• Phill (2/5): Stay way away from it - Clean that’s about it The staff on phone don’t care had road men trying to enter my room then one of them was sleeping on the stairs on entering and one guest was naked walking about then having loud sex very scary place 😣

• Dean (5/5): Acceptable for a cheap overnight stay in London. Rooms / decor need some attention. - The cost was considerably lower than a lot of other properties available on a very busy weekend in London. Therefore the cost of the room was the most pleasing part. The bathroom was clean although shared between 4 rooms. Administration and provision of information and access codes to the property was good. A fellow customer was locked out of their room just after midnight. Their phone had died and they didn't have the code to get back in the room. I sent a whatsapp to the number provided and got an instant response and after a few questions, they provided a code for the couple to get into their room. This was very good service. Room was smaller than expected and a few things needed attention. Very wobbly desk, plug socket not fully secured with face plate loose, stain on the wall, damage to floor. Overall you probably get what you pay for so if you arrive with the expectation of a bed for the night at a reasonable cost, it will satisfy the basic needs.

• Anonymous (7/5): Good - Generally a lovely space The front of the building needs to be very clean. Also using the bathroom at night I saw some insect so I expect it to be fumigated.
• Naiara (1/5): Bad - Bad experience on customer service. Money driven, my friend and myself made a mistake on the purchase and 1h after buy they did not allow to cancel. Normally business have a grace period of card purchase. We did not notice indeed we have selected the "non refundable option" because we looked location x price on a emergencial situation (we thought we book our airbnb far from town and decided to book again- however after 1h we realised in London the streets can have name repeated- we lost 150 pounds and they did not want to believe we made a genuine mistake on London addresses ) Bad experience on customer service. They were so noisy this issue is not about the owner but it was not a comfortable night for me .Bathroom is shared it is ok I know that. But that family always occupy bathroom etc. it is not about owner im family with them but other guest is not good

• Petya (7/5): Was ok thanks - Was clean and comfortable sleep. Warm and good as overall. All was able to be much better if they use Lee screaming frames for the double bed 🛌. Cause the rooms are not much separated and may avoid complaining next door clients. Only the mattress was ok but the frame was metal too bad quality that we never saw same before cheap or just not good.
