• Tina (10/5): A welcoming, comfortable appartment - great base for a visit to Tumut! - The apartment was welcoming and exactly as described. The bed was comfy and there was great water pressure in the shower :) The kitchenette had the basics I needed for my purposes. The garden area was private and cool in teh warm weather. I also appreciated how accommodating the host was and her timely communication. The park around the corner gave access to a lovely walk along the river - gorgeous! Proximity to the shops is also great. I would definitely recommend it! The road noise was definitely audible - trucks at night! - , but I grew accustomed to it, so not a big deal.

• Evan (6/5): It was a good place to stay other than those few things - Location was excellent very homey and inviting The bed was very rickety We went there for a wedding needed a nine and the iron didn’t work. The kitchen plates were dirty.

• Laura (9/5): Home away from Home - Beautiful cottage, central to the town cbd. Very private and relaxing with a lovely hedged garden to enjoy the morning sun. Easy walking distance to supermarkets and cafes. Very spacious bedroom and living area. Modern kitchenette. Excellent shower pressure. Loved all the indoor plants, complimentary wifi and smart TV. Benice was a fabulous host, very helpful, thoughtful and friendly. Highly recommend this accommodation
• Mitch (8/5): - Great location. Nice and close to town. Clean, comfortable and warm!! Loved it and will def stay again. Very thin walls. Could hear everything in the adjoining accomodation. (Shares a locked door). Bed was super comfy, but very noisy. Every little movement made a noise.

• Karen (9/5): Superb - The cottage was very comfortable and clean. Good sheets and towels. There is plenty of hot water for 4 adults. The cottage is within walking distance to the main streets of Tumut, where there is plenty of shops and restaurants. There is no light for the kitchen. It needs an under cupboard light above the sink so you can see what you are doing, especially cooking. We couldn't find the WiFi code in any of the documentation provided.

• Sharon (7/5): We went for bike riding, which was excellent. The Rose End Cozy Cottage was in a perfect location. - Location was excellent. Property owner let us park in her driveway at times even though Rose End Cozy Cottage only has street parking. Parking Could have been cleaner. There were items under the bed left by others. Dressing table dusty. Curtain rails dusty. Bin area smelt. Whole house smelt musty and could do with a candle or two burnt prior to new people staying. No more toilet rolls, lucky we were leaving anyway. Toilet roll holder broken. Bathroom needs more hooks or towel rails. Unfinished renervations but this didn't hinder our stay.

• John (7/5): Other than the unfinished construction work we had a pleasant stay - The beds were comfortable and great A/C Lack of a kitchen and no lighting above the bench top plus the Smoke Alarm should be in each bedroom and not above the kitchen area . The Plug in Hotplate didn’t work either. Unfinished construction work; ie Gyprock around kitchen taps and outside gates. New exhaust fan in bathroom

• Shane (10/5): Great private location. Walking distance to town and the river walks. - We had a lovely stay at Rose End Apartment. It was very private, clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the town and river. It was great having Netflix to watch. We would stay here again. Bernice, the owner was very responsive and helpful.

• Kerry (7/5): Our stay mainly was a good but we felt a few things needed attention. - Proximity to town. The apartment was nice and clean and it was easy to enter. There was no lighting in the kitchenette area it was very hard to see. Kitchenette sink taps: cold tap was loose and there was no splash back.
• Mel80mc (9/5): Lovely, comfortable, convenient and value for money - Host gave us all the information we needed. General ambience of the property is lovely, very clean, the beds, pillows and lounges are very comfy. Shower was super hot and had great pressure (careful you don't take off a nipple😜). The cooking amenities were more than sufficient for our needs, the pantry had the basics stocked for us and fresh milk waiting in fridge. Good quality tea and coffee and toiletries provided. Enclosed front yard with lovely trees for shade was a great place for the kiddo to stretch her legs and for us grown ups to sit and enjoy a cheese platter. Location so convenient to Wynyard St for restaurant options, short walk to woolworths and a big park around the corner. Suitable for solo travellers, couples or small family. Bathroom exhaust fan is very loud.
• Flynn (9/5): Lovely comfortable stay. Great furnishings and comfortable beds and lounges. Private front yard . - The location is great. A short walk to either the Tumut river and the beautiful park or into the Main Street. No Handrail for the 3 steps to the property entrance and a no handrail on the wall beside the toilet to assist elderly people sit and stand.

• Peter (8/5): Nice home in Tumut - Plenty of space. Two bedrooms and large living area. Nice big TV with apps. There were cooking condiments. Could have had some instructions for wifi and appliances. Bathroom exhaust fan was really noisy and came on with the light. Some sound carried through from the other part of the home where other people were staying. Not really annoying though.

• Cellena (10/5): Exceptional - It's a lovely, clean apartment. Very comfy and cosy. Being winter, it was so thoughtful of our host to turn the heating on prior to our arrival. Would not hesitate to stay again! No coasters. I was worried I'd mark the table with glass rings.
