• Viktorija (6/5): Cheapest option in a good location. - The location was very good. The host was responsive. The lift was not working, had to take everything up the stairs. The boiler with the hot water takes time to heat up, so not everyone could have a warm shower. The apartment was not very clean, there was a booger on a wall on the bunk bed. The bunk bed was not safe for kids, the whole structure was moving.
• Xavier (9/5): - Appartement conforme aux attentes, dans un immeuble au charme un peu ancien, mais calme et très bien situé pour une escapade à Milan dans le quartier animé de Navigli, non loin du centre. Confort un peu sommaire.
• Adrian (5/5): No frills accommodation in a good area. - Location was great - The bathroom was not clean, it had body hair and mould. - The bunk bed was very unstable and didn't feel safe to sleep on. - The towels and bedsheets that were provided were very damp.
• MAGALI (8/5): On a vraiment aimé notre sejour - Un très belle emplacement. Approximté des restos, supérette et à 5 minutes à pieds du métro Genovia. En partant de l’aéroport Milan Linate, prendre la ligne4 et ligne 2 du métro. Environ 20 minutes de trajet et 2,2 euros le ticket de metro

• Rhona (7/5): Room in traditional Italian apartment block in lovely Navigli district - The room is in a charming old building on the canal front and facing the rear so it’s quiet. The area is lively, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants around. There is a small supermarket round the corner. It’s a short walk from the nearest metro station. There are no bedside tables or bedside lamps and the overhead lighting is harsh. The shower would benefit from a shelf to put shampoo etc

I expected to receive check-in information a couple hours before check-in. I had to write first to get the information, but luckily the host responded pretty quickly.

• Huseyin (7/5): Overall, the location is great, but I hope the amenities are updated to match what is advertised. - I recently stayed at this property, which is located in a beautiful, central area. The location was definitely a highlight of my trip, as it made exploring the city very convenient. However, I deducted points from my rating because the listing mentioned that a kettle would be available, but it was missing during my stay. This was quite disappointing, as I was looking forward to having hot drinks in the comfort of my room.
• Ina (1/5): Very disappointed. - Location of the apartment Very irresponsible and rude staff, our apartment wasn’t ready on time (15:00pm), we came at 16:00pm and the cleaner was just speaking on phone,instead of finishing cleaning. Very disappointed Will never come back and don’t recommend that apartment.

• Maria (3/5): Horrible - All the facilities provided were bare minimum. When I arrived at 6.30 pm the property was not yet cleaned in-spite of the property giving me all the instructions for check in. They asked me whether I need a refund or send someone to clean the room. What other options did I have at such a late notice other than to request for someone to clean the room. The property is very old. The facilities were bare minimum and of minimal quality. I had to plan my visit in advance and had contacted multiple times with the property regarding luggage storage after checking out and they assured me that it will be provided at a place nearby. I had also communicated that I need to leave early, probably by 6.30 am. The property messaged me around 6.30 am on the day of my stay telling that I could store my luggage only by 9 am. I had a train to catch and did not have enough time to handle my luggage. It disrupted my entire planning and I missed the train.
