las imágenes son bastante engañosas. Cuando pedí la posibilidad de cambiar de habitación, el personal no hizo ningún esfuerzo por solucionar el problema. El baño es muy pequeño, con un mantenimiento deficiente y parte de la fontanería está rota. Lo único positivo es la ubicación. Sin embargo, este lugar no vale el precio que cuesta

Raam dicht met airco aan isoleert vrijwel volledig. We hadden in de hele kamer slechts 2 stopcontacten waarvan 1 het nachtlampje was en de andere van de föhn in de badkamer. En de badkamer was erg klein en oncomfortabel.

Al retirarme dejé olvidado un power bank, 2 días después me comuniqué y lo buscaron, y al día siguiente me indicaron que lo tenían y lo guardaron hasta mi retorno a Madrid. El hotel muy limpio, muy bien ubicado y el personal muy amable. Mi habitación era una doble con 2 camas, y las 2 camas estaban muy juntas, casi como si fueran 1 sola cama grande. Aparte de eso todo estuvo muy bien.
