- David (2/5): Dirty hovel, one to avoid - The location of the property is within walking distance of Neutral Bay shops, bars/restaurants and the bus into Sydney CBD The property is filthy and not set up to host at all. The room smelt strongly of dog and there was no attempt at cleanliness in the room (or bathroom)
